We ordered from Dominoes at 10:59 pm. The expected delivery time was 61 minutes later, 12 am. As we waited for the pizza we sat out on the porch talking with some friends. When we did move inside, we left the front door open and the porch light on. No one ever came to the door. Around 12:15, I got my phone to call the store and realize it had died. I called the store and the manager (she said she was the manager when I asked to speak to a manager) said that the delivery driver had sat outside our door in the dark for 15 minutes knocking and no one answered the door. Since we were out on the porch until shortly after 12, and then left the door open, I know this can't be true. I suggested that we live in a large apartment complex and it was possible that the driver had gone to the wrong door. She claimed that was impossible and HUNG UP ON ME. I am livid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS if you want your food. Not only did the manager not care or do her job, SHE WAS RUDE and a liar. And, the money still hasn't been refunded to our account. Will certainly be contacting corporate tomorrow.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my pizzas online and the pizza tracker came up. It was completely wrong! My food never came! I had waited over an hour and then called the location to see if my food had left the store, they said it would be delivered shortly. The pizza never showed up, so I decided to call the location the next morning to inform them on their mishap. The guy on the phone had informed me that the pizza did indeed make it to delivery, yet why would I be calling saying I never received a pizza if it did have. The guy then told me that he was going to call his driver and get back to me. He never did. All in all I would strongly recommend to just pick up your pizza.

I decided to try their pan pizza, and I have to say, the ingredients were fresh and the crust was soft on the inside and crispy on the bottom. So, why 2 stars? They forgot to put the marinara sauce on the pie. I also ordered some cheesy bread that was hot, gooey, and everything you'd want in a cheesy bread ... But again, they forgot to include the marinara sauce with the cheesy bread. Honestly, this would have been a 4-star review had they just included sauce. So disappointed.

Holy Bat Crap Batman!! They have really improved. We have not ordered from dominoes in years because they sucked. The new pizza were really awesome for delivery pizzas. I love the new tracker and it was pretty accurate. Keep up the good work.

I ordered 5 pizza's to be delivered at 6:30 at a park for a Mommy and Me playdate. They arrived on time. We always get the thin crust and I get mine without cheese and tomatoes and pineapple on top. It was good. The crust is crispy. The sauce is just so blah. Dominoes works when feeding a group, but it is far from my first choice.

Pizza on Black Friday? with all this turkey left over???....yes sir! I'm sick of the leftovers so I decided to call my friends over at Domino's for a pizza I can always count on. They're always fast, taste great, and the tracker is awesome! Thank you Domino's for saving me from eating turkey and stuffing for the 100th time...
