Fantastic, fresh Chinese food. We tried it based on the five 5-star ratings and they were well deserved. We started with green tea (Bigelow organic), in 2 mugs plus a small ceramic pot for refills. Husband got an egg roll with his lunch special; I had the best wonton soup of my life, with tender wonton and a perfectly seasoned broth. The soup came with fresh, wide noodles. I got the Chinese eggplant special with my choice of protein (perfectly cooked medium shrimp) and sauce (sweet). Plenty of shrimp and tasty slices of eggplant in tasty not-too-sweet sauce. Fried rice had bits of egg only but wasn't greasy at all. Restaurant is a small cafe-style place with Chinese prints and silk flowers. Service by owners is friendly and timely. Restroom are clean and we'll stocked. Wish this restaurant was much higher closer to us!

I absolutely love this place. The owners are personable and the food is plenty and well done. I have ordered the beef broccoli, the lemon chicken, the walnut shrimp, and the triple delight soup. The veggies are fresh, the sauces are just right, and you get a dessert at the end included in the price of the meal. I enjoy having my date nights there.

We have not had anything we haven't loved! This is well-made Chinese, not fast food.

Lynn and Jimmy are the sweetest people and run an excellent restaurant. The first several times we went we asked that Jimmy (the chef) choose for us and we were happy every time. If you order in advance, you can get excellent Peking duck and whole fish. I've taken a number of people there and all have raved about it.

I traveled to this place for a presentation in company. We had lunch here in the lovely small town. It was hard to believe it was a Chinese style restaurant from the outside. But after we went inside, the feeling totally changed . I felt very comfortable while having lunch here. I ordered Hunan beef with wonton soup and fired rice. The flavor of Hunan beef was very classical and delicious. The beef was marinated first before cooking so that very tender for eating. Wonton soup was kind of dumpling soup, good for appetizer. It was a surprise for finding a good Chinese restaurant in the small town.

Just visited this little gem in Princess Anne. The owners were so friendly and lovely to chat with. My husband and I were passing through and we each had the same thing, our favorite, General Tso's, rice and egg rolls. We also had the wonton soup, it didn't disappoint. Tasted so fresh! The General Tso's was made differently than we were used to, but it too was delicious! The perfect stop for lunch in the way home. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so we had their attention, but I'm sure had we not been alone we would have received the same attention. We would visit again if we come by this area!

This is by far the best Chinese place in town. The food is authentic and fresh. I've gone to this place many times and it never disappoints. Honestly everything I've had has been five stars. Lynn is such a nice lady and because it's a family owned business if you want to tweak your order you just have to tell them and they'll do whatever you want. There is also a "secret" menu (it's not so secret) in addition to the regular take out menu. Just ask them and they'll show it to you. The food is simple but very good. It's like a home cooked meal. I recommend their hot and sour soup. It's different but good.

The food here is fantastic! Super friendly owners, reasonable prices, clean and nicely decorated. We even got a free dessert. Love this place! Will definitely stop by again when in the area!

Absolutely phenomenal, the food is amazing and the service is extraordinary. They have the regular menu but if you want to explore more authentic dishes ask for their Chinese menu. If you can't find anything on the menu you can ask them to personally make you something. You can just say you want spicy noodles with vegetables and they will make a dish for you to your liking. 100% a must.

What a charming surprise! We were looking for a quick dinner option after driving for the day and found Lynn's Kitchen. The food was spot on. Fresh sesame green beans cooked with some snap left in them and fresh shrimp with garlic sauce. Both entrees were beautiful to look at as well as tasty. This is a fairly new establishment but run by a chief with many years experience. Will dine here again when we make the trip up the Eastern Shore again.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
