After two visits from two different locations...I'm just not a fan. I thought by coming back to have the salad bar would be okay..but the options are very limited for the price. I did enjoy my server..she was ON those Coke Zero's :)

I come here during the work week for a quick lunch with co-workers. I always get the mini burgers with the salad bar. Nice combo. Pig out on the salad bar to make myself feel good about eating healthy before destroying that feeling by devouring mini hamburgers and a good portion of fries.

I was very happy with my bleu cheese burger. The service is par for an "Appleby's type establishment". Bring friends, get a pitcher of beer, and leave your expectations at the door. SERVICE: 7/10 AMBIANCE: 4/10 FOOD: 4/10 PRICE: 8/10 UNIQUENESS: 1/10 OVERALL SCORE: 48 Service: Graded by the "Keep my cup full principle". Ambiance: Pretty self-explanatory Food: A high food score does not always indicate it is a place for foodies. It is weighted based upon the establishment - thus bar food can receive a high score Price: Price is graded based upon what I believe is fair value for the food you are receiving. A high score does not necessarily indicate the establishment is cheap. Uniqueness: Higher scores indicate desire to return.

Don't write on Ruby Tuesdays wall on facebook because if you say something negative they delete you. My thoughts on our last visit which was 6/10 and we had not been there for 6 months. We will not be going back. Flipping salad bar sucks! I will not be going back until it is fixed! I mean come on you all got rid of the grapes. 2nd the chefs need to learn to let a steak rest so it does not become jerky when put in front of someone. I am so disappointed.

This RT is right across from where I'm currently slinging Powerpoint and Visio, so I tend to eat here a couple of times a month. I hadn't been to a Ruby Tuesday in a long, long time before this, so I was just sort of expecting ho-hum chain food. I have to say I have been very impressed by their burgers. I've pretty much gone through the whole burger universe they offer, from sliders to the avocado turkey burger (top notch) to the Smokehouse Barbecue Bacon Burger (artery alert!). They know how to cook them, serve them quickly, and basically don't fart around in doing so. The only burger-related complaint I have is the fries. They are very stingy on the fries (which are otherwise quite good). Oh yes, and a secret in plain sight here -- the fruit iced teas and lemonades are *expletive* awesome. Especially the lemonade. It's not Minute Maid -- it really tastes fresh squeezed and is very tart. The fruit is not puree or syrup -- they mash a bunch of blackberries or strawberries right in there. Try the strawberry lemonade or blackberry iced tea, and you won't be sorry. Free refills too! The staff has always been top notch too, so four stars for RT!

Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite chain restaurants. This particular one is in a very nice and neat location, near high end name hotels, and big companies such Northrop and Grunman. RT ambiance gives a familiar feel, however, the food is not quite up to standard. I was quite disappointed as I am used to very good food at any RT. Nevertheless, because of it's nice location, this RT would probably where I go back to. I did say something about the food being dry, i.e., cold french fries; the waitress was able to correct it but I think though it was the cook of the day mainly who caused the damage; the second food that came out was not good as well, just a little different.

I wish I could give 0 stars.Yesterday, my husband and I decided to go for a late lunch. We got to the restaurant, and there were a total of 10 customers there. The hostess seated us at a table that was not clean, so she said that she was going to get a towel. She wiped the table off with napkins and walked away. We waited for 5 minutes, and a server never showed up. We left and went to G&M Restaurant instead...which was amazing. I'll be doing a review on the shortly.

If you plan to get a to-go order, prepare for confusion. I walked in and told the hostess that I needed to place a to-go order. She handed me a menu and directed me to the back where I was assured someone would help me. I stood there for several minutes, menu in hand, as several employees (including a manager) passed me. Finally, I caught someone's eye and told her that I needed to place a to-go order. She took it and went bak into the kitchen. Then someone else came out and asked if I was picking up an order. I told her I was placing an order. When my food came out, there was confusion as to who could cash me out. To top it all off, they didn't give me the garlic cheese bread that was supposed to come with my meal!

I'm pretty sure the bartender is clueless as he or she butchered my favorite cocktail...I think my martini was 50% olive juice ...but the server was friendly and efficient. I had the grilled salmon with rice pilaf and green beans. All were cooked and seasoned appropriately. It's a Chili's-like chain...how many stars can they really get??

I have been here many times and I think the salad bar is pretty amazing compared to most of them out there these days. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the turkey burgers! They are soo good. The sauce that they put on it is just to die for...sadly they dont put quite enough on it. I have never had bad service and for a chain restaurant I think the prices are decent. They must know they have a good salad bar though b/c it's way over priced. I have one complaint and it's on the desserts. They have a good selection and I have had two. One was the brownie which was hard on bottom and stale and the other was a crape dessert that was aweful!

Staying at a nearby hotel, they had a menu laying around in room for Ruby T. I ordered some pot stickers and wings for takeout. I got there too early but found a special takeout door. The handsome young man (cougar alert) was real nice and offered to bring the food to my room, errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr CAR when it was ready. That was a nice added touch. Back at the room, we, errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...I enjoyed the takeout and found the pot stickers to be very tasty with a great dipping sauce. I haven't seen a RT on this coast but would go again in a heartbeat. RT kid, if you are reading this *wink wink* call me! (it's just a pretend fantasy people! calm yourself.)

Great all around value and consistency. All the different items I have ordered here....close to a dozen...are good here. I would have given this place a 5 star ratings if the corporation didnt change the policy on the salad bar. 2 years ago...Ruby had one of the best salad bars in the country....wide selection of different veggies...pasta salads....and desserts...truly 5 stars. Then the bean counters took notice and probably figured out they could save money by trimming down the selections.....too bad. They trimmed the selections down by half. I used to average going there twice a week because of the salad bar. Now is more like once a month....still good..but there are other choices now to consider. I was finding out...alot of my friends were also going there for the salad bar. What is really underrated in this place are the burgers. The burgers come out very tasty. Good portion of hamburger....quality bun....very good fries....If this place just cooked hamburgers...it would rate 5 stars.

I had the crab cake entree'. I was fairly good, but a little flat. Not a whole lot of large crabmeat. Sides were good. Service was good and speedy. Overall good...

One of the new style Ruby's. It was fine. Server lacked any personality, but the food was adequate. We chose it because you could walk from our hotel. I'm usually a fan of Ruby's, especially their burgers, and I would go back to this one, but I just didn't get a good vibe.

Maybe this is because I usually hate restaurant chains-- but this place was pretty horrible. I have definitely eaten at a Ruby Tuesday's before-- in fact, I have eaten at several. So I went in expecting the standard cheap all American meal to tide me over until my next course in the day. As a vegetarian would expect at an American-food restaurant, there are little to no options without meat. This was unfortunate but expected, so I just ordered their salad bar. I mean, how bad could it be if I make it myself? I went up to the salad bar and picked out a plate (which I had to fish for because the top two were DIRTY). There were only bland, unexciting options. Sure you had your lettuce and spinach base-- and then the regulars: tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers. etc. Weirdly enough they weren't offering carrots that day (maybe they never do? or maybe they just ran out) but they only offered two cheeses (feta and I think cheddar). I don't know what I expected, but usually there is at least tuna, avocado, or pineapple offered at salad bars that I have seen in similar salad bar setups. The base for these salads seemed to be ham chunks and bacon chunks (once again, not giving us vegetarians better options even when using the salad bar). I tried the potato salad which was quite bad, as it was loaded up with more of the mustard sauce then actual contents of the salad. They did not offer a lot of the last minute throw ons-- only bacon bits and sunflower seeds (what about croutons, those swirly crunchy things, or nuts?!) Our waitress was pleasant but forgetful, as my boyfriend sat with his fries for a long time before he got his ketchup. However, when she realized her mistake, she did RUN to the kitchen to get it. (And by the way, he ordered a Turkey burger that he seemed to like enough, but he did say it was nothing special). When we ate here, it was around two o'clock, and it was extremely dim inside. Sort of like I was wearing sunglasses. It was odd to have extreme mood lighting during the middle of the afternoon. Overall, the food is bland. I ate here on a Thursday, so maybe they don't put out a huge variety on the weekdays. But the selection they did provide didn't taste fresh or even interesting at all. The prices are seemingly cheaper than other restaurants-- however, the quality of the food is WAY overpriced. The salad bar was 8 dollars, and I could have gotten a huge salad at Wendy's that was way more delicious for only 4 dollars. Basically, eating at Ruby Tuesday's is like dining in at a fast food restaurant that is disguised as a dinning-in restaurant... with possibly worse tasting food.

food is generic but it's got a good beer selection; a decent place to get a meal for a fair price when staying at nearby hotels (there isnt much else around!)

Besides the dirty knife and folk I had receive, the Food and service was absolutely perfect , I will definitely recommend the pretzel burger .

Upon walking in I usually find myself playing where's waldo or rather where's the hostess. Wait service isn't too good here. The waiters can get amnesia about having tables to tend too even on a slow day. Nevertheless the food is still pretty good chain restaurant food. You can't order a side salad because they don't prepare it the the back house but they do have a salad bar. My nephew loved his kids menu and I appreciate them having one available.

  • Latasha H.

The service is awesome! I ordered a pretzel burger (for delivery) and I was saddened when I went to chow down and the burger had a regular bun, not a pretzel bun. I called and spoke to a manager who INSISTED that I give them the opportunity to get my order right and have it delivered again. My pretzel burger came a short time later and I went to hand the delivery driver the order that was wrong and he said that I could have it. Awesome. Just what I need...an extra burger. Double time in the gym. Lol. I open the bag and there is my beautiful pretzel burger and to my surprise, they threw in a slice of cake for the inconvenience. So sweet! That is AWESOME customer service! By the way, the Pretzel Burger was delish! I love that pretzel bun! And the bacon mustard mayo is soooo tasty!

I was staying at Hilton Garden Inn BWI Airport, which is very close to this location. I found myself hungry, so I decided to order a simple Cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger was burnt on the outside and extremely salty. The fries were cold and could've stay in the fryer two minutes longer. When I to paid for my order. The bartender took the money, placed my change on the bar without a receipt. When I asked. I'm sorry you can't get a new one printed, AFTER the bartender ball it up and threw it away. It was a different type of vibe. Zero customers services and terrible food. Lesson learned stay away from all Ruby Tuesday.

I was hesitant to make the trip to eat here because of some of the other reviews, but was very glad I did. Entering in the front door I was met by four smiling young ladies and immediately ushered to a seat. Our waitress Shelby, an attractive young girl, was as attentive as any waitress I've ever had. She took our orders quickly and we had some very good food in no time. The salad bar was stocked and fresh, the clientele was friendly and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the service, the food, or the atmosphere. From my experience this is a great place and I'll definitely be going back before I leave Maryland.

This a busy location. The decor and menu is like any other Ruby Tuesday. Also, it has a small bar area. Servers are usually nice.

The food is never worth the price here, but the service is on point. Good place for lunch, and they have Yuengling on tap, which is a plus! I liked the small portion shrimp cajun pasta that I ordered. Nothing special, but it wasn't bad.

We come to this location about 6-8 times a year and dined here recently on a friday evening. The salad bar is always fresh, well stocked and enjoyable. I'm surprised more restaurants don't have one. The menu is always changing as I'm sure they are trying to find the right formula (and never seem to find it). I think the steaks are underrated and the burgers are good as well. The chicken tenders and other appetizers are usually solid. I had the ribs recently as they are trying to push them for the summer menu - they were really bad. Precooked and heated up in some way, they didn't have much flavor. The kids pizza was unforgivable, please remove it from the menu. The service at this location has always been good.

I usually stay at Hyatt Place because of the Ruby Tuesdays and Movie theatre across the street. I ate here twice on my trip. The first night, the food was fine. However, I did notice a bit of the side eye when the lady at the register took my payment for the to-go order. I don't tip for ringing me up. I do know that the tip is not necessarily for that day's service, it's for the next visit. Stupid me. I came back the next night and figured I'd try a pretzel bun burger and a blondie. I was given a wait time of 30 minutes over the phone. hmmmm. Having no microwave, I went over in 15 minutes and my food was already waiting on me. I get back to my room and it's a regular bun burger and the blondie is colder than the ice cream. The food was okay but I'll probably stay somewhere else on the next trip and most likely not return to Ruby Tuesdays.

Haven't been in a Ruby Tuesday for sometime due to the closest one to me closed some years ago! Their commericals have been on point and coupon deals are inviting so I had to find one close to my home! I went on a busy Saturday night which had a 20 min wait which they were accurate on so that made a happy me! Some of the highlights: +Great Salad Bar ( Very fresh, clean up regulary) +Great Drinks ( Try the RubyRelaxer it has Cruzan Rum!!) + Good Menu Options + Many online Coupon deals to save money so google coupons before you stop by) + Good Bread + Quick Food Serivce ( I order the yummy Hickory Burbon Salmon) Some of the lows: -It took forever to get silverware -Not engough waiting area seats -Dirty Restrooms With that being said I would comeback! Im interested in the Pretzel Burger it looks amazing!

Luv this place, especially the salad bar. Everything is always fresh and clean. I luv the fact you can jus pile it on lol. Tonight I ordered out and got the jambalaya pasta. It was so yummy and spicy jus the way I like it. The servers and hostess are always so nice and fast when getting you your order.

I haven't been in about 2 decades to this place because it's honestly nothing special. It was busy and the wait was only 2 minutes. Once we got sat our waitress was great. I liked the garlic things they give you at the table. But she didn't explain what they were so that would of been nice to know. We got our food and the chicken parm pasta was good but nothing I'd want again. The sauce was barely on it and it felt like it was missing something. The cheese on it tasted funny. My mom had the bella chicken and she liked it as well. Also wasn't too thrilled that the kids menu didn't include a drink

You can't beat this place if you're staying in the area sat at the bar service is great food, was hot, can't ask for anything more great TVs great service don't go anyplace else especially not Bob Evans.

We came on a slow night but the food was good, the service was great our waitress was very nice, not too pushy but attentive. My husband and I both got the salad bar that was very well stocked, again it was a slow night so it was to be expected. Overall though it was good we likely would not have come if we did not have a gift card but we were satisfied with our meals and would return. The chocolate cake that we ordered for desert was very yummy we ordered to go but they did not skimp on the presentation, whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Husband really enjoyed the Thai eggroll appetizers.

It's Ruby Tuesday! The service was really good as was the food. They have some really great options for lighter or healthier fare. And the salad on the salad bar ( and the fixings) were quite fresh! Which is not always the case at restaurants with salad bars. My only real complaint would be that I prefer my salads on cold plates. There may be some health reason why they don't. No matter really as long as they're clean! I've been twice in the last month and I see no reason why I won't be back again.

Grabbed a seat at the bar and tried the new menu item, Bourbon glazed Pork Chop. What a surprise, bone-in thick cut tender and juicy chop with a baked potato and grilled zucchini paired with a tall cold Miller Lite, great meal after a long work day. A must try if you like Pork Chops.

Average chain which attempts to be better than the other large names out there, but comes up short with an older out of date interior and cleanliness close to a trash-heap. The floors around the table were unswept and look as if they haven't been cleaned since two nights before. Our chairs had debris from the previous guests, and appeared worn out and aged -- if it hadn't been the place a friend wanted to dine I would've easily left. For some visitors the salad bar is worth the visit with most entrees the salad bar is complementary and self-serving all you can eat style. For myself the selection looked dated a unkept with condiments all over the serving platform and just was disgusting. I ordered a steak which was overpriced, small, and wasn't a new york strip as I ordered, but a rough cut of steak tenderized overly seasoned and over cooked. My sides were fair and made up for the poor cut of steak. Overall the experience is forgettable, just like the food, 2 stars.

The only thing I can recommend here is the Salad Bar. The 'background' music is too loud and not conducive to conversation.

The floors were so dirty my shoes were sticking. Yuck bathroom was dirty. The server was greàt no problem there I ordered the ribs they tasted like they were cooked last week they were somewhat dry. Salad bar could of used more variety like some fruit, beets, more pasta salads so I guess you have slit to work on.

This is one of my favorite places to go for a quick bite to eat, but I was disappointed with a recent experience. I went in for Happy Hour on 27 Aug and the drinks were o.k (light on the booze) and the server (Travis) seemed distracted and rude. I will avoid his section the next time I go here.

This Ruby Tuesday is conveniently located by a group of hotels by the BWI airport. I dropped in for dinner and ordered the Spicy Fish Tacos Combo with the salad bar. One bite of the fish taco was enough to back me away - the fish stunk and tasted bad. The cooks should have noticed the bad smell of the fish. The salad bar was minimal and was the size of a hotdog cart. I will not be back.

Love their Hickory Bourbon Salmon one of my favorite lunch items! This establishment is my frequent go to for lunch when I just dont know what to get. This is because I know I will be completely satisfied ordering the Hickory Bourbon Salmon with green beans and getting the salad bar. I have yet to be disappointed. Calling ahead works as they are typically on time and going to order and wait works since they don't seem to take more than 15mins.

A rating of 1 star only because the bathroom was freshly stocked w/ toilet paper. I came in right at opening. Hoping to get the infamous all you can belly up on salad bar! NO greeting upon arrival. Waited for 15 minutes at front counter just to be seated. Bunch of frat kids hangin' out around bar and back area chatting and laughing, and when they see me waiting at the front desk, here comes a mad looking girl. very short skirt, inappropriate attire and reaked of B.O. Did not receive those lil' biscuits your suppose to get before meal. O' well didn't want to interrupt their gossip fest. Ordered the all you can eat salad bar, the kid was adding fresh peas, and was really upset/glaring at me when I reached near him for the cucumbers. Decided to be adventurous and ordered pasta, w/out meat, as I'm a vegetarian, and asked if they could put mushroom instead, at the end they charged me $2.00 extra for mushrooms, but I didn't order meat, I just wanted to substitute meat for mushroom.. doesn't make sense. Overall, rating of a 3 out of 10 on cleanliness. Old stinch sort of smell here, almost like dirty mop stinch throughout restaurant. the seats were semi wet when I sat down and they didn't attempt to dry the seats until after my beige khakis were drenched and I mentioned it to them. Don't even think about getting a refill here!! Only time I saw the waitress was when she took the order, and when a different waitress brought it. Then, had a young fellow bring the check. 3 different servers. so confused what do I leave for a tip? Overall if your looking for a quiet, dull kinda depressing hide out, semi microwaved food and surprise extra charges, then this is it!

I came here for lunch with a group of people, and the service is a little ghetto while the food is subpar. I got the "pick three veggie sides" dish which comes with the free salad bar. I got their sweet potato fries (just OK), their creamy mashed cauliflower (which was too creamy, and not enough cauliflower for my taste), and the mac and cheese (which was this really thick, artificial Velveeta cheese with only a few pieces of macaroni). Their salad bar was pretty standard, but I don't like their apple salad tossed in mayo because the apples aren't fresh, they're soaked in this lemon/syrup water which made the apples soggy and lemony tasting. I was there on a Sunday and watching the football game, and the servers were commenting on how were fans of an opposing team, and they were cursing behind us- I was afraid they were going to spit in my food!!

I loved the food. its the best restaurant I had ever been to. But it was a shame they didn't have APPLE PIE!!!!

The food is average nothing extraordinary but at the same time nothing wrong with it. I sat at the Bar and the service was one individual server was great. I could tell that she was having some type issues with one of her co-workers as they kept arguing behind the counter. She was extremely nice and very attentive the other co-worker seemed as he was the one causing the issues. The parking lot was full as it is shared.

Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in awhile, and after my meal, I plan never to go again. Give one star just because of good service and a decent salad bar. Ordered the ribeye - when it came out, looked very unappetizing. Looked like they just threw a piece of meat on a flatiron. No flavor at all - had to slather on A1 sauce to give it some oomph. My wife had the crabcakes - that was even worst - very little crab meat, too much filling, and very mushy. Maybe RT should only be a burger and sandwich place, because their entrees were very unsatisfying.

I just want to bookmark Ruby Tuesday for saving my Thanksgiving day. All restaurants were closed and I needed a hot meal after a long ass trip from Seattle going coast to coast. I am giving thanks here for the baby back ribs, beer and a fine blondie dessert. :)

Oh boy, oh boy. HORRIBLE service - slow slow slow and no one seems to know their ups from their downs. A two-hour ordeal to have four people eat dinner, get checks, pay, and leave. Two of the orders were wrong. The refills were barely existent. Another person in my party ordered a vodka and received a glass of water. The manager insisted it was vodka. Nearly unbelievable all around.

Wow, this was really close to our hotel so had to stop here for dinner. The endless salad bar was amazing and we finally got our veggies in. Being on the road has its minus for getting your nutrition and fiber. The salmon was done perfectly so no complaints. Plus, service was super fast and nice. Convenient location being right next to a bunch of hotels across from the BWI airport parking lot.

First off, my wife and I stopped by at around 5:30 on Sept 29th. The hostess seating us seemed super inconvenienced by our presence as we walked in on her using her phone. It was so much attitude for no reason. Luckily out waitress was excellent! As we ordered a Tai Phoon shrimp was nearly all breading and presented nothing like the menu. We also ordered a salmon salad for my wife. An absolute insult for a place with a salad bar to server an entree with scraps of ice burg, that stuff is something you do not pay for at a sit down restaurant. I ordered a simple chicken and broccoli Alfredo. How can you screw that up? Well when it is bland, and gummy with a hot plate it's made by good ol chef microwave. If I wanted a better pasta I could have brought a lean cuisine. $40.00 well not worth it, I guarantee it's only in business due to the high commuter traffic. We are at the same place three years ago before I deployed, it was a great experience but something happened between them and now. Kudos to our waitress, despite not finishing our meal she did her best to make it a positive experience we did not let the negatives affect her tip when she actually tries. Get more staff like her!

Dropped by with friends before their flight and the food was mediocre at best. I'm not a RT fan but it was close to their hotel. I ordered salmon and it was overcooked ( no flakiness just terrible). A tablemate's chicken was the opposite; undercooked. She alerted our server and got another dish, I just ate my sides (sweet potato fries and green beans) and left disappointed. I wondered why I don't go to RT when it was suggested and the dry/overcooked salmon reminded me. The server did comp the chicken dish hence star #2.

The salad bar is very good for fresh greens including peas, edamame, broccoli, and zucchini. The grilled zucchini is EXCELLENT. The rest of the food we had was mediocre. Onion rings burnt French frys mediocre burger and passable crab cake.

Traveling and staying next door. The worst service I have ever experienced. Apparently it was my fault that I sat in the bar area at the wrong table. No server assigned, so they let me sit there for 15 minutes. When i asked to be moved to the dinning room, the rude girl hostess said to sit at the bar to order. No thanks.

I just refuse to give a national chain five stars but today, Ruby Tuesdays came close. The girls were friendly and even though it wasn't too busy, it was still important we got done with lunch within 45 minutes. They made it happen without us feeling rushed. Our waitress was ready to do single checks and she was quick. Now that's how you do it. What an impressive salad bar! Granted they had just opened a few minutes earlier at 11am but it was gorgeous. I should have taken a picture. The different types of lettuce and baby spinach were artistically piled high next to each other and each vegetable platter was mounds high like pyramids in Egypt. I have never seen a Ruby Tuesdays salad bar look so good. They didn't have pineapple today but I was happy with the apple chunks. Their ranch dressing is always great too. But regardless of where I'm at, I just don't understand the popularity of their swirled macaroni salad with ham? I think there are much better recipes out there. The entrees came out quickly and I just discovered their little cheesy herb biscuits that some people got. Oh man, Red Lobster you better watch out! A salad bar and cheesy biscuits, what a combination. But wait, I'm not done. I also got the buffalo chicken mini burgers. Two of those little guys were perfect for a midday meal. It had the perfect zingy buffalo sauce and came with some fries and my salad bar for under $10. I'll take it! Everyone else on my table enjoyed their meals too. If this were a family owned restaurant and had more character, more of an original identity, then I'd give them five stars. I was happy and comfortable sitting in here today but I could have been in any state or in any city in the world and wouldn't have known any different except maybe for a different accent from the waitress and different company. p.s. they have cupcakes for dessert. I'll jump on this cupcake fad any day.

Finally, after seeing all those commercials on TV I actually got to eat here and write a review! This location was very conveniently located right next to our hotel, so it was a quick 2 minute walk to the restaurant. This was the last meal of the vacation and all I wanted was something healthy instead of fatty. I ordered the garden salad buffet and a side of tortilla soup. Thank goodness for Ruby Tuesday! They delivered! The tortilla soup hit the warm spot and the garden salad was a nice palate cleanse. The salad bar was like a mini souplantation, with several lettuce mixtures, all the fix-ins, even a pasta salad and broccoli salad. One of the main highlights were the drink options. They had a long list of flavored beverages that were non alcoholic. I went with an Arnold Palmer but I tried the pomegranate tea drink and it was fabulous. I'm not sure why they don't have a higher rating on yelp. The service was fantastic also!! Yay for Ruby Tuesday!

The absolute worst service imaginable. The hostess was far more interested in whatever was on her phone than seating my party. I had just picked up my sister from the airport and was hoping to grab a quick dinner before our hour drive back to the city. It quickly turned into the dinner from hell when we were finally seated at a half washed table. Our waitress was just about as bad as the hostess, her personality resembled that of a brick wall. She seemed aggitated that she even had to take our order to begin with. When we were eventually served our food it was certainly lacking. We just wanted to get out of this place so we ate, waited for our check for about 30 minutes, and were finally out of there. The hostess was still preoccupied by her phone when we left, she didn't even look up when we walked past her and out the door. A real friendly crew they've got there...

We tried it one more time because our location seemed to place us there again. We figure that the wait may be a while but the food should be good. Not. The salad bar as always was great but when the gumbo came out, the shrimp was almost raw. Now we feel like its a gamble whenever you eat here. We can handle the long waits but not food preparation.

Right by my hotel. Basically a 1 minute walk from the Hyatt Place. It was good to have something close when you come back from a long day of walking around DC. The food was cooked and presented well. The place was clean. Service was great. Food is consistent with every other Ruby Tuesdays out there.

Food is average. Not bad but nothing to write home about. Salad bar was fresh and clean - a welcome sight in lieu of fast food such as Wendy's. Our server was "effective". By that I mean that he wasn't going out of his way but took our order accurately and brought our food out quick. Glasses were kept full and brought the check once we requested it. As I said, not bad - a good quick meal when your not looking to drop $20 pp but don't want fast food. I'd definitely eat here again.

I've been curious about Ruby Tuesdays since Don't-Care-As-Long-As-It's-Food let drop a tiny pearl of info regarding one of the many volleyball trips we financed... she ate there and Erica broke her toe outside. At this less perilous outpost, Hostage Gastronome and I loved the potency of the Margarita and the freshness of the salad bar (HG Jr. loved the stolen bacon bits). The boys also enjoyed their prime cheddar burger and Ruby minis, but I didn't feel strongly one way or the other about the crab minis aside from being delighted that I was eating crabcakes in Maryland at the last possible moment! Yes, you foodies, crabcakes at Ruby Tuesday still counts... I'm sure they were a specialty of that area only! If only there was one in San Diego to fill the gap between Souplanation and Claim Jumper.

Friends and I eat here fairly frequently since it's so close to the theatres on W Nursery, but it's nothing special. I'm fighting the urge, though, to give it just one star since this past weekend I got the gumbo. Someone should tell the cooks that gumbo should have flavors other than just salt.

I wish I could remember our waitresses name. She was a light skinned african american woman. She was the best waitress I have ever had. She was courteous and kind and was there for refills and was just all around the best. She really made me and my friends lunch. I am not sure why the other reviews said this location was dirty or bad. I normally do not give 5 stars. Look at my history. Quite the contrary, I am normally a very hard nosed bastard and hard to please. But the Salad bar was Fresh, the food was tasty and this above all, the server was the best. If I base it on the food alone, it would have been 4 stars. But the service is what rendered it the 5 stars. She was just on top of everything. She even asked me if I wanted a side of bleu cheese to take home with me with my burger I didn't eat. I filled up on the delicious salad bar LOL. I hope she sees this, I am the guy who asked for a large side order of bleu cheese on Saturday around 3pm. I normally do not gush, but I give credit where credit is due. You madam, are an excellent waitress and you made my meal :-)

Finally a Rubys that hasn't changed to the new way and menus. The waitress was pretty "distant" at first (pissed for whatever reason). Food: Quesadillas with feta cheese is an interesting change. Salad bar is traditional with spinach, iceberg, mixed green options. Accessories of broccoli, cucumber, zucchini, cheese, diced egg, bacon bits, and croutons. Dressing options were balsamic, honey mustard, ranch, etcetera. Nothing special. Drinks: Margarita was a nice mix. But definitely recommend their mixed drinks like the ruby refresher. Overall what you expect from the casual dining chains.
