This is the best Popeyes I've been to. The service was fast and friendly. Everyone behind the counter was working quickly and focused on the customer. During their down time they were sticking and cleaning. I was greeted when I came in and was asked for my name. They told me to have a great day and hope to see me tomorrow. On the way out they asked how everything was. It's not often when you're at a fast food restaurant where the employees seem to really care about heir customer and build rapport. The food was hot and the kitchen looked clean. The bathroom was clean too. This is a good place.

Angel deserves a raise! She was behind that counter hustling! She greeted me with a smile when I came in. Took my order quickly and efficiently, was pleasant the entire time and told me the have a nice evening when I left. Definitely don't get service like that too often these days.

Born and raised in Landover and this has always been my favorite Popeyes!! Not sure what it is, but the chicken and biscuits at this particular location has always been better than any location in the area. I've been to Popeyes all over the area at some point and time (Rockville, District Heights, Bowie, Crystal City and even the other Popeyes in Landover on MLK Highway) and the food just isn't the same. Seasoned perfectly, crunchy, hot and flavorful and pretty darn good. Sure, it's not my mama's or aunt's fried chicken, but in a pinch, it will do. The staff can be hit or miss, but I usually never have any issues with the staff and they seem to be rather accommodating to special requests. I don't usually go through the drive thru because I've had my order screwed up a few times. Even when I go in I have to make sure I'm getting the correct pieces of chicken because some people don't know the difference between a breast and a thigh. Don't try to give me a thigh and I ordered a breast! No bueno! During football season, this location does a lot of business for Fed Ex Field for my beloved REDSKINS, so they run out of chicken at times, but that's on rare occasions. The restaurant itself is clean, you can dine in or take-out. It can become a bit pricey and eating fried food isn't the best for you, but every now and then you need a little grease in your system. HA!

I have been going to this Popeyes location for over 10 years and I must admit that majority of the time my order is correct. Off the top of my head I honestly can't count any times that they have messed up my order. I've dined in and picked up food through the drive thru. Food is always fresh and order is correct. Aside from the obvious good chicken boxes; my favorite dishes are the Shrimp Tackle Box and the Crawfish. I picked up a shrimp box the other day and was pleasantly surprised. 1. There was PLENTY of shrimp - so much that I was thinking damn I got a lot of shrimp left LOL 2. They were HUGE to be Popeyes shrimp of course. I actually took 2 bites instead of 1 big bite per shrimp! HA! Customer service is good. They are helpful and again I can't recall receiving bad customer service. The inside is clean and comfortable. No complaints...I am a happy clucker! ;-)

Don't live to far from this Popeyes. ..it's always clean and the customer is always on top. I love this Popeye. You won't be disappointed unless they are out of chicken! !!

terrible service.. the rude woman who took my order said not a word to me while taking my payment or giving me my food.. i loudly said THANK YOU, and still nothing. she didn't have to represent the area of this Popeyes so well :-/

Just got home with my order and discovered something was missing. I had ordered some spicy and some mild but I only had the spicy. It so happened that my husband was across the street getting an oil change so I called him to go get the rest of the order. Then I called the store to let them know what happened and that my husband was coming to get what I left. They asked me to describe him and when he walked into the door they had it ready. Mistakes do happen but I appreciate that great customer service.
