Well let's start with the bad. They were out of two things we tried to order. One of our servers (I think she was the proprietor) had a very thick accent which almost caused a few ordering mishaps (I don't like having a communication gap when I'm ordering anything). The food showed up one plate at a time leaving me wondering which dish was next & when it was coming...Now we'll go into the awesome. I don't know if the food had heroin in it (jk) but everything served was hot and addictive. This would explain the one plate at a time thing, it was coming out of the kitchen as fast as the chef was completing each dish and our servers were bridging our gap with smiles and attentive service. The restaurant is small but super clean. The staff is kind and professional, they even packaged our left overs at the table for us. This is now our go to asian cuisine. Prices are fair and a menu is available on line.

Love this place! We drive from south of Hampstead, passing many other Asian restaurants because the food is that good. Their California Roll is to die for! The food is always fresh, hot and delicious! Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

We've been eating here since they opened. The staff treats you like family, and the food is always amazing!!! I'm gluten and dairy free so Asian cuisine was out for awhile, but their pad Thai is safe for me and delicious. All of their food is wonderful. You won't be disappointed!

Best sushi, Chinese food, and friendly service you will ever find in Maryland. If you go anywhere, go here, and you won't be disappointed. It is a favorite of whoever enters this establishment. Good people with good food.

Have gone to Lin's two separate times now and, while I can only speak of the sushi, it is very good! It's great... you walk in to this whole-in-the-wall joint on main street Manchester, MD, the owners greet you, you order and they make the sushi fast and fresh. Looks great...tastes better. Highly recommend you give it a try!

Great little place in a small town like Manchester! Owners are always friendly and remember me and my wife. The sushi selection is great, never expected such good sushi in Manchester. Great chinese meals as well! Pick this place over driving towards hampstead!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
