Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

Fast-food restaurants like Pizza Hut are not recommended to dine-in if you are diagnosed with high blood pressure. High Cholesterol at Pizza Hut

Whether large, medium or small, a pizza can boost your cholesterol levels instantly. You shouldn't eat more than one slice of any pizza your order at Pizza Hut. You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

I have only gotten delivery from here and always used online service because they always have coupons I can use. Their food is okay and their delivery service is good. They do charge $2.50 for the service. Always less than 30mins. So far no problems with their service speed. My kids love their thin crust pizza.

If I could deduct stars I would. It's Pizza Hut so I'm not looking to be blown away by taste or anything. I know what I'm getting. Customer service however, would be a little appreciated. I ordered delivery and part of the order was wrong. It happens. So I call and report the mistake and am told that it will be fixed immediately. 45 minutes later I call to ask about my yet to be delivered correction, and I'm told to wait 10 more minutes. So I wait 15. Call again, and I'm assured that the driver just left. This is a half cheese half pepperoni by the way. 10 minutes later, the guy finally shows up. The correction pizza looks like crap, and is slid to one side of the box. A sign of obvious mishandling. All in all, over an hour I waited for a mistake made by the store to be fixed, and then the driver actually looked at me waiting for a tip. Won't be making that mistake again.

We ordered delivery and the wait the was over an hour. The pizza looks terrible. You would almost think it was reheated. The dough was sticky and the cheese broke off. They also gave us the wrong soda. We got papa johns immediately after. We won't be ordering here again.

The worst service ever! Called in an order. Waited an hour, then was called to give credit card information again and was told that it would be another half an hour. The guy told me that my order would have gotten there on time but the driver returned back to the store only for the manager tell me that my order never even left. Who to believe? I've never had such a bad experience at Pizza Hut until this place.

Let me start by saying.. my fiancé was right (I will make sure to point this out to him since that doesn't happen often) my fiancé is right because he said that pizza hut is not good and hates when I suggest that we go there. We are from NJ so he says that it isn't REAL pizza (along with the other 2 big name chains). While I don't think it is great, I like it best out of the chains. For some reason I have been wanting to order from there recently since I do like their pan pizza. Since my fiancé was away for dinner tonight, I thought I would order pizza hut without him. While I like the pan pizza, I decided to go with the stuffed crust pizza. I used online ordering. I ordered at 5:59 pm and received an email saying that my pizza would be delivered at 6:53pm. I live on fort Meade, so I thought that was a bit long since it is only a 5-7 minute drive to my house, but whatever, The deliveryman didn't get to my house until 7:20pm. First, their large pizza is more like a medium when compared to actual pizza shops. I could tell the pizza had been sitting for a bit by looking at the appearance of the cheese (you know what I'm talking about). I also noticed that the cheese from the crust had also baked out of the crust onto the pizza. kinda defeats the purpose of a stuffed crust pizza. When I bit into my pizza it was cold and with an extremely thin crust. definitely not what I was expecting or remember from pizza hut (I hadn't had it in several years). I might try ordering one more time from them, but sticking with the pan pizza,, but that would be if I am just feeling too lazy to go pick up an actual pizza from the shop in the same shopping center as them..

If there was a 0 rating they would definetly get that from me. I called and was placed on hold for 7mins and hung up on i then called back and they put me on hold for another 5mins...hung up again...the third time I called I asked for a manager they put me on hold and 3 mins later hung up on me...irritated i proceeded to call back after 8 mins I talked to a manager and she said she didn't know what was going on. This is the longest I've ever had to hold to place an order. They are very disrespectful and unprofessional!!!

I tried to place an order online, but having trouble, I called the store. That's where the real trouble began. They refused to honor the offers advertised on their website, and when I questioned the manager, she hung up on me. She stated the deal ended the prior day, and when I stated that they should honor deals posted on their website, she simply hung up. I called back and was told her name was Christine, then Crystal. I'm a huge Pizza Hut fan, so I'm so disappointed that the closest one to my new home is run by unprofessional people. I'll try other pizza places because I can't give business to such rude people. Completely disappointed.

Never ordering from this PH or any other ever again. Not only was my order 35 minutes late, it was barely warm and totally under cooked! If I had wanted to bake my own pizza, I wouldn't have ordered anything!

S-L-O-W.... Waited at front to be seated for 15 min. Waitress kept walking past us, not acknowledging our presence. Finally I had to stop her and ask if we could seat ourselves. She asked if we wanted a booth or table. I said it didn't matter, so she sat us at a table with no menus or silverware. After another 10 min, she came over to take our orders, but we still didn't have menus. She gave us menus, but we needed time to look it over, so I asked her to come back after we'd had a chance to review the menu. During that time, I overheard another guest ask the same waitress about their order---they had been waiting over 40 min for their food! I was about to leave, but my daughter really wanted to use her free pizza coupon from school. Shortly afterwards, another waitress came over to the table, who asked to see the coupon. She informed me that she would be our waitress. I gave her our order. She was friendly and seemed more outgoing than the first waitress. While waiting, I overheard another customer walk to the front and ask to speak to a manager. He also had been waiting for his food for 40 minutes. It took about 20 minutes for our food to come out. I could tell that the previous two customers were really upset though, they eventually left. I guess I'm fortunate that we got the waitress that we got, because she was very responsive and our food didn't take that long to come out. Our experience when we first came in, however, was terrible.

Dude, it's Pizza Hut. You know what it tastes like. If you don't, then you've been living under a rock or somewhere not in the US. Point is: You know that you either like it, tolerate it, or hate it by now, so that's not what this review is about. This particular location was excellent. The bathrooms were moderately clean, the waitress was very friendly and offered lemons in our water (Made me feel fancy). She wanted to be sure that everything was perfect. When our steak, bacon, and banana pepper pizza came out, she told us she thought it looked sparse on the steak and brought us an additional bowl of fresh, hot steak. Mmm. Love me some steak. Now it's possible that she just played us for a good tip, but if so, she did a good job. Also, it's hard to beat $10 for any pizza any toppings. They didn't come out sloppy looking, and I have certainly tasted worse. If you're craving The Hut, I'd come here.

Nice fireplace, clean, organized dining, and friendly staff. I used to like Pizza Hut when I was a teenager. I like pizza then, because I can eat them. Now, I get sick just thinking of pizza again. I have outgrown pizza so it's been a long time I have been in any Pizza Hut restaurants. With the new pizza type introduced today, called a big pizza slider, it reminded me of the Pizza Hut I used to like. It's already sliced for you but its small like a bagel size and less fat and calories. The round edge was crusty and its deep dish pan was good.

The pizza is great if you can get there in time enough to capitalize on a deep dish. Many times they run out of deep dish pizza which spoils your evening of that is what you have in mind. I find it concerning that they do not keep their inventory up to par.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
