    Nope. Ordered from grubhub and thirty minutes later they called to tell us they were out of onion rings. It took thirty minutes for them to realize that, our to look at our order. Needless to say, it continued going downhill--by the time we got our food, an hour and a half later, my "enchiladas" were cold. There was no guacamole and the "steak" I ordered was taco beef. It was dry and crunchy, and looked like it had been sitting at the bottom of a stream table pan all day. My roommate ordered salad, with no onions and it came with onions, but no dressing! It's a shame we paid cash; otherwise I would have asked for my money back. The delivery guy was creepy and was walking around the outside of our house and being shady, and took a couple minutes carefully counting out his tips on our front stoop. Never again.

    This place sucks. I place and order for delivery. My order was uncomplete, the fajitas i ordered they were really bad. Salty and over priced, i can make it better anyway i dont recomend it at all

    Bono pizza is the worst service I ever seen, first they took them 1 hour and 25 minutes to received my order (via by Grub Hub), the food is bad especially the french fries and nachos, this first and last time I order from this establishment.

    Okay the only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because the burrito was HORRIBLE! I think it was spoiled or something. I ordered wings they were good, my boyfriend had the pizza he said he liked it. If I order from here again it will be only for the wings or pizza. DONT GET THE BURRITO!

    Took an hour and a half to deliver pizza, pizza was cold and disgusting. Called store back, man on phone barely spoke English and refused to do anything about it, said he was just "an order taker". Do not order food from this place!!

    Poor service! If this business understood the basic principles of how to run a business they would do so much better. Drivers do not wear uniforms and look like they are coming from another job. I did not get the receipt for my card purchase--driver promises to bring it back and does not. Called asked owner to fax or email the receipt, refuses, says he does not do fax. What kind of business is this! Come into the 21 Century and use technology. I just wanted my receipt. The pizza is average but for the money I paid, best to go to a brand name pizza shop. If you like great customer service, this is not the place for you!

    I have had the burrito, enchilada, pizza, carrot cake and nachos from this place. This restaurant is about three blocks from my house. The food always arrives cold. The enchilada had no sauce, which was weird. The burritos were okay and a bargain for the price but barely had any meat in them. The nachos were super good and loaded, but had melted cheese which was very cold and stuck to the foil in the plate. The pizza is okay. Not too greasy, and a good size. Your average pizza, nothing exceptional. The carrot cake was very good, but store bought. I kept ordering expecting better results and the only thing to surprise me was the nachos. They need to do something about their delivery system because cold food sucks. I always have to reheat in the oven.

    This place is truly terrible, specifically in the customer service department. I ordered through grub hub for delivery, and my phone rang about an hour later- it was the delivery guy telling me to come to the parking lot and get my food (I live in an apartment complex). I told him that I wanted it delivered to my door, given that it is was 10 PM and about 20 degrees outside. I was not getting dressed and walking down to a parking lot to some car of someone I didn't know. He screamed at me and hung up the phone. About 3 minutes later he knocked on my apartment door, and when I opened it he shoved the food in my hands and yelled, "JUST TAKE IT." After I closed the door he then yelled through my door at me before finally going downstairs. I was honestly a little shaken by this, so I called the restaurant to let them know and to get my money back because I had tipped through GrubHub. They let me know that the man who had delivered to me was one of the owners! Unbelievable!

    Not sure how this place seems to thrive. The food is horrible, and the service as well. Everything seems to be served with a free side of attitude. The phone service is rude, delivery guys are rude. If i had to vote a place most likely to spit in your food this would be the spot. They have seen there last dollar from me. Im sure this is going straight to the non recommended yelp post, but this is my honest opinion formed through my experiences with the listed establishment. Not just a rant or unwarranted bias. Call them and order something...go ahead! It'll be your mistake. I already made mine.

    Don't do it! We have ordered from here about 3-4 times, and have been a super disappointed every time. Never again! This time was the absolute worst experience yet (about 30 mins ago). The food arrived after about an hour and 15 minutes- it's never on time. The driver was your typical homeless man! He was toothless, wore flannel and layered rags, fingerless gloves... He left the car blocking the road and as he walked up to my door he was arguing with a car he was blocking on the street. Driver asked me for additional cash so that he could buy food from the 7-Eleven... but don't you work at a restaurant?? I ordered the food from Eat24.com site and had left nearly a 20% tip online, and there was no way I was giving this guy more money, and I told him that. He asked again for money and my husband sat up from the couch and the guy realized I wasn't alone. He said "God Bless" and quickly left. Neverrrrrr again! Food was bad as usual and the delivery bag smelled like cigarettes. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes before I hung up. The workers were cursing galore in the background. Unbelievable experience.

    Update: Ordered the same pizza today and it was consistently as delicious as the first one. I also shared with two other people in my office, some picky "Philadelphia has the best" pizza eaters, and it got a big thumbs up from both of them. I still haven't tried anything else from their menu but A+ for the pizza.

    Now I am not an angry one-time customer. Every time I try something different hoping something is going to be anything other than mediocre. I have given up on that. Pizza is nothing special. Standard crust. Standard sauce. Standard toppings. Thoroughly mediocre. Same can go for their overpriced calzones. There was about 4-5 inches of plain crust around the space that actually held meat. Hardly any cheese and way too greasy. Sandwiches have barely any meat. I'd be surprised if there was even 1/4 lb of steak on my footlong. Meat is about 1/2 inch thick in the MIDDLE of my sandwich. Pasta was just plain nasty. I ordered chicken parm with mine and there were like 2 nuggets in the whole entree. Fries are bland. By the time they get to you they are going to be stone cold. Have I mentioned that delivery here takes forever? And that is if they get your order right the first time. Service is horrible. People and delivery drivers are rude. Drivers won't get out of their cars to deliver. I'm paying a delivery fee for a reason. Tonight was the final straw. I made a decent sized order (about 45 bucks). Nearly an hour later I get my food, except we are missing half the order and I have a regular soda. I specifically told them I needed a diet soda, but apparently they don't understand what that is. The food is cold. I called them about the other half of my order and soda and they say they are on their way. 40 minutes later (they are a half mile away) they come holding the diet soda they said they didn't have. Since I decided to wait for my friends to eat their food I open mine up and realize it's wrong. This is the last time I will be ordering from this restaurant. It's a shame. For a place with such variety, they can't seem to get anything right or know what customer service is.

    The pizza is delicious. probably the best I've had since living in this area (originally from NY) delivery was super slow. Thats why im giving it a 4.

    We tried this place a few weeks ago and we were shocked to find it to be extremely spicy. We ordered a plain cheese pizza and a side of fries, the fries were decent (although a bit soggy) but it was sooo spicy! I would have enjoyed it much more if it wasn't for the heat. I will also second/third the comments about the delivery being sloooooow, my boyfriend was starting to think it would never come, but then I told him about the yelp reviews warning about slow times.

    I thought I'd try this place out for delivery. Ordered 6 things. 3 things arrived after 45 minutes. I called them. They promised to bring the other 3 things. 20 minutes later I called again. Apparently the guy grabbed 2 of the things and left, actually nearly arriving at my place when the owner called him and told him to come back for the last item. All in all, it took over 45 minutes to get the first 3 things and another 40 minutes to get the rest. Lame.

    Ordered again earlier today, delicious. I ordered the Vegilicious pizza and some plain wings. The veggies tasted very fresh and the chicken was well seasoned.

    I am a fan of Bono Pizza. I've been placing orders for years, and the food always taste the same. My favorite is the Cheeseburger Sub. Their have the best marinara sauce in the area!
