We came here after reading reviews and because it was closest to where we were. The store is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Flavors always change, which I like because I never know what I will order. All I know is that at Rita's anything you will get is awesome. Last night I had a mango gelati. Today I had coconut cream ice. They were both delightfully refreshing. By the way, Happy Garden next door is a hidden treasure. Try it!!
I was hoping to get a swirl custard but due to egg shortage this location is serving ice cream instead! I tried the flavored gelati which wasn't bad by any means but it reminds me of a slurpee. This location has a nice store and a good selection of flavors and are open til 1000pm which is great for the summer.
If you have never been, go. Natural and fat free. With a plethora of flavors from traditional's: strawberry, lemon, watermelon to seasonal flavors: mango, Swedish fish, cookies and cream and my favorite traditional chocolate. It's worth a visit and the gelatos are a creamy goodness.

Cozy spot with great box dinners.
I've only ever had lunch from Matsu and I've been relatively pleased with the Sushi I have eaten from there. The lunch special is quite a deal and you can get 3 rolls for around ten bucks. I like their Shrimp Tempura Roll and their Spicy Tuna Roll is ok. I also enjoy their Fried Tofu appetizer. My husband likes their Sashimi Lunch special. I wouldn't say they have the best sushi around or the best service but they have a pretty good deal. I often look at their specialty rolls and it seems like their dinner prices are little high for the quality of sushi that they serve.
Matsu is quiet and cozy. Sometimes it's a little too quiet. Of course, the sushi is good and they have a good variety of specialty rolls. I usually get something with white tuna as it's delicious and almost always try a specialty roll. The New York roll is good; it has tuna, salmon, tempura flakes, topped with fish eggs, and another fish is in there but I can't remember what it is, I want to say yellow tail or red snapper. Also, and this gets me everytime, they leave their Valentines Day decorations up year round. They're not gaudy or over-the-top but definitely noticeable. So, my housemate and I, being the awesome bachelors we are, decided to go there for Valentines Day. The place was packed solid! We've never seen more than maybe 5 or 6 tables in use at a time. Valentines Day must be one of their best days of the year.

Really a 3.5, but I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt. After reading a couple of Yelp reviews, I decided to give this place a try for lunch. I went and got the Philly Cheese Steak sub and a Chocolate Peanut Butter milkshake. The milkshake was wonderful; the Cheese Steak, however, was not that good in my opinion. One thing that I definitely will applaud this carryout place for is the courteous employee who took my order. He seemed to be very friendly and attentive. That alone gets this place on my good side. I also like the cleanliness of the shop. That's another plus. I will be coming to this place again to try out some other items on the menu. It definitely won't be the Philly Cheese Steak though.
They forgot to deliver some of our food. Had no interest in delivering what they forgot, offered to apply it to our next order (like we were going to order again) then offered to put it back on our credit but would remove the coupon discount because once refunded our order didn't qualify!! Are you kidding me? And their food was only "ok" fries were soggy and Mac and cheese tasted like nothing. What terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
We came here after reading reviews that talked about milkshakes. The ribeye cheesesteak was so yummy, it's my new favorite in the area :) i got the combo with fries and a drink for $7.99 however, the burger was just "ok" says my boyfriend. He also ordered one of the many flavors of milkshakes (coffee) it wasn't very sweet really, very strong coffee flavor. There's also a tiny "gas station-type" snack selection. Crackers, chips, candy bars. I'd definitely come back. Woman and maybe her son behind the counter were very nice. Even brought the food over and came back to check that it was ok.

Tried it out because they deliver. Worst Chinese food in the area that I have had. Got the Sesame Chicken......Fried Chicken wings..........Rice with Shrimp,Chicken, beef. The meat was old and was not fresh. I also ordered the Garlic Broccoli, which was the only good item that I enjoyed. Needles to say I will not be going back. I completely forgot to Yelp hem for a review....had I done so I would not have spent my money!!!
They make a delicious Chow Mei Fun!
Ordered Chicken wings for delivery. When received they were burnt, black to a crisp. When trying to call back to receive another order of wings I was told that my wings weren't burnt and they were good wings. Granted they may have been but I did not want burnt wings. Which I clearly stated, after asking multiple times for new wings I was hung up on. I tried to call back even asking for a manager or a person in charge but I was told there was not one and hung up on yet again. If you are in the area looking for Chinese take your business to Kuki or Hot Wok. Much better service and food.

Acqua Restaurant

Reviews:
Got stuck at the BWI Hilton during the blizzard of '10 and since the only options within walking distance were a Chili's, a sports bar in the Marriott next door, and Acqua, we decided to give the in-house restaurant a try. We were in on a weekday night and there were only two or three other tables in use when we were arrived. We were seated promptly and our friendly waitress came over, took our order, and brought us water and bread. There were no plates on the table and the typical hotel breakfast table setting of jelly on a tree and packets of sugar was still out, so the place didn't exactly seem raring-to-go for dinner. I decided to pass on eating the bread since I didn't want to palm the roll the whole time. We ordered the oysters appetizer which was poached and served in the shell, topped with pancetta and leeks in sauce. The combination of pancetta and oysters works very well, but the sauce was very sweet and overpowered the other flavors. The oysters were also a bit chewy, but I have never had them poached before, so maybe this is just what happens. For my entree, I had the crispy black bass and my wife had the crab cakes. I was a bit surprised when my bass came, because it wasn't "crispy" whatsoever. It was blackened. I'm not sure why something clearly blackened was given another name, but it worked out fine for me. I was wondering what "crispy" meant, and I was glad to see a thin crust of seasoning instead of a great piece of fish being fried to death or anything. Aside from the deceptive name, there wasn't a thing wrong with the fish. Delicious and light. The portion wasn't huge, but adequate. The bass was served with a vegetable risotto that was awesome, and the piece of braised fennel underneath the fish fillet added a nice, subtle flavor. I tried a bite of my wife's crab cakes and while the piece I ate wasn't covered in remoulade, the sauce was all I could taste. Very sour. It definitely tasted of a sour cream base instead of mayonnaise. My wife did disagree though and loved her crab cakes. The vegetables were minced very finely and there were nice chunks of crab meat throughout, so it did look good if you could get past the funky remoulade. Overall, Acqua was meh. The menu was on the small side (5-7 apps and 6 entrees), but varied enough to provide options. Somewhat disappointing was the fact that most plates were in the $20-25 range, but the only steak available was a $40 rib-eye. I was in the mood for steak, and $40 is an amount I'm willing to pay for a great steak, but I just can't bring myself to order something that's twice as much as the other options. We paid $80 for dinner for two, which I don't mind in theory, but it felt like we paid more for being a captive audience in a hotel than we did for quality.
Was seated at 730pm and never asked for drinks for almost a half hour. When the waitress finally entered she began helping another table. We got up and walked out.
This restaurant is OK. The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the wine list is OK. The price is high, however, given the overall experience.

After two visits from two different locations...I'm just not a fan. I thought by coming back to have the salad bar would be okay..but the options are very limited for the price. I did enjoy my server..she was ON those Coke Zero's :)
I come here during the work week for a quick lunch with co-workers. I always get the mini burgers with the salad bar. Nice combo. Pig out on the salad bar to make myself feel good about eating healthy before destroying that feeling by devouring mini hamburgers and a good portion of fries.
I was very happy with my bleu cheese burger. The service is par for an "Appleby's type establishment". Bring friends, get a pitcher of beer, and leave your expectations at the door. SERVICE: 7/10 AMBIANCE: 4/10 FOOD: 4/10 PRICE: 8/10 UNIQUENESS: 1/10 OVERALL SCORE: 48 Service: Graded by the "Keep my cup full principle". Ambiance: Pretty self-explanatory Food: A high food score does not always indicate it is a place for foodies. It is weighted based upon the establishment - thus bar food can receive a high score Price: Price is graded based upon what I believe is fair value for the food you are receiving. A high score does not necessarily indicate the establishment is cheap. Uniqueness: Higher scores indicate desire to return.

It is Chili's located in the middle of a hotel town. What can you say? Food was Chili's food and the staff was friendly. If you want hometown feel go somewhere else outside of this hotel town. Happy Hour prices very good.

I first started coming to this place after taking a job in the Baltimore area. After working in downtown DC for nearly 3 years, venturing out to find some place to eat at my new location landed me here my first trek out and ever since then I have been returning. I have to say that I love a good cheese steak. A good cheese steak to me is not taking those frozen thinly sliced steak squares that you find in the grocery store and grilling them on a flat top. My ideal cheese steak is taking freshly cut beef and then chopping it up as it is being cooked. I am not sure how this place makes there cheese steaks but what ever they do, I end up coming back for more. I like getting mine with everything on it. This includes: tomato, lettuce, cooked onion and hots. This place also serves salads and pizza too. I have also had their salad and have had their wings. The wings were good size and their hot sauce was pretty good. I like getting mine a little extra cooked and they will do that for you if you ask. The prices here aren't bad and if you are looking for a fast sit down place to enjoy a sandwich, an order of wings a salad or something else, give this place a try.
I came here during lunch just to see what this place was all about. I wanted to go to Quiznos, but my co-worker insisted on trying out Seasons Pizza. It was pretty empty inside of the restaurant as far as customers were concerned. I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla, my first co-worker ordered a Chicken Sandwich along with a small pepperoni pizza, and my second co-worker got an order of 10 wings. Now, even they we all ordered three different entrees, there was something similar between all three of them: the foods came out extremely GREASY. I think the grease that we had soaking the paper/dish was enough for me not to come here a second time. The Quesadilla did turn out decent to eat, nothing home to write about. Afterwards, my co-worker who ordered the chicken sandwich and the small pepperoni pizza complained about feeling sick about an hour later. Told him we should have went to Quiznos.
After reading the reviews (some good some not so much) my fiancé and I decided to give seasons a try and I'm glad we did! It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had but it was very very good. The staff was friendly the restaurant was clean and the food was great. We had the works pizza and side salads. Everything tasted fresh and I have 0 complaints.

What I ate: Petite filet and crab cake dinner. Petite filet was absolutely gross. It had a very strange taste, almost what I imagine hand lotion would taste like. Absurd, I know, but that was actually my reaction. Maybe it spent too long in the freezer? I got back to my room and looked through the room service menu and saw that the guest before me had written "Disgusting!" next to the steak dish. Wish I had seen that before going down to the restaurant. Crab cake was pretty lame. I doused it in lemon to give it some flavor. This is by far the worst steak experience I've ever had. A title previously held by a diner experience I had when I was 14 (still remember it vividly). 1 star.
It was just ok. The pasta had too much oil for my taste. The chicken quesadilla was good, the veggies were fresh and al dente - the carrot cake offered as desert was simply a carrot cake muffin ( not very good ) with a dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry - I was disappointed in that. I'd eat there in a pinch but would think through my choices.
Was surprised to see such poor reviews for a double tree, but decided to go anyway. Our food was just fine. I had Philly cheesesteak and found it tasty. My wife had the crab cake and said it was very good. This is typical hotel food and as such, nothing to write home about. But the service, preparation and presentation of the food was perfectly acceptable and not terribly expensive
