Haven't had a bad meal yet. Great take out place. Crab cake pizza is legit. Plus it's a convenient liquor store as well.

Great food with a variety of choices on the menu. Tip: if you are not a fan of red hots on your sub, ask to not put them on. Cheesesteak is exceptional. Very unassuming atmosphere. Mostly carry out. Liquor store joined with restaurant.

This place used to be wonderful. Some years back the quality went down hill suddenly. I heard it had to do with the owners breaking up, but I can't confirm the validity of this story. I do know that suddenly, my favorite items (crab cakes and crab dip) dropped terribly in quality. The portion size shrunk and the recipes seemed to change to a less flavorful recipe that is afraid of old bay. Also, they no longer give you adequate crackers with the crab dip to eat all the crab dip. The sub rolls are now dry and burnt. And delivery is not an option here, especially if you order french fries. The delivery always takes at least an hour now, thus causing your french fries to be cold and soggy by the time they arrive. So Sad.

Five stars I would give for food only but there is facility which needs a little upgrade (bathroom specially). For fourteen years here, food was good I wouldn't say excellent . There was cases.... Liquor store needs to get more choices to compete with others.

This is the worst pizza I've ever ate, no sauce and extremely flavorless. Too much cheese on their plain pizza and delivery took an hour for one pizza.

I was never impressed by this place, but my girlfriend loves it. Their pizza is always under cooked. Even my girlfriend put the pizza into the oven, even though we just picked up from them minutes ago.

The food here is average. My go to is a cheeseburger sub because it's pretty simple. Pizza is horrible. Prices are fair but a little on the higher side. I would like to try the crab cakes sometime but I'm nervous because of the mediocre quality of the rest.

Honestly my husband and I used to like this place a lot. However, it's gone down hill. There is a female manager that works there that is just horrible. She actually told my husband and I that we shouldn't order there again because it will always take over an hour for the food to arrive. OK lady we will start ordering from Fratellos. If it wasn't for this lady we would probably still order from Casa Mias. How she arrived in a customer service position is beyond me. Save yourself the trouble and headache and order from fratellos or even Papa Johns. Note to the GM: if you want to increase your profit ten fold, get rid of this woman who insists on driving away your customers.

Great place to take your out of town company. For great crab cake and outstanding service. I moved here from DC and this place knocks my socks off each time.

Casa Mias does it right every time! Delivery is slow but pickup is quick. They have a huge menu!

The employees can be nice but aren't always and this place if pretty in the middle. Sometimes you an get food and it is awesome. Sometimes you get food and it is horribly disappointing. We have stopped going there but they never messed up a sub so if you are ordering that, go for it.

Has by far the best crab cake I've ever had. And cream of crab soup. Most everything here is good. I have been getting some jibba jabba the last couple of visits when I asked them to put my sub in the oven (seriously?) and when I asked them to substitute the Greek salad side that came with my son's rueben for another kind. For some reason they have never had an issue doing this until the last couple of months.

I got the crabcake platter delivered to the hotel I was staying at. The broiled crabcakes had a lot of flavor and practically no fillers. Seeing as though I grew up in Annapolis, I'd say they did these right. They were also not small crabcakes, and they definitely had some large, tender chunks of crab, which I love. They didn't over-season them either so you can taste the freshness of the crab. The cole slaw was subpar, though, and they could improve the organization of their online ordering service. They make a solid mac and cheese. I'll be ordering from here again if I return to White Marsh. Definitely try the broiled crabcakes. I can't speak for the fried ones, though, as I've never tried them.

ABSOLUTE BEST CRABCAKE ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE BY CHERYL. A girlfriend and I ordered crabcake dinners with my sides being broccoli and fries with gravy. The woman who took my order was fabulous and even joked that the gravy will be on side so it would not get soggy. Food arrived in about an hour and when I opened it there was no gravy. Called back to ask for the guy to quickly turn around and in the background I hear a woman going off and talking about how I didn't pay for the gravy, how it was never on the order ...and how I will owe $0.79. So I explained to the nice young man on the line that issue is that I did not receive what I ordered and would love to simply have the gravy. Still hearing this woman in the background I finally asked to speak to the manager because at this point this smart attitude in the background is unacceptable. The manager who gets on the phone is GUESS WHO... The woman in the background!!! You have got to be kidding me. You want to argue with me over $0.79 so ma'am please take the $0.79 out of the $10 tip I just gave for the wrong order. She did calm down a slight bit and say they would send someone. Arriving in 45 min after the call, the delivery guy nicely apologized of which was definitely not his fault and I gave him the $0.79 to make sure he gave directly to CHERYL. There is NOTHING like poor customer service to screw up loyalty. I will pass along to all of my networks and social media contacts to avoid this restaurant because even the best crab cake is not worth a nasty attitude from someone who has influence over who makes your food. The score is a two star only because the crab cake was so good but the service was extremely poor

I love Casa Mia's! We order from them more than a few times a month and have not ever been disappointed! Their pizza is great, subs are delicious, and salads and wraps are amazing! Their fast delivery makes them second to none on busy weeknights and they even deliver to my work, one of the few who still do! Only complaint is their online ordering is kind of finicky.

Decent crab cake, but too expensive. You get the same thing at G&M and it's bigger AND comes with a side. Here you do not get a side. Not even a bag of chips = Lame

Horrible experience!!! Ordered the chicken florentine dinner and chicken Chesapeake dinners. They didn't cook the food well and there was a gelatin sauce in the dish. Brought it back to the restaurant and the owner got argumentative with me about the substance in the food. She kept arguing that it was onions. The cook finally admitted the he didn't cook the food thoroughly which made me question what kind of sauce is gelatinous unless it's not fresh. She refused to credit me my full refund until the cook admitted the he didn't cook the other order correctly, either. Rude service and the food was not appealing. NOT FRESH if your sauces are gelatin and the dishes said wine sauce!!!

So I have ordered from here multiple times-their food is not the best. I have had a few of their sandwiches and all of them are ok but nothing fantastic. They do have good pizza though, so I would recommend that. As far as ordering alcohol (which is awesome) they didn't bring what I ordered for wine. So it's ok but not the best-if you're drunk and want some pizza and more alcohol-this is not the worst choice. If you just want delicious food-I would recommend Fratellos.

This place is average and can be very hit or miss. I was always fan of their cream of crab soup, but it seems it keeps getting saltier each time I order it. The eggplant parm sub can be really good if made properly. Sometimes they get very chincy on the cheese and sauce. I think also for the prices, fries or potato salad should come with the subs. Since the suburbs of Baltimore lack dive Italian joints like this, the choices are minimal. I'd recommend Cannella's first because their overall quality and service is better.

Horrible service!!! Every time I order from there I get an attitude from somebody! Last time the delivery man said "Screw you!" Because I didn't tip. This time the owner screwed up and blamed ME for it! The food took and hour and a half to get here and my apartment is 300 feet from the restaurant. And it was cold and the soda was warm! They do not appreciate our business! Don't waste your time or money there!!!

Excellent food. Everything I've ever gotten here had been delicious. I recommend the shrimp and roasted red pepper pizza. One of the best pizzas I've ever had! Also, the service is good.

Great food, never had a complaint. Usually either get a salad, wrap, sandwich, or soup. All of which are top notch. Taste great and great quality. But you have to call ahead, especially if you go during lunch, as it can get busy and you may wait. Also, the prices are a little steep. I would eat here more if they were more manageable. With 2 people, it often comes up to about $20-25 for 2, maybe 3 items.

Great Crabcakes; Great Cheesesteaks. Their broiled crabcake is fantastic. You have to know what you are getting yourself into when going here- it is a short order joint with a package goods store. There is a dining room in the back and a small bar. The food is great, which is why you come here. I go there almost everyday for lunch and am consistently impressed. I've had the broiled and fried crabcake- and the fried one is mediocre compared to the broiled one which is fantastic.

I am very surprised to see negative reviews... I will literally go out in a snow storm and drive 10ish miles for the crabcakes. The meal is expensive but where can you get crabcakes that are even average for less? I think it's $30 for two HUGE crabcakes, two sides and garlic bread. The mac and cheese side is incredible. All the food is good. In response to some of the negative comments:T he same chick has taken my order every time for the past 5 years... She's not "Romper Room" happy, but when I change my mind 3 times, she is always patient and sweet. Sometime I have to wait on hold when I call... Like when everyone within a 5 mile radius is calling for delivery during a Ravens game. Why are they all calling? The food is great. I've never thought of this place as even remotely "dirty". I am super picky- I'd never even get a bottle of Coke from a place that was not clean. This is not a fancy Italian restaurant. It is more like a sub shop that offers a decent, relaxed place to sit and watch "the game".

Love it here. I get delivery from here at least twice a month. They have delicious cheese steaks..and a few years ago during all of the blizzards....then delivered me just a box of alcohol for me and my snowed in friends. You can't beat a restaurant that delivers alcohol as well as food. The new menu is great, quesadillas are good, and their MD Crab Soup always has huge lumps of crab. Crab cake platter and sandwich are fantastic as well.

Horrible customer service.....after arriving at what looked like a nice deli I walked in and asked if I could get a menu and a guy gave me one...I went back to the car looked it over with my husband and there was a coupon we wanted to use. I went in to order and the manager overheard me using the coupon and made me feel like an idiot saying no you can't just walk in here grab a menu and use a coupon, that's for delivery only. We had grabbed the menu because we had never been there and had two sleeping kids in the car.

I have lived by Casa Mias for quite a while, but always thought that it was only a beer carryout with quick to go food. It turns out they have quite wonderful crab cakes. They are a bit pricy, but are very large and worth the cost. I noticed that Thursdays are crab cake nights, so may be a better option to save a few dollars. I can't say that the staff were very friendly when I was ordering. The crab cake was not served with lemon or cocktail sauce and it seemed that when I asked for it, it was the end of the world. I'd definitely go back, just order what I need from the start.

I'm a fan. Their pizza, sandwiches, and subs are really good, the dining room is very casual and good to bring young kids. It's become our go to place for pizza. There's a couple plasmas on the wall for watching a game and a liquor store attached which means we have a place to buy booze on Sundays. Never been disappointed. I will be sure to keep an eye out for what Ryan M. wrote.

Every time i order from here I am never disappointed. The crab cakes, pizza, cheese steaks, italian cold cuts are all very delicious. The service is always friendly, and the prices are fairly reasonable.

Get the Italian cold cut. Bread was fresh, wholesome and crusty on the outside. Perfect meat to cheese ratio. Plus they have every kind of UTZ chip bag you could ever dream of. AND they are connected to a liquor store. In the event of the apocolypse, my first stop is Casa Mias.

Placed a online order for a white pizza, crab cake on a kaiser roll and chicken dinner. I received a confirmation the order would be ready for pick up at 4:45. I get to the restaurant to pick up the order and none of the staff even know about my order. I told the girl I have a confirmation that the order was placed and ready for pick up at 4:45. She then walks over to the fax machine and picks up the paper and says "oh, this just came through". Obviously it had been just sitting there and no one bothered to check and see if they had online orders coming in. I then waited another 25 minutes in the restaurant for them to make my food. The girl mentioned what had happened to the manager and the manager acted as if she could care less. While I was waiting I counted 10 workers behind the counter and the manager so how could something like this possibly happen with all the staff that was working ? To me, the customer service is the worst. Nothing was done or even mentioned to accommodate me the paying customer that you need about this whole incident that was the fault of the staff and poor leadership on duty. I went here often but never again. White Marsh has too many excellent restaurants that appreciate my business and know how to treat their customers.

The food is good...if you can get it delivered hot...or in a reasonable amount of time. We just ordered lunch from the office for the first time in over a year because of how long the delivery time is...and it sure was the same old same old. Called and ordered at 10:30 with a 45 minute delivery time...our food arrived just before 11:50. Needless to say, this will probably be our last time ordering.

I gave it a try after reading good reviews. But they left me disappointed. I ordered a italian chicken florentine pasta. It was watery with no flavor or whatsoever...and my italian cheesesteak was just okay. On the plus side, they sell a good selection of liquors.

  • A L.

Great crab cakes!!! excellent i should say. I liked the sweet potato fries as well. I gotta say, the only downside is that it was quite expensive and we had to wait like 20 minutes for an order of crab cakes. It took way too long and price was way too much. it was 25 bucks for 2 6oz crab cakes and like 7 or 8 bucks for a crab soup that was a small lunch-ish size. Bring the price down little more and I can consider it a regular spot. The on-site liquor store is pretty cool too.
