Took a chance on my way home from work and I'm still happy about this decision! The food was excellent. I brought home the orange chicken for my sick daughter and she loved it. I've been back to China Cafe 3 times since and every time the food has been great. The egg drop soup is as good as it gets. I highly recommend grabbing some food from here.

Since relocating to the area almost two years ago, I had yet to find a Chinese restaurant that I truly enjoyed. I have found certain dishes at certain restaurants, but not a single place that I thoroughly enjoyed. Well now, that has changed. The family decided on take out and it had just so happened we had gotten a new menu dropped off today. Of the six items we purchased, they were all very good. Most notably the crispy chicken which was a perfect combination of salty, sweet, and spicy; the lovers of General Tso's will find a new mistress in this dish. The pan fried noodles featured a plethora of protein with nice vegetables 'al dente, in a soy style sauce which is flavorful and silky. Poured over the not greasy pan fried noodles, creates a wonderful mouth feel with a nice crunch. The pan fried dumplings are bite sized explosions of flavor, I did not even touch the sauce that came with them. My daughters egg rolls had no signs of grease yet golden brown and appealing, the fried rice fluffy and tasty. The sweet and sour chicken was average at best, along with the lo mein. Both will most likely not be repeat performers for us. Overall, the China Cafe has become my go to place for Chinese in Waldorf.
