It is Chili's located in the middle of a hotel town. What can you say? Food was Chili's food and the staff was friendly. If you want hometown feel go somewhere else outside of this hotel town. Happy Hour prices very good.

I wish I could give 0 stars. W were seated right away, and that was it. After 10 minutes I pressed the call sever button. After a couple more minutes, I asked the host of someone could help us. Five minutes later, we left. Called the restaurant as we were walking out. 8 minutes later I got the manager. She wasn't aware that the service there was so poor which made it even worse.

Split a 2 for 20 with a co worker. I got the cheddar bacon burger medium with a side salad. The burger was great and the salad was nice and fresh. The chips, salsa and guacamole are always a crowd pleaser. Great service this time and I'll definitely be back. Thanks for reading my review. This is based off of my personal experience and opinion.

Great service, great food, great time! Chili's has changed their menu and I really like it! Had a buffalo chicken salad, patron margarita and onion rings. Everything was delicious. I especially liked the clean upbeat location. Also paying from tour table made spilting checks a breeze!

I was actually pleasantly surprised when a recent double date ended up here. I haven't been since I was a teenager, and even then when I would eat pretty much anything I remember not really liking it. The restaurant has a nice vibe and is very clean. The wait can be a bit long, but they're really organized and move things along pretty well. The food is what you would expect: Tex-Mex meets straight up American fare. Its all adequate. No show stoppers, but everything was prepared well and tasty. The service was again adequate, but nothing I'd write home about. The price was super cheap. The real show stopper here was the ability to pay at your table with the handy, dandy touch screen. It was also good for entertaining the kids.

Cold fries mediocre food. Chrissy and Jill did a good job at the bar, although the margarita premix was wayyyy to sour. Nothing really popped out at us except the exterminator spraying the floors in plain sight in the kitchen. Not a violation but not a comfortable sight for a guest in the building eating the food...

I walked here from a nearby hotel as I was sick of the hotel food and I was hoping that Chili's could provide a good dinning exoerience. Well I actually attempted to go to bay leaf up the street but it was closed for maintenance... just my luck. Anyways I went to chili. Nice waiter... very very nice and attentive. Service would get a 5 star but the food was horrible. I had to force myself to eat it. U had a chicken flarbread. It was overcooked but I was on a time crunch so I ate the pieces that I could. I was so disappointed. I usually really like Chili's! But the ordering system is quite cool. A small tablet device is at the table... you can order food and drinks. And also pay for your check... a receipt is either printed or emailed to you. Pretty neat.

Chili's food was always a "meh" for me. The joint in Linthicum seems to be a popular spot for travelers, businessmen, and folks who work in the area. During weekday lunch hours, it is always packed. Things to note: * Half price appetizers on weekdays from 2-8 PM * Friday lunch has an additional menu ranging between $6-$8 and includes a starter and fries Despite the lunch hour craze, this Chili's location really handles the volume well. From seating, to ordering, and receiving the food, the flow and relative speed is quite impressive.

I stopped in this Chili's after checking in at my hotel but before heading to a wine-and-cheese reception event at the conference I was attending. The service was a tad slow and my food was not-so hot. I've had much better experiences at Chili's at other locations.

Guacamole was A-ok was shock for this type of place. Fajita was good, was missing something but a big serving size. Had not been to a Chilli in years. Service was good and quick.

I had been to this location a previous time for lunch, but I really wasn't motivated to give a review based on it being an OK experience. Well, I went again, and it was OK experience again. This time, I'll write about it. I went to Chili's with a group of people for lunch. We sat at the bar to sit closer to the big screen TVs and to sit more comfortably. Our server, or bartender, was delightful in serving the group. She was happy to see us and made sure that we were getting what we asked. That was until, it got quite busy. You see, it was Friday. Not just any Friday, it was Friday where the temperature finally got above 50 degrees for the first time in 2 months. Guess what that means? People are coming out from seasonal hibernation...in bunches. That means more business and slower service unfortunately. It took about 20 minutes from the time our group ordered to get our food. Not too bad I guess. I ordered the $7 combo which included the Bacon Ranch Quesadilla, a side of french fries, and Chicken Noodle Soup. The soup was OK, nothing great. The fries were good, and the quesadilla was good. I will admit though, the quesadilla was pretty small. I finished the thing in four bites. Our server did a good job considering the fact she was making drinks and obviously serving people at the bar, which was filling up fast. I can tell she was getting flustered as the day went on, though. The food was decent for lunch. All in all, this Chili's location is a decent place for lunch. Would I make it a priority to come here often? Nah.

Chris was simply on-point with us all night! He was honest w us and recc'd us on what to get / pass on since we stopped in late night for a nibble. The drinks were served to us in record time, considering that all of the taps needed to be changed so that we could enjoy a fresh bev. Great work Chris! Our first stop post landing for a vacation has been started right! :) kudos bro!

Amanda and I are sampling the local cuisine of these people, hope it's not too strange! but seriously, i started saying "wicked" in a boston accent because i'm from the south and i don't know any better. the people were nice. it was the same atmosphere as an airport: a bunch of people away from their hotel rooms for a meal.

The fact that I actually had dinner at a Chili's restaurant should give you an idea of the restaurant scene - or lack thereof - in Linthicum, MD. But what did I expect staying by BWI? Serves me right. Friendly and fast service, even though I really hate it when my server kneels down by my table to take my order. Just a pet peeve, I guess. We both kept it simple by ordering the house salad and tacos. The taco filling was a tad overdone, but otherwise just fine. And a couple of glasses of wine made the meal even better.

Chilis has decent food. I remember going to the original location in north-east dallas in the 1990s and having fajitas for the first time. The portions use to be bigger, and everything was cheaper. However, thats not Chili's fault. Its just how it is. Faced with other dining options, I would probably go somewhere else. Chili's isn't bad, its just that some of the food is pre-prepared and mass produced in a corporate factory.

If you're in town for business and staying in one of the nearby hotels, this is a great place to eat a meal without having to actually experience Baltimore head-on. It's no different than any other Chili's I've ever been to.

If anything you expect consistency out of chili's. Generally the case. Not at this location. Seated promptly. Then slow. Smoked wings were undercooked. Could not eat. No celery came w as indicated on menu and when I asked for it it took forever and then add another day to get my check. Poor.

I find that my experience with Chilis is usually hit or miss, but we go often because my kids love it (and I live for the chips and salsa). We just moved to the area so we wanted to find one close. I receive coupons all the time and called ahead of time to see if I could use it. The manager Justin said that he would honor it even though to wasn't for his location. That was awesome of him! When we arrived, we spoke with him right away and he informed the waitress of our coupon. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. Our drinks were refilled quickly and food came out in a timely fashion. The food: of course I had the chips and salsa. Perfect as usual. I also ordered the margarita chicken. It was juicy and very flavorful. No complaints. My husband ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. Also great Given the fact that we left satisfied with the food and service, we'll most definitely be dining here again.

For starters, thank you to the stranger that paid for lunch for my co-workers and I. I've been to this location a few times and on my most recent visit we ended seating ourselves which isn't the norm. They offer military discounts and the waitstaff are pleasant and attentive. I am fond of their current promotion for the smoked wings. If you get the chicken tortilla soup, it is a bit salty so be forewarned. I can get the pick two or pick three deal and be satisfied. They do have affordable lunch specials if your time doesn't allow for a Hollywood lunch or if you are just a little hungry. Periodically, they'll have events such as Daddy-Daughter night and of course their email promotions will get you coupons on various items. All in all, good establishment but needs a wee bit more attention to what's going on. Seven customers shouldn't have to stand at the hostess booth and hope someone will come to seat them. I understand that there are peak hours but you have to maintain a certain level of awareness so that you don't turn potential customers away.

Friday night so a decent wait is to be expected. We waited longer than they said but hey what you gonna do. I was happy with how they did the wait. They have an app and you give them your number and they first send a confirmation to you and they text you when its time. You can also download the app to see how many people are in front of you. That was kind of cool I thought. First time I've seen that. It allows you to wait anywhere you want. Not in the crowded waiting spaces. Anyway we get in and seated. By the kitchen... But once you have a couple drinks you really don't care. Now the drinks I ordered a LIIT and my wife a margarita. Now I did ask before hand to make them strong I guess they heard me . I was suprised with the strength of my drink. Usually don't get that for a 6.50 drink. Her margarita was also of good strength. We ordered the smoked BBQ wings for 11 bucks. For only 7 wings that's a lot of money. But the wings were awesome. They werent those cheap wings. They were good sized with meat on them. The meat came right off the wing leaving the bone dry. Skin was perfectly crisped and the seasonsing they did was simple yet delicious. Out came my southwest smokehouse burger with fries and Mac n cheese. Burger. Was cooked like I asked. Med well. And the whole thing was just really well put together and cooked. I was very impressed. I loved the burger. The fries were so good too. It's suprising how easy it is to mess up fries. But they didn't they were perfect. The Mac n cheese was also good although indie finish because I overlooked that there was jalapeno in it. My wife got the tri with shrimp carnitas and steak. Now. In the picture It looks like your going to get a big plate.. when you look at the price tag you think you would get a big plate.... 18 bucks.. You get a Tiny platter. She had 2 small pieces of steak ... A decent amount of carnitas i guess but they are much cheaper . And a good amount of shrimp. But overall the portions are too small for that price. That being said what she did get was again cooked very well. It all tasted great. She made tacos with the 4 soft tortillas they give you. Also came with black beans and rice but again not much... It was all very good though honestly. The environment was good not to loud not too quiet. Could hear the music but could still hear your conversation. Lastly Our waiter Morgan did a fine job of keeping up with us on a busy night and taking care of us. So in summary. It's a clean, well kept, up to date restaurant that I think you would really enjoy if your okay paying a little more than normal . They are expensive but the food and service is good. I will be back sometime I'm sure.

I got bumped from my flight home during a layover and was staying at la quinta inn. I had a killer craving for a vanilla milkshake. With no car, I walked down the road to see what places might offer such a treat. The bartender informed me that they didn't have shakes on the menu but she'd be happy to make me one. It made my night. This place was popping for 10pm on a Wednesday.

Bartender was a little young and with that just a tad rude. When your seated at the bar and you start of with a nice drink treat your customer a little nicer. Is a little loud for my preference but is close to my hotel and raining outside didn't want to drive far. It's a chain but overall about what i expected. The only high light of the evening was when I moved to my table my waitress was great took time didn't rush me. Was engaging and after a long day working out of town she was a nice surprise her name was Carla so I thank you Carla for making my evening at Chili's worth the visit

I can't really commend the location more than a 3 star rating. The hostesses were extremely nice and quickly able to accommodate our party of seven at 830p this past Saturday (reservations are available and do work). Though it was loud, our soft spoken waitress was extremely friendly and didn't mind us having her repeat nearly everything she said on each side of our table. Food wise is on par for what you would expect from any large corporate chain; slightly average and decently priced dishes with a missing flare. The steak I ordered was over cooked unfortunately, though everyone else's cut's were undercooked to their preferences. Sides were ok, and not really anything too outstanding. 3 stars, decent place for a quick bite and maybe a drink or two. Try the ultimate margarita !

Full Disclosure: We decided to have lunch here because I had a gift card that was going on two years old and I wanted it out of my wallet. And free lunch sounded good. Our waiter was fine. My dining partner drank his tea fast (hot out today) and as soon as one tumbler was empty, someone was there with a fresh glass. The food was another story. Cold fries and a totally uninspired entree salad that didn't even deserve a photo. The best part of this visit was the little contraptions they have on the tables. When you are ready, you can pay for your meal by swiping your credit card or gift card right there without all the back and forth of being presented the bill, sticking your card into the folder, then waiting for it to come back so you can sign. But be careful, while you are waiting you can also peruse the menu and play games on this machine. If you push the wrong button accidentally, $1.99 (for the games) is charged to your bill!

Walked here from my hotel just to get out. Sat at the bar. Service was pretty good. Ordered Triple Dipper (3 apps). Burgers and southwest egg rolls were cool, stale & chewy. Boneless wings were good and hot. Walked into men's room and it was covered in a shiny new coat of puke. Vomit. Barf. And the floor that wasn't barfy was covered in... uh, something. A liquid. I've never regretted wearing flip flops as much as tonight. On a positive note the bartenders have been plenty nice and were horrified when I described the bathroom to them and a customer I was stopping from going in.

There are better places to grab dinner than this place. Shitty service, rude employees. Don't waste your time. If you order online, it will not tell you that curbside service closes at 8:30 pm. And no one inside will share that with you. Waited over 20minutes past "pick up time" for our food...

My daughter And I are sitting at the 9ers/Ravens game eating hot dogs and nachos when we wanted Chillis before the game. We went to this Chillis near our hotel. Got seated right away. Then it happened. We waited and waited. Staff came and went at other tables around us. Even had two managers walk by. No one even looked at us. After 15 minutes we left. Staff at the stadium was friendly and happy to have us here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHILLIS!!!

  • Kristine N.

Disgusting. First of all, my plate came out with mysterious food stuff smeared around the edges. The enchilada was obviously stuck in the microwave with the hardened cheese crusted to the plate as evidence. I didn't even want my chicken soft taco anymore. The one measly excuse for an avocado slice was slightly brown and shriveled. The pico de gallo and lettuce just looked old. Oh yea, and the manager came over to ask how everything was. He asked how my enchilada was and I unenthusiastically said, "Well, it's alright". I expected him to ask a follow up question, like, "How can we make it better than just alright?" But you know what he said? "Okay!" And walked away. The only upside was that I had a gift card that covered the whole check so at least I didn't have to pay for this disappointing meal. I will never go back there again.

Went there a couple months ago, ordered a chicken sandwich with no onions, it came with chopped onion, no big deal, sent it back. 15 minutes later the waitress brought the sandwich back out, same now cold sandwich, same bread, just had onions scrapped off, a couple still remaining. I tokd the waitress who offeres to tell the manager, no manager ever came. Gave it another try this past Friday. It took forever for drinks, once we were assogned a watress she was a good server, but t he food wasn't all the way cooked and the dishes it was served on were dirty. We won't be going back.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Chili's! I haven't been to a Chili's in a really long time, but their menu had some good options and our service was really good. I came with a group of about 20 people and our food came out really quickly. I got their "pick 3" platter where you can pick from a variety of appetizers. I got their potato skins, buffalo bites and sliders. It comes with 3 different sauces. They happily separated our checks for us and served us really well.

It's so hard to get a non spicy food at Chili's; Selection of appertizer is not to my liking but we got an awesome wait staff. When I ordered the mango chile fish that is new in the menu, I asked if the spicy sauce can be taken out and she delivered. My fish came out plain broiled naked which is what I want. It comes with white rice and steamed broccoli that is okay. This is the kind of service that makes us happy. Thanks!

First off, let me say I had never had Chili's until today and honestly it will probably be the last time I go. I don't know if our server was having an off day or he just isn't made for the food service business, but this guy was really bad. We waited 15 minutes to get our drink order, then waited 35 minutes for him to come back and take our order. At one point I noticed him chatting away with a fellow co-worker and didn't bother to look our way. The guy had one table, it's not that hard. By the time, he came back we decided to leave. I'm sure the other servers at this restaurant are fine, but this guy was just terrible. If you decide to go to this location and get this waiter, be ready to wait a while.

One day myself and the lady and the baby decide we want to go out to eat and have THE MAN cook for and serve us. We head to chilis. They got the good deal going and what not. We are greeted immediately, then sat. The waitress is decent at best. I order my steak medium well and it comes back bone dry! Saw dust came off of it when I tried to cut into it. I sent it back, and then it came out medium rare. This place but a bad taste in my mouth. I understand its not a steak house, I wasn't expecting steak house steak but at the least I should be able to have my steak cooked to the desired level. I was not afforded this apparent luxury at this chilis. Safe to say my clan and I will not be frequenting this establishment.

Someone make the neverending salsa bowls stop. The only thing our waiter got out in a timely manner were these gigantic bowls of chips and salsa, which after the third round, started to get a bit old. I never wanted to see tomatoes or corn ever again. It took about 50 minutes for our food to get out. The conversation at our table started out quite enthusiastically, but gradually tapered off as we began sizing up our tablemates and wondering how easy it would be to knock them out and steal their food if their order so happened to come out first. Add to this a confused waitress that ran around our table like a headless chicken yelling out "ICED TEA? WHO ORDERED ICED TEA? ICED TEA? ICED TEA? ICED TEA?" while ignoring the kid that was desperately shouting at her that he was the dehydrated one that had been waiting for anything to eat/drink other than salt and salsa. The food was pretty good, maybe even on a 4 star level. I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich on a pretzel roll, which was quite tasty. But at the end of the day, they might as well make this place a self-serve since the service leaves quite a lot to be desired.

I was not quite sure what I was thinking when I suggested we come here before seeing a movie at Hoyts. I read the reviews, I knew it was awful but thought, "that won't happen to me." Boy was I wrong!!! We came here for the happy hour, some half price appetizers and cheap drinks! Yes Please!!! We sit down and specifically ask for the happy hour specials and were told that there were $1.99 margarittas and $1.99 beers. DH and I got drinks because it was happy hour. During our meal, our waitress was no where to be found. I needed a refill like whoa and I couldn't find our waitress. Evrey time I did see her she was up at the front hostess desk dancing? and talking or running to the back to hide. My food was sub par, I got fajitas and they were undercooked... like way undercooked, but hey, I like rare steak on occasion so why not. 3am this morning I awoke with only what I can assume is horrendous food poisioning. Since I had chick-fil-a for lunch, I'm assuming it's from the fajitas at Chilis. Anywho, I got another drink from a different server because I couldn't find ours, with a sugar rim NOT SALT. I get my drink from our server who magically showed up (after an ass chewing no doubt) and I go to take a lick of the rim and a sip and OMG!!! ITS SALT!!! Now, if I had been prepared for salt, it wouldn't have been so dramatic to my palet, however, I was prepared for sweet sugar. I guzzled 1/4 of my drink to get the horrid taste out of my mouth and literally holler at my waitress who is a few tables away. She is hesitant to take my drink after I tell her what the problem is. She goes to the bar, and comes back and said, we can't give you another drink because you drank some of this so you have to either drink the rest or order a new one.... I was fuming! She wasn't there to take my order, so a stand in did and now I have salt mouth, it's her fault. So I grudgingly take my drink back and sprinkle sugar on the rim myself. So here's the thing that really put me over the edge. We were without drinks most of our meal beacause she was hanging out with her pals and hiding from her tables. We get our bill and I was charged full price for my second margaritta and dh was charged full price for his beer. WTF? I asked her and she said that the computer automatically does at 7. That's fine but a fugging heads up would have been nice. Especially since we told her before we ordered, we wanted the happy hour specials. I've never had a waitress do that before. Im actually livid. Her customer service was so poor that I will never come here again. The other waitress who took our drink order because our waitress wasn't there apologized to us and I thanked her before we left.

A fun place near work where you can get away for a bit. Food is pretty good, not fine dining, but hey, it's a Chili's. A few new ad-on to the menu are pretty good, mainly, the shrimp tacos. I do love them. Their queso is pretty tasty and I really like the Southwestern eggrolls. The service at this particular Chili's is really good - everyone is friendly and efficient. All in all, it's a pretty good place to go - food is reliable.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about Chili's? It's your typical box restaurant, generic food, generic waitstaff, with a unreasonable wait for a table!! We were in town for the Comic Convention and the friend I was with prefers to eat at "BOX" restaurants. For those who don't know what a "Box Restaurant" is...it's basically any chain restaurant with your typical American food and flair (Applebee's, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday's...etc.) I was actually rather disappointed because their Drink and Spirits Menu SUCKED!! There was nothing on there other than about 15 different flavors of the same Margarita! I don't like tequila...and I was hoping for some kind of Vodka mixed drink but no such luck. Chip and Salsa...meeh...chips were bland and barely salted and salsa was spicy and more like crushed watery tomatoes with some texas pete mixed in. For my entree I order the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, which was actually pretty tasty. That would be the only thing I'd ever recommend from Chili's. The service was ok, the waitress was friendly, but wasn't the brightest crayon in the box, if you know what I mean. It took her a little longer than usual to process simple requests but she was very friendly. My biggest complaint was when I left the restaurant and asked for a Sweet Tea To-Go (this is what I had been drinking at dinner.) I was charged $2 dollars for a styrofoam cup that held less than 12 ounces. It was WAY too expensive for the small cup they gave me. Especially when I ALREADY paid for the drink once, with dinner.

Well, it was "OK". Nothing great, I've had better....but I've also had worse. I was staying nearby on business and this was one of two restaurants to choose from nearby. I had a steak on this visit and it was just so so. It was a bit over done and the quality was a little on the cheaper side, but the flavor was decent and really made up for the meal overall. I did enjoy the visit at Chili's much more than Ruby Tuesday was the previous day. Had I been staying longer, I would have stopped back in vs. going elsewhere. So I guess that means I recommend? Eh, it's ok.

Good service and food at this location. Only three stars because they had half their TVs in the bar on hunting channels. Watching dumb hunters killing things for fun while you're eating is not appropriate for a restaurant; even in the bar eating area. Common sense here would go a long way!!

Normally, I do not frequent chain restaurants, but I was awaiting my lovely girlfriend's arrival at BWI and I was STARVING. I clearly picked the wrong place. I sauntered in to the bar at roughly 9:25, pulled up a stool, and waited. At 9:35 I moved to a more visible seat; at 9:50 I left to find another restaurant after not being acknowledged for 35 minutes. Alas, Chill's is the only place open after ten, so I had to return. I explained the situation to the bartender (after waiting another 15 minutes without being acknowledged (and after staring intently at the wait staff) and she tried to figure out situations in which it was my fault. To her credit (and the reason for the second stare) she did give me a free order of chips and salsa, but this service was abhorrent. To top all of this off, I was in a military uniform. One of those distinct uniforms that screams "Hey! This guy has been to war!" to even the most untrained eye. It is Veteran's day week. Basically, I'm saying don't come here if you are in a hurry.

I worked at chili's during my college/grad school days, and I frequent them still now and again with my kids. Usually I am not critical, but this is an exception. Total miss. Started with the manager not allowing me to order two kids sides as a kids meal (skip the entree, add a side), saying that it was more expensive this way. I do this all the time at other chili's-- clearly the cost is in favor for the restaurant since the sides for kids meals are half the portion size as an adult size (a truth I can verify by having worked there for so long). I was shocked to hear that a manager could argue that a half corn cob carries more food cost than 4 chicken crispers plus sauce. But I went with it. Then my other son's "chicken platter" came out as a chicken sandwich, and side of celery was 2 limp stalks the size of a golf pencil with no sauce. Server says, well the platter and the sandwich are mostly the same, just take off the bread. Fine. Asked for a plate so he could cut it. Moving on. Then butter for corn came-- yellow gelatinous and bubbled. No Thanks. Then my salad was so drenched in dressing I couldn't finish it. Clearly someone messed up the proportions on the line and didn't think that fixing it was a good idea. So I am leaving with chicken crispers that I had to order for my son, that he ate none of, and a double corn cob, which doesn't belong on a kids meal anyway. Half is customary and more than enough. Ugh. So if you are trying chili's for the first time, I guess you would not know differently. But if not, this place is strange. Looks and smells like chili's but seems pretty sub par and perhaps resting on the laurels of its proximity to BWI. New management??

I usually wait a few times before I post a negative review about a place. That way I give a restaurant a chance to redeem itself - maybe they were having a bad day or the place was short staffed. After a few meals at this Chili's, I can say that suckage isn't an isolated incident. This place has the worst overall service that I have ever encountered at a Chili's restaurant. I don't think it matters if you are in the main seating area or the bar, it just takes forever to get a waiter/waitress over to you. Sometimes they will tag team you because it seems that one of them is incapable of taking care of a set area. Also, it doesn't seem to matter if they are busy or slow, the service still is an issue. Food: well what can I say? To be sure no one is going to accuse them of not salting enough. I could feel the water being sucked out of my body by the salt-lick that they called my burger. I love Chili's, see my review of the one in Eldersburg, but this is one to avoid. The place is new and clean, but the service and food leave a lot to be desired.

I don't know why everyone else has had sub-par experiences here. I guess like Tim H says, it must really be hit or miss. I had a great time here but it was also a later lunch crowd at the bar. It's a nice clean restaurant and relatively new near the Champions on West Nursery Rd. I had no complaints except that I am really craving the Chicken and green chile soup which used to be my absolute favorite go-to item on their menu until they took it off. I still get the chicken tortilla soup- not nearly as exciting or good but still does the trick in filling my belly. It's a deal to get their all you can eat chips and salsa with the bottomless soup and salad. I never get more than one basket of salsa or one bowl of soup/salad. I must be their favorite kind of customer. Maybe that's why they treat me really well. I wish they would be a sweetheart and bring back my soup.

I come here for a lunch quite a bit. The service is usually pretty good, and they always are checking on you. It's a rarity that I am looking at the bottom of my glass. They just added some new food items and I had the Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla. I was a little unsure when it was plopped down in front of me, but the flavor was incredible. Just the right amount of tangy with just a little bit of spice. I was definitely happy with my selection, and will continue to visit for lunch.

Many people seem to give this chain a "pass" because it is a chain eatery. I just rate em as they stand. I tried this same location twice in a week (it was conveniently next to my hotel). I had 2 simple dishes - a guacamole fiery burger and Cajun pasta. They were both quite bland and uninspired. Neither had much spice or heat. Both should. The pasta tasted like the main spice in the Alfredo sauce was garlic powder. The burger was overlooked and had no degree of spice or heat whatsoever. These corporations have zillions of dollars to come up with recipes and this is all they can come up with?

I'm going to give this place a solid review for the BAR ONLY. I cannot speak for the restaurant area. The bartenders (all of them) have been polite and courteous. The food is probably identical to every other Chili's, good and bad. I don't even live within a 1000 miles of this place but one of the bartenders remembered my name.

For being located in a business park i was impressed with my experience here. The food was decent--standard Chili's fare. i was not digging the table-top device that allows you to purchase games to play. With a simple tap you can add $.99 (each) to your bill for games. Wouldn't matter except kids are instantly drawn to it are can far to easily accidentally purchase games. The server was able to remove them from my bill so no worries in the end--but I would rather not have to deal with it in the first place!

I am not usually a big fan of Chili's but in Linthicum, there's not much else around the hotel district. I read the previous Yelp reviews and wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I would have given 5 stars if my server actually stopped by during my meal to refill my glass. The restaurant is clean and there is a great menu selection. I ordered a house salad and the tripple dipper (3 appetizers). It was a great choice since I couldn't decide what I wanted. All in all, the food was good, atmosphere lively and pleasant; the server could have been a little more attentive. Pleasantly surprised.

Slow service. Only go if you are in no hurry! I think waitstaff may be comatose..20 minutes to get a menu (after getting a table), another 20 to get them to take the order... and that's at 930pm on a Tuesday night. It's very convenient to the Country Inn & Suites. Only food in walking distance so they have a built in audiance. Food came out quick (after finally getting an order in) and was good. Food saved the place from no stars.

Three of our party were splashed with honey mustard sauce from a dropped tray by waitress next to our table. On clothes, face, arm, appetizer. It was an accident, but except for an earnest apology from the waitress, nothing else was done. No visit from manager. I sent two emails to Chilis about concern that went unanswered. We expected some sort of compensation for the honey mustard shower.

I went to this location for dinner to meet up with some work colleagues and wrap up a project. Had I selected a restaurant, we probably would not have gone here, for the pure reason that there's not a lot that I actually like to eat at Chili's. The server was slow and not really on top of her game at all. The rest of my table was already seated when we arrived and had placed their orders but asked the waitress to hold off on putting them in until I arrived. I sat down and she came (about 5 minutes later) to ask me what I wanted to drink. She turned to leave when someone reminded her that she hadn't taken my order yet. I asked if they had plain quesedilla's to which she gave me a puzzled look and stated she wouldn't know how to put a quesedilla with cheese only into the system, but they have chicken or vegetable. I settled for vegetable. She came with the food and forgot to bring my silverware; which I needed since the dish came with beans and rice, not to mention the quesedilla had about every kind of vegetable they had in the back stuffed into it (broccoli? really?). Since she never came back to check up on us, I had to hunt down a different server to bring me some. Things like this kept happening throughout the meal (no refills on water, no check to see if we wanted more drinks), which is why this Chili's is a 2 star experience.

Thought this Chili's would be a convenient place to grab a quick bite to eat after our flight since it is across from airport parking. The service was very slow. We ordered menu items that we had ordered at Chili's before and enjoyed but this time they were prepared very poorly and not good at all. We did not attempt to send back to the kitchen because we were tired and our food had taken so long to come out in the first place.

Nah.

Went in for cheesecake! Lol. Yes cheesecake at Chilis! As expected it was from a box and just decent, but it was quick, hit the spot, and the server was awesome!

It is Chili's located in the middle of a hotel town. What can you say? Food was Chili's food and the staff was friendly. If you want hometown feel go somewhere else outside of this hotel town. Happy Hour prices very good.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would do it to the point of the app crashing. Food was craptacular, Dr. Pepper apparently rhymes with water, and Well-Done equals pink. Save yourself some money and go to McDonalds.

If anything you expect consistency out of chili's. Generally the case. Not at this location. Seated promptly. Then slow. Smoked wings were undercooked. Could not eat. No celery came w as indicated on menu and when I asked for it it took forever and then add another day to get my check. Poor.

The menus have gotten bigger but serving sizes (of meals, sides, even condiments) have gotten smaller-- and you end up paying more for less.

Thanks!

Great place to eat! Friendly staff, clean, food was fresh and delicious! Used the Ziosk on the table to order my desert and pay my bill with a card. Very handy! Only complaint is that the music was a bit loud. Would definitely go back! Highly recommend :)
