Went in to inquire about the new pretzel pizza, and boy i'am glad I did!!! The women at the counter was so sweet and got my order right out to me! Only little caesars I'll be going to!!

I'm not a fan of Little Caesar's so this review is based on the customer service experience (or lack thereof). Picking up a cheese pizza for my son, I go in and I witness the cashier/manager having an exchange with a customer then with one of his employees over her rate of creating pizzas. I understand various businesses have their reward program but if I politely say no thank you please don't ask me again and again or I'll reply in my Oprah Winfrey, Color Purple "I said hell nawl" voice. I simply wanted to walk in grab this cheese pizza and roll out. The way you are dressed says a lot about a business. If your clothes are hanging off of you and occasionally you use the hem of your shirt to wipe your brow; I may give you the side eye. Note to this location's staff and management, you are making an impression on customers that could be lasting. I don't know who'll go get my son's next pizza because if it requires me to go back up in here it's not happening. On a positive note, the pizza was hot and presentable to my gremlin when I arrived home & I didn't have to cook.

Rude. There were loud customers (kids) who the manager buddies with. The person who took my order said ten minutes. After 25 minutes and realizing that they messed up my order and were remaking it, I asked for a refund and got attitude from the assistant manager, Race. He then told ME to cut my attitude. I'm sorry, but if you're a dick to me I'm going to come back at you. I'm really disappointed too because I was really craving this. Needless to say I won't be coming back and I will be calling his managers as well. I've worked at papa johns for years and have never seen anyone treat customers like this or run a store like this. Didn't even offer me a solution...

I want to start off saying that I love Little Caesars Pizza but this establishment is HORRIBLE. Their big thing is selling the $5.55 one topping pizza (only pepperoni or Cheese) but this fool that runs the joint IS so cheap with the cheese on the pizza that there is way more sauce than cheese. There are gaps in cheese. It just makes me bitter than I can't get a decent pie of pizza. Im not asking for a whole lot of cheese; just enough to cover the entire pie! I dont think that Is that too much to ask.

Ok, now I know what you all are thinking, "you are giving four stars to this place?" Well, let me explain. Recently I was in a rush and craved some pizza. $5 for a complete pizza? I thought the pizza wouldn't be anything ground breaking for the price, but hey why not? So first on the pizza. Well, for a $5 pizza it wasn't bad...but it didn't rock my socks. On to the service. For those of you who do not know me, I am really big on customer service. The cashier was really friendly and very professional. He even went in the back to retrieve a fresh pizza since they were out of pepperoni Hot-N-Ready. No excuses, just timely results...something I can appreciate. Good job!! All in all I was pretty satisfied.

Gone here several times and it's better than the new off 198 in Laurel. Hot N Ready always when we pick up our pizzas! In and out the door every time with our order is how we like it!
