Stopped in at this Starbucks for a caffeine re-fuel on my drive on a rainy Saturday afternoon from Haymarket, VA to Glen Burnie, MD. Traffic was terrible, and I needed caffeine. The Yelp app led me to this Starbucks. The place was packed with customers when I arrived. Ordered a tall dark roast. Coffee was strong and well made. Restrooms were clean. Even with all those customers - service was good!

Love this Starbucks! They have such a great mix of clientele - regulars and long distance travelers (due to their close proximity to I-95). Yet they always treat everyone with a smile and a great attitude. I've tried some of the other Starbucks locations in the Columbia area and this one is by far the best. Allie is a great barista!

(07/18/2013) Conveniently located really close to I-95 at intersection of Rt. 1 and Rt. 175. Easy to get into, a little tricky to get out of, if you're heading back to I-95. Roomy location, efficient and friendly service. Strip mall also has a MOM Organic Market, a liquor store, and tobacconist.

Got my Venti, Cinnamon Dolce Frap in record time...the best part is is that they are right near my house! Cool baristas too!

Pretty location next to Ollie's so I can browse & enjoy my lemongrass infused tea.

This Starbucks is conveniently located in Jessup, MD. (I say that with a giggle.) It's located in the same shopping center as my favorite organic grocery store so it's nice to be able to grab a latte and go shopping. It's not often busy and the staff couldn't be nicer. Simplified, it's basically a less crowded Starbucks with competent baristi.

This Starbucks is one of the cleanliest establishments around. I prefer to visit this one over any other one in the Elkridge-Hanover-Jessup area. The staff are pleasant and calm. The coffee here is yummy and the desserts are flavorful too! However, if you come to this Starbucks after 3:00PM on any given day, you most likely will not have much to pick from in the pastry cabinet, this place gets swarmed and emptied pretty fast.

I love starbucks! That being said, this particular one is my Go-To starbucks because its right next to my gym and i can get my caffeine after workouts! Its small place with limited seating but the place is always well kept and staff is very friendly. So far, I always had my drink made to perfection. Its hard to beat a urge to go there when I leave with a hot drink and big smile. Favorites: Tiramisu latte and chai tea latte in regulars Pumpkin spice latte n caramel brûlée in holiday specials!

Stopped in here on my way to Havre de Grace, mostly because I needed some wi-fi! Location seemed a tad unusual for a Starbucks, and initally it didn't seem busy on this Sunday morning, but soon there was a constant stream of customers, including at least one who was quite rude to the poor barrista. Nothing special about this store, but I got what I needed - wifi and a coconut milk latte.

This is one of my fave Starbucks locations. I don't know what it is, but the people who work here are some of the most friendly I've ever encountered (I always leave with a smile on my face). This location is a bit out of the way for Columbians, and it's a bit tricky to get to, and away from... but it's worth it if you're in the area. Right at the intersection of Route 175 and Route 1, in the same complex as the Goodwill Store. Due to its location, it's much less busy than the Dobbin one, and I've always had great tea and coffee there. And, I'm not kidding, the workers really are extraordinarily nice, which contributes a lot to my favoritism of this store.

This is my favorite Starbucks because the employees are great. That's what makes This store so much better than the Columbia location and every other Starbucks in the area. Props to the manager for not hiring morons and lazy people. These employees are Friendly. They Keep the store Clean and they always prepare Drinks correctly.

dont know much about the staff since i been there once. it is a new addition to elkridge. it does not feel like the typical startbuck location since it is located in old strip mall. but noticed things changing around here and maybe this place is the start.

This place is THE WORST Starbucks store I have been to. I have been to the store twice and will not go back. The first time I was here, I was told their ice machine was broken. How was this issue not addressed in the middle of July? Where was the manager? The two baristas seemed more concerned on how to position fans to cool themselves then serving customers or resolving the ice shortage. It wasn't possible to get ice from the grocery store next door? The second time I went I ordered a Strawberry Acai tea and I was told the Strawberry Acai has been out for MONTHS. How is it possible to fall months behind on inventory? The baristas also make drinks considerably slower compared to other Starbucks locations. Also, today when I went in I asked for less ice in my drink. The barista still filled ice to the top of the cup. Whoever is managing this store needs to get another job, or just be present at the store for starters.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and a pastry...this is the dirtiest Starbucks we've ever been too. Trash is overflowing into the walkway...napkins and such are all over the floor...lemon pound cake was the driest ever! Three staff (young girls) behind the counter and not one can clean!!

I been everywhere for starbucks. There is really not much to same because for the most part, they are all the same. The real denominator is where do you get your starbucks? This starbucks is in the strip mall. Parking spot can get crowded. I hate to disappoint but there is no DRIVE THRU in this location. Drive away it's your choice but I will bet you will not.

Worst Starbucks ever. The place was nearly empty and it took ten minutes to make my drink. The employee was busy talking to her friend and she messed up two drinks in a row.

A Starbucks in these parts?!?! Alright! Place is quite spacious, tons of friendly staff waiting to take your order. Coffee was done right and out fast, and the food selections were plenty stocked. Perfect little warm treat when out at the car auction!

I buy coffee most mornings but this is the friendliest crew. I live in Columbia and there are plenty of Starbucks to chose from. This crew is a great because of their customer service skills.

We've stopped at this location many times over the years on family vacations. Clean and great service. Located in a strip mall with gas stations nearby too.

I had a long day and was ready to start my weekend but wanted to wait for traffic to die down before I got on the road. This Starbucks is in a great location not far from a lot of the main roads like 175, Route 1, 32 and even the 95. I can pick up groceries in this shopping, get some wine and also get my soy latte fix. The staff here is nice and personable. They got through the short line quickly and watched my drink and stuff while I took a bathroom break. The seating area isn't big at all but if you can score one of the comfy seats, part of the couch or even the bar area, it's a comfortable time. But on this particular day, maybe it's because I needed a quiet relaxing spot that the music seemed one notch too loud. The guy next to me kept letting his phone buzz every time he clicked on whatever game or app he was using (not Starbucks' fault but maybe people reading this will get the hint and be more considerate of those around them) and the oven or coffee timer was going off for at least one minute, I kid you not, and they kept letting it buzz. I don't know how they put up with it. Goodness. Can you come up with a better buzzer that doesn't malfunction or if this is how it is supposed to be can you turn it off after the first 5 seconds? yeahthankyouokaybye.

They made me comeback to Starbucks! After being turned off by the typical rush-rush get ya in and get ya out, can I help the next customer coffee house feeling... This place took me back! The friendly staff there will get to know your name, get to know your order, and provide awesome service. They definitely won me over!

This is my go to Starbucks location, because it's right off 95 on my way to school. Because I work a 9 hour day, then drive about an hour or so to school depending on traffic - this is really a life saver. I stop in and get a refreshment every night to prepare myself for my class and boy does it do the trick. They are nice, friendly and have never required me to request having my drink remade. Yes, I am one of those people. I hate when espresso is burnt, or has been sitting too long. Nothing better than rushing to class and being able to get the perfect drink in and out without any delay.

Regular customer here... Very busy in the mornings, but they still crank out good drinks. The customer service has gone downhill this past year... Allie, behind the counter, appears to hate life & will actually roll her eyes at you after you place your order. Not what you want first thing in the morning! There used to be a really nice, friendly guy behind the counter... I wish I could remember his name! Bring him back!

Its cool and serves its purpose which is delivering costly products of Colombia. I could do without the loafers that clearly have no internet connection at home
