You have got to request the homemade rice posing with raisins. It's to die for! Comes with homemade whipped cream and a cherry. It's being offered this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We are a couple that has dined here many times and seek out the best restaurants for there desserts. It takes a lot to impress usually but this is it.

Waited 50 minutes to get our food. My eggs were overcooked and a tablespoon of home fries. First and last time coming here. I do have to say that the wait staff is friendly and apologetic for the wait time.

We have tried this place several times for breakfast. Tonight we stopped for dinner, my husband ordered a burger that was$12, it was not a $12 burger. We did tell our waitress and she did take it off our bill. At least if your not satisfied they correct the problem

Molly Mason's has gone through a change and because of this I held off writing a review. I wanted to give them time to work out those changes. The result of averaging out multiple meals over months: The staff: The wait staff is very friendly, despite what others have experienced, I've always had pleasant and prompt service. The guy who seems to be the floor manager, only guy out there really helping the wait staff at all, is also awesome. Chef seems dismissive if it isn't a rave, full of himself and has been confrontational with customer criticism. Pleasant enough, when making a pass through to the outside, you can't really be unpleasant, but only about as much as required. Not willing to adapt, or adjust, and bristles at suggestions or requests for adjustments. The place: Clean inside with decent furnishings. However, even with outdoor seating for the summer, the place does not have the ambiance to carry the prices for the food when your views are of fields (comparable pricing around here usually carries a water view and there is a dairy farm nearby. summer stinks, literally). Or you're eating duck confit next to a guy getting out of the fields (hunters) sitting with muddy boots and camo and trying to get a decent meal for a decent price after freezing his butt off in the woods. The food: Have had some really good food here. However, that was primarily when they first made the change. Menu already feels stagnant and the choices are limited for anyone in need of or wanting to frequent this restaurant. If cooking for the locals wasn't keeping you open, change is good to bring in new customers, but ignoring the locals and limiting their daily options was a poor decision. I now only eat here when I have no other choice. As much as I want to give great reviews so the floor staff can be prosperous, I can't. For the money, the quality... head into Chestertown or to Georgetown for better choices.

Breakfast buffet is a must whenever we're in the area. The service is great and everyone is local so they have great info on local spots and goings on.

Cesar salad was so overpriced, I felt like I was being robbed when I paid for it. It was such a measly portion, it looked like a complimentary side dish. Plus, the lettuce wasn't cut up and there were portions of the lettuce that were not edible because they were the portion of the stalk that grows close to the ground, like the root of the lettuce. For an extra $6 I got 2 ounces to chicken, the size of 2 chicken mc nuggets. Staff was nice but could not make up for the poor quality of my salad.

I've driven past Molly's for months now without realizing what they were. From the outside they look like a huge sporting goods and farm store. I just found out they Molly's had a restaurant as well. I decided to stop on by and have a burger and beer for a late lunch on my way home for the weekend on Thursday after clinical training was over. The burger was decent, had a nice char-grilled flavor for a commercial burger patty about 3/4 inch thick and juicy. I ordered medium-rare, but came out medium with no pink. The bun was huge, and nothing special to write home about, and it really could have used a toasting on the grill too. I am not a fan of coated French Fries, yes they will be crispy, but their flavor is just a bit off too. I would rather a business use real potato fries without the wheat flour coating (so would people with gluten allergies too). The best part of the whole lunch was the gigantic humongous dill pickle spear. Absolutely delish!!!! 8oz Burger & Fries $8.99 Yuengling 12oz bottle $2.75 (not a shabby price) Happy hour starts at 5pm. I am planning on trying their Monday night special to see if they are good.... chicken wings!!!

I had an amazing dinner here back in December! The chef, Matt, is incredibly talented and inventive. And I discovered my new favorite wine here! Our waiter was great; we had so much fun. I can't wait to come back, thank you Matt!

Good food and good service. We were surprised to get a good meal out in the country. The sweet potato fries and French dip was very good.

Found this terrific little restaurant on a trip to visit my son at college. It's in a complex including a convenience store, sporting goods store, and farm supply center. Don't let that fool you, though, the restaurant is fairly new with a very nice layout, great wait staff and amazingly good home cooing. We've been there for breakfast with great omelette's and a buffet on the weekends. A stop for lunch and a burger to die for was a treat. We haven't been there for dinner yet, but look forward to trying that soon. If you're travelling on MD 213 definitely make this a stop! Even if you're on RT. 301, it's worth the detour; especially if you're a sportsman and enjoy discovering a new store with a very consistent restaurant next door!

So...we're way out in the middle of farm land and getting hungry. I powered up Yelp and wallah! Molly Mason's. Who'da thunk it? We were sceptical at first. After all, what kind of food can you get at a "restaurant" attached to a gas station? Surprise, Surprise! This place was like an oasis in the desert. Clean, well appointed, generous menu, and fantastic service. Annnnnd...the food was great too!

Food was pretty good. Prices were reasonable enough. Service was kinda slow, and the server reeked of cigarette smoke.
