Worst McDonald's ever. No napkins no tops for soda. Register doesn't work properly. Dirty, slow and ghetto. Should be closed down.

Stopped in here for a late lunch and a restroom break Monday of this week. Ordered a Filet-O'-Fish and a small Diet Coke (no fries). Sandwich was lukewarm - like it had been made and then left to sit for 10 minutes or so. Still, I was starving, so I jumped in the car and wolfed it as I went down the road.

I'd give it no stars if I could. I mean, how do you have a BAD experience at a McDonald's? Order your food, get your food, eat your food, leave..right? NO. Not the case here. My husband and I went here twice thinking that maybe, just maybe, they were having a bad day after a first nightmare of a visit, but no...it's still just as horrible. One person taking orders, one person packing orders, and 10 people standing around with their thumbs up their butts while the entire lobby stands and waits for their food. My last visit took 30 MINUTES to receive 2 value meals after ordering. I thought the lobby was going to riot. Seriously. People starting yelling and demanding to know what was taking so long. When things started to get "bad", the manager left the front of the store and retreated to the back where he couldn't be seen. Really??? The other time I was there, I ordered a Frappe. It took 15 minutes to receive and was literally water with no whipped cream or syrup on top. When I asked if this was my Frappe, the girl behind the counter said "yes" and I inquired as to what the deal was with the pathetic looking beverage. She apologized, said they were running low on ice, and that they were out of whipped cream/chocolate syrup. I told her that it would have been nice to know PRIOR to ordering my $4 chocolate water, took my drink and left, throwing it in the trash before I even got back in my car. In all of my years of going to McDonald's all over the country, I have never seen a less professional, poorly staffed, and worse food/beverage quality then at this location. I will never, I mean NEVER return. Keep driving if you come across this location.

Talk about hood rats out in the parking lot doing some shady business at night. I was unsure of getting out my car, but I was hungry! Friendly staff inside the joint so no complaints about that.

Hah! My sister and I call this the "ghetto McDonalds." They never have half the stuff on the menu. How can a McDonalds run out of FRENCH FRIES?!? I always check my bag before I leave because they ALWAYS forget something or put in the wrong thing (chicken mcnuggets instead of a filet o'fish, for example). They never remember to put straws in the bag. A couple of times they only had large cups, no medium or small. I finally got fed up and asked what the problem was. How can they get it wrong EVERY time? Even a broken clock is right twice a day. I was told that the manager purposefully doesn't order certain items because they're too costly. Another time I asked what the manager's name was and the cashier at the drive through window said he only knew his first name and didn't know his last name. This is the worst run McDonalds ever. Sad.

I agree that service is bad and slow. And it's never been clean any time I've been inside, no matter what time of day or what day of the week. Speaking of which, when do they make the food fresh? 'Cause it sure hasn't been within an hour of my coming here - ever.

I am a fan only due to it's location close to my work. I had to go past here from dropping my son off at day care (which we have switched since). The food is never consistent. I had been dropping in almost each and every morning to order a oatmeal and a carmel frappe small. Each day something would be different or "off". Sometimes my oatmeal would have the apples but not the cranberries etc. Some days they would not put enough water or hot enough water in my oatmeal, so needless to say I don't like cement for breakfast. The frappes were ok, sometimes they were a bit too watery. I didn't always get a straw though. The service is best during the morning rush, they do move people pretty quick through the drive through, but if you go inside, prepare to stand by and be treated like a number. It's mcdonalds, what do you want. I am sure the food is fresh only due to the sheer volume they do. Eh... Go to Five guys o Three Brothers across the street.

Typically stay away from fast food but was in a rush and this was close by. Can't speak for the inside dinning but the people in the drive thru seem clueless. Kept being interrupted while at the speaker which resulted in my order being messed up. Order was fixed at the window or so I thought. Ended up still being wrong. Hard to believe these people are demanding $15/hr

I'm not "lovin' it". This place reeks. Disgusting. I thought all McDonald's were supposed to be clean. Obviously not all all of them. This one deserves an award for most awful. I'm here at 8am. Clearly no one cleaned the bathroom last night at closing or this morning. Fecal matter in the trash can? Really? Yes, you read that right. Broken benches in the dining room, flies buzzing around. Dirty tables. yeech.

I'm a self proclaimed "health freak", but sometimes I'll need something quick. Usually try to avoid fast food as much as possible. Tonight I opted for McDonald's and I so regret that decision. The customer service was terrible, as usual. The beverage was pure carbonated water, the Apple pies were burnt like someone lit a fire to them, they forgot the straws, and the put the wrong dressing in the bag. I think I covered everything. Also, I've expressed problems with customer service to management, but nothing has changed. Proceed with caution and make sure to triple check for accuracy.

This place is always a disappointment. Rude staff, poor service, and always dirty. Food consistently comes out like warm with old lettuce. If you want to waste your time and ultimately get something you didn't order then by all means visit this place. Otherwise save your money and your time.

After many consistently poor experiences at McDonalds in general and this McDonalds in particular, they have reached a new low. Placed an order at the counter for food to go. Looked it over as best I could before I left, but since I was literally thrown in one big bag, I didn't notice that all the hashbrowns we're missing. All of them. Went home, put the food on the table, made my discovery, went back up, spoke with the mgr and was met with amazing indifference. Won't be back. And will do my best to avoid all McDonalds, as I should be doing already anyway.
