Came here around 10:30 on a Sunday morning. The line was wrapped around the store, and they had two baristas taking orders and only one fixing coffee. Should have been the other way around. Coffee was hot once I got it. They were out of the breakfast sandwich I was wanting... Oh well.

This store still leaves much to be desired. I visited on a weekend, midday. They didn't have a line to order, but they had 3 people waiting for drinks. I was greeted quickly and gave my order. When I ordered iced coffee, she asked what kind of coffee I wanted. That's not a normal question for Starbucks... The iced coffee is already brewed, you don't get a choice like you do with hot coffee. When I looked confused and chose a brew, her coworker corrected her and she said she'd been making it that way all day. Yikes. That's just not correct and you'd hope their training covered that. Drinks took almost 20 minutes. Service was friendly. One of the drinks was lacking the requested sweetener but the others seemed fine. If this wasn't so convenient, I would never go because they're ridiculously slow and often inaccurate, but I have a coffee problem so I'll probably keep begrudgingly giving them business.

Slowest service ever. Waited 10 mins to place order while a manager took watched a sales girl deal with an elderly women order. The music was so loud the old lady couldn't hear to answer and order. The line built up. But the manager did nothing. Really awful.

This is one of the worst Starbucks. Always slow and management is horrible. Have 1 person making drinks while there are 20 ppl in line. Owner needs to get a grip and teach management how to manage. Always out if products and ingredients. I usually bypass this one and drive 17 miles up the road to the next one......yes that bad. Only positive is that most of the staff is friendly but management is just horrible.

Love this location! Has two entrances and seems more open and spacious than the one in California, MD. No hassle parking.

Staff is super friendly and the Mocha Cookie Crumble is FTW! I fall for this place every time I go grocery shopping. Not to mention my wife didn't help with my addiction!
