I download the app on my iPhone and by mistake (or i don't know what happend) it selected "Pick Up" option instead of delivery so I called to correct the employee was rude and i gave him my CC information over the phone and all the sudden he hung up on me without any excuses so i though he corrected and just have to wait but after an hour when i called to ask the status of my order the employee who answered the phone could find my order I was starving so I figured to find online for more pizza places around and luckily found Papa John's ordered Stuffed Crust (my favorite) and it was ready very fast! Thanks to Papa John's!

The delivery is always fast and correct. However, the delivery guys are the worst. They're always rude and ungrateful. A man named muhamed kept delivering my pizza and every time I'd tip him he'd be like "only $3?" Or "only $5". Be grateful you even get a tip, some people around here don't ever tip the delivery guy. After about 3 times I told them to stop sending him to my door and I haven't seen him since. The pizza is above average, the wings are decent and the customer service is good. I mean look at them, they listened to my request and stopped sending him to my door. I also stopped ordering dominoes as much.

Used to have great delivery-we are now two for two-of no shows after an hour and fifteen minutes. When I called Dominoes, was accused of not being home and not picking up my phone. Um I know I was home and my phone didn't ring. We're done.

We walked in to order Carryout, my friend and I ordered 14 wings and 2 Crunch Lava Cakes. It does not take 25 minutes for that. Plus, when we finally asked about it, we heard them say "Oh, that was Carryout?" They were not apologetic and then they made us wait another 10 minutes. I give them a two because the food didn't taste horrible. Next time, if there is a next time, I will make sure to call it in or make it a delivery. At then I don't have to deal with shoddy service.

Ordered 2 pizzas, wings and cinnastix for pick up. When the food arrived, my half of one of the pizzas was burnt (I order feta cheese on half the pizza and the feta was burnt). I've never had that happen before... but I've also never ordered from this location. Not only that but they forgot to give us the cinnastix. We called and asked if they would deliver them; and guess what? They still haven't came... You are missed cinnastix.

Never ordering from here again! Khalid, the delivery guy, is rude and didnt want to give me the correct change! Tips are not guaranteed! That's what I get for being lazy and not doing carry out. I will spread the word to my neighbors so they don't have to go through the aggravation. Never again.

I just ordered 2 pizzas, boneless wings and a 2liter of coke. The pizza was hot, the chicken was hot and the coke was cold! Good job guys! We enjoyed the food.

I ordered some wings and a pizza. I received my wings but was 2 wings short. Additionally, i didnt receive my ranch or blue cheese sauce. Additionally, the pizza was cold. Upon calling the restaurant to explain the problem, I had to call twice because the first time I was hung up on. With all these choices of places to eat at around here, I wont be going to Dominos and Rockville Domino's.

Twice now I have had items missing on orders for delivery. First order was on they forgot a simple bread item, I called and was told it would be sent out and waited an hour before calling back in. Apparently it was never put back in the system to be cooked and redelivered. Ordered again tonight, 1 medium pizza and 1 bread item on the main order and 1 large Brooklyn style that was the comp item from the previous order that they messed up. Delivery comes and surprise no Brooklyn pizza. I call it in and the guy said it was right in front of him and he would send it right out. Wait an hour and no pizza. I call again and no one has any idea what I am talking about and the pizza never existed on the order. How does this happen twice in the same month?

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Love Dominos but this place is a joke. Never get orders right. Always forget stuff. Or drivers just dont show up. I wish corporate would shut them down or replace them all. The manager "Ramzi" is the most unprofessional human being I have ever spoke to. He once refused to give me a refund and instead insisted on giving me store credit. I contacted corporate and they did nothing about it either. Nothing left but to never order from here again. Dont waste your time.

my pizza came with the wrong toppings. it arrive an hour after it left the store once the driver drop the pizza off, it was warm and soggy... just bad experience and bad pizza. We placed it in the trash and went to local pizza place. Thanks Domino and good bye, last time doing business with you!

These guys are horrible. They forget things all the time. The pepperoni smells like cardboard. When I call to complain they hang up on me. Sometimes they take over 1 hour to get to me. This is management's fault. The pricing system is dumb; one pizza costs more than two. Talk about a waste. I could spend $30 on myself here because the food is so over priced. I wish chipotle delivered.

Ordered an XL Brooklyn style for carry out. When I got there the guy told me the total. I opened the box and found a Large original crust. Only then did the guy tell me they couldn't give me what I ordered since they ran out of boxes! Seriously! So he gave me a large original crust instead of large Brooklyn style! He didn't reduce the price until I confronted him. And it didn't even have the garlic crust. If I wasn't so hungry I would have told them to forget it. Not going back here.

Horrible that is the only way I can describe their service and food the pizza was 1 hour late gave me the worst stomach pain , it was cold and smelled funny I regret have ever eaten it I will never order dominos again this was the absolute worst.
