Ok so I don't usually give 5 stars after eating at a place only once. However, the tuna salad sub and fries I got here yesterday were, like, some of the best I've ever had. In fact, this is my new spot for that particular meal!! The tuna was excellent - great flavor, not too much mayo. Shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion all to perfect portions. The bread was soft and chewy, but able to hold up over night and not be mushy or soggy the next day! And the fries....oh the fries...so good, these fries. Plus, and this is RARE, I was able to microwave them the next day and still enjoy them!!! Yeah - I'm so glad this place is like a mile from my work!!
I've come here for both breakfast and lunch. Their menu is pretty basic, breakfast sandwiches and deli meat sandwiches but what sets this place apart is (1) how friendly they are and (2) the quality of their food. They use good meats and put your sandwich together with pride in what they do. I posted a pic of my breakfast sandwich. I was suprised it was on toast, but the bread was fresh and soft (and not soggy). Never have I received an item that was slapped or mashed together. It's nice to get real food with a smile.
Another Korean owned Deli in Howard County that I'm a fan of. Mike R. couldn't have said it better about the breakfast menu. What I really like about this place is that the amount of scrapple they give you is big. Bigger than the other Deli's I've been to. It's crispy on the outside and tasty in the inside! You can always get chicken, beef, and pork anytime you want but not scrapple. And usually, scrapple is ONLY sold during breakfast so I always have to get the scrapple! There is 1 thing I don't like about this place and that's their potatoes. It isn't good. Half of the potatoes I got were overcooked. And they were almost flavorless. You'd have to move the meat and bread away then put seasonings on the potatoes. Be generous with the seasonings/sauces. I got the Egg Platter and the Meat Platter with Scrapple. The eggs over easy and a side of bacon. Food was good and filling except the potatoes. Service was friendly and fast. I'm a fan!

Great food great prices the employees are awesome!!! One of the best diners in the area hands down
Happened onto this place while I was out. Was glad to see it. Food is pretty good and a great price. Wide selection for breakfast and lunch. Quick and easy. They even have fruit and what looks like a self serve bar for lunch (I was there for breakfast on the weekend). Fair amount of seating and like a said a pretty decent menu of choices. Eat in or take out. Service was good and the place was clean. Not a typical restaurant but a true diner to get yourself something to eat at a good price. Portions are good and I couldn't even really finish it all.
Disclaimer: The owners of this business are friends with my parents. I don't know them but they apparently know me through my parents. So I will not base this review on their service to me but rather a little bit on their service to the other customers I've witnessed on. This place can be a bit hard to find because it's located right in the middle of an office/warehouse park and the park is big. But if you have a cell phone that has google maps or a GPS installed on it, then you should be golden! When I came here yesterday, it was pretty busy. You can order through their buffet line on the right side of the building or you can also order through their menu. The buffet line isn't actually a "buffet", but is more a "Each pound you pay a certain amount of money". I don't remember the prices but it's not bad. Like I said above, they treated me like royalty. But witnessing their treatment towards others, I feel like they have a natural and genuine attitude towards all of their customers. I was hungry and I ordered for my brother and his co-workers. Got 2 cheese steak subs, 2 Korean steak subs, 1 fish platter, 1 shrimp platter, and a club sandwich. Around 10 minutes later, I got the food. Smelled so good.... Oh and I also got a brownie that was sitting out front on their counter. I went to my brother's work and tried out their food. I personally had a cheese steak with fries and a part of the brownie. The cheese steak was DELICIOUS. Their toppings are similar or even the same as the other places selling cheese steaks, but their bread? It's different. Not really the taste but the texture is. It holds all the juicy toppings really well and it had a bit of a chewy texture which I love. The fries were alright. The brownie was not good. I've recently been to the Great Harvest Bread company and had the brownies there, so maybe I've been spoiled by their greatness and thought the brownie here, Kay's Diner was mediocre at best. Service was great. They're a Korean owned family business. Very humble and kind couple. Note: Their English is limited.

Stopped in at this Starbucks for a caffeine re-fuel on my drive on a rainy Saturday afternoon from Haymarket, VA to Glen Burnie, MD. Traffic was terrible, and I needed caffeine. The Yelp app led me to this Starbucks. The place was packed with customers when I arrived. Ordered a tall dark roast. Coffee was strong and well made. Restrooms were clean. Even with all those customers - service was good!
Love this Starbucks! They have such a great mix of clientele - regulars and long distance travelers (due to their close proximity to I-95). Yet they always treat everyone with a smile and a great attitude. I've tried some of the other Starbucks locations in the Columbia area and this one is by far the best. Allie is a great barista!
(07/18/2013) Conveniently located really close to I-95 at intersection of Rt. 1 and Rt. 175. Easy to get into, a little tricky to get out of, if you're heading back to I-95. Roomy location, efficient and friendly service. Strip mall also has a MOM Organic Market, a liquor store, and tobacconist.

@Jon G: This location does not even have a drive through. I've been going there for years. They are part of a strip mall. W/it's current layout a drive through would be physically impossible. Maybe you were reviewing the one further down the way on Washin
Small store with friendly staff. You'll be greeted warmly.
I go here every morning. The people are very friendly. The coffee is always fresh and the food is always good. I walk in and dont have to tell them what I want. They wave and say hi and start making my order. By the time I get to the register my food is hot and ready.

Hubby and I stopped by here while out running errands and for a humble appearing place, were delighted with our carry-out. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, and the staff is friendly. I got a hamburger with all of the fixings and it was delicious. Hubby got a cheese steak which he enthusiastically consumed. The fries were great--thick, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The onion rings were good too. Next time we're running errands in this areas we'll be sure to stop by again.
I paid 14 bucks for a Cheese-steak sub, fries, and a soda.. So its over priced... and the sub was so skimpy it was pathetic. This place is a joke
This review is for the pizza. I haven't tried any other menu items. The pizza crust was tough and difficult to chew. Kinda reminded me of Little Caesars pizza. I don't like that pizza. I like a crisp-tender crust with a puffy-risen border. No bubbles, like the crust did not rise. So maybe it would suit someone else, but not me. Sausage topping was adequate and cheese was well distributed and enough. The sauce was just ok. Maybe consider one of their other menu items if you come here, I don't recommend the pizza.

Taco Bell

Reviews:
I'm a picky eater, and I've got to say they haven't messed up any of my orders. Also, when you go through the drive-thru, they give you mints. MINTS! at a taco bell! GENIUS!
Every Taco Bell is slightly different, and this is one of the really good ones. Assistant Manager Willie H. is a rare employee. He is friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgable; he takes pride in his work and it shows. We ordered the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos tacos a day before launch and he had them ready to go, even though none of the signage was hung yet. And, when I went back to get a follow-up nacho cheese #dlt, it was packed with meat and filling -- so good. I wish we lived closer because this would be my regular joint!
I actually like Taco Bell. But this one? OMG. With ONE car in front of me I waited in line for 26 minutes (was trapped with someone behind me and couldn't back out). FINALLY got my order and IT WAS WRONG. All I asked for was no tomatoes since I'm allergic...and three guesses what was on my Nachos Supreme. TOMATOES. So I parked and went in and went straight to the counter and was told to GET IN LINE. Are you KIDDING me? I told them that I waited in the drive through for 26 minutes and I was DONE waiting. They got the manager who said "yeah?" like I was wasting his time. I explained that I waited in the drive thru, my order was wrong and I wanted it made right without getting back in line. He did it but just pissed me off. So I did the online survey and ACTUALLY GOT A PHONE CALL. He was very apologetic and offered to send me coupons for a free meal - ok, thanks. Just got them...2 months later. But ok, free food is free food. So went to use it today at the "problem" Taco Bell and guess what THEY DON'T ACCEPT CORPORATE COUPONS! I'm SO DONE with the jacked up location...DON'T GO! Drive AWAY from the drive thru!

McDonald’s

Reviews:
It's just like any other McDonald's. Service is usually fast at night they severely limit the menu, It says 24 hours but I have stopped in at 4 am a few times and thy have been closed. the drive through is not the best. They always manage to forget something like a straw, ketchup, dipping sauce and napkins. If you go inside it seems like there is always a homeless person hanging out begging for change and the occasional crazy person talking to themselves. Not much else to say.
Never leave the drive through without checking your bag. Even on a slow day. I always find that I'm missing something I ordered but usually in the past it was just a sauce here or there or maybe a small 4pc nugget when ordering a bigger order. Plus it's a McDonald's drive through. I won't hold them to the highest standard. But this was it. After three years of this nonsense I now have had enough. Ordered the breakfast burrito meal with an extra hash brown and got a total of zero hash browns. I didn't notice til I was halfway to work ( 45 min commute) and was already cutting it close. I didn't have time to turn around and this was just ridiculous. I don't want to have to check or go back after the fact. I want it right the first time. This location has the worst quality control in that manner and it never matters when I get there or which shift. Its the entire drive through. Its systematic. No other McDonalds is this terrible. I just can't handle how long this has gone on and how much money I'm throwing at them. 2 of their sausage burritos are not worth 5 bucks. Absolutely livid. Not how I wanna start my morning.
As far as McDonalds go this is better than most. This is a relatively brand-new facility, although it is a shame that the bathrooms already show signs of graffiti in the stalls. Fast food is definitely not part of my regular diet, but every once and awhile I have about 10 minutes to grab something to eat and have no other choice. I've been to this McDonalds once. I ordered the Quarter pounder value meal, which tasted better than I remember. Service was fast, but don't mind some of the workers who are tattooed up and look like they just came out of the prison a quarter mile up the road. What do you expect, this is McDonalds and at least they're working. Overall the facility is clean - not spotless, but clean. Very busy location due to the proximity of I-95 and Fort Meade.

Frank’s Diner

Reviews:
I love diners. So when I found I had been driving by Franks Diner frequently and had yet to stop in because I am apparently somewhat dense and not very observant, I had to fix that (well, eating at Franks, I can;t really fix my being dense so easily). I was looking for breakfast at lunch, and figured a diner would at least get me that. The exterior looks awesome, as a matter of fact the exterior was an old diner from somewhere in NJ that the owner picked up and moved back in 94 or something. And while it is a mish-mash of styles, as noted by many others, it still definitely feels like a diner when you get in. The menu has a little bit of everything, but as mentioned I was there for breakfast fare. The breakfast was fantastic. I was especially fond of the western omelet I ordered. It was perfectly formed, perfectly cooked. Eggs light and fluffy and a tad moist with slight browning on the outside, which is as I like it. The wait staff was a tad slow - not really their fault, they hustled, they just had too few for the customers - but very accommodating and friendly. Being in a very low carb diet at the moment, I was substituting all over the place and the got me what I wanted and didn't charge me a lot of extra fees as other places have done.
Coconut cake, tuna melt, and soup were all delicious!! Staff were personable. Great find off of I-95! I would have tried all of the cakes if I had had a big enough stomach!
I often pick up take out orders for my work, the food is always fantastic. We have only ordered breakfast items, so that's what I'm basing it on. I like diners and I like this place. I wouldn't recommend going on the weekend during "breakfast" hours, since it seemed to take forever. But it was expected as well, so no real complaints. I will be back. The prices are reasonable and we are all fans of their french toast. :) Also, I LOVE their cake! Especially the coconut one.

Panda Express

"The Bears are who we thought they were" - Dennis Green As one might expect from Chinese food that can be found in malls, this Panda Express is no different. The food is affordable and in a pinch can suffice your sustenance needs, however I wouldn't expect more than that. On the positive side, the service is friendly and it is a clean restaurant.
First time ever at a Panda Express. Knowing that there are plenty of local Chinese spots, this place was never in my mind until one day going to MOMs. I had a friend that lives in California and she loves Panda Express.... Ironic right? Californian that loves a chain restaurant. A Chinese one at that. So I decided to check this place out and had low expectations. Service was pretty fast; around 5 minutes passed by till I took my order with a long line ahead of me. I wanted to get Spicy Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken but I think they misheard me for Black Pepper Chicken and Sesame Chicken.... ????? I didn't really care though because I was hungry and it all looked pretty tasty. Got my food to go, went home and turned on The Raid 2 while I was munching on this dish. The rice was a bit overcooked and the noodles were dry but pretty tasty. The Black Pepper Chicken was pretty good but the Sesame Chicken was very generic. Mostly batter and had the same sweet taste as other Chinese joints. The portions are big though. And it's cheap. One big container full of food for 7 dollars?? Not bad at all!
Worst experiences here. It's a chain so you would expect some kind of service standards. This place is horrible. They took my order. Passed it on to the next person. Then the first person scooped away all the chicken I wanted. I was told I had to wait 10 minutes for more chicken to be cooked. It's 5pm and there were people lining up behind me. They screwed up my change and each person had no clue what they were doing.

Arby’s

Reviews:
Arby's is quickly becoming my favorite fast food establishment. Perhaps it's because of the curly fries, but I think it's due to the fact that their menu is so large. They have a lot more than just roast beef sandwiches nowadays. Lately I always get the french dip sub. My fiancee gets it too; she loves the au jus. This particular location is clean and nice and not far off of I-95.
It's an Arby's! Why are you giving it four stars? I love Arby's as much as the next one, but that is kind of crazy. Their food is pretty a-ok. I am still hating the fact that they didn't keep the deep fried cheesecake desert. That was about the best thing on the planet, and I would have made an appearance on the Biggest Loser if they didn't get rid of them. This particular Arby's is pretty hit or miss. There are a couple of really good cashiers, and a couple that seem lost. Aren't there all these unemployed people in the US right now? I would think we could get better people to work the register. The cleanliness of the restaurant is usually pretty shabby too, even for a fast food place. I am always hunting for a clean booth to sit in. That being said, it's great for a quick bite to eat, and Arby's is one of the better fast food chains in my book.
Oh how you have destroyed my love affair with Arby's. Perhaps it is because we came through the drive-thru; perhaps, because we came pretty early; or maybe we just came at a bad time. But none the less the fries were cold, the meat was tasteless, and both my wife and I got sick.
