This is a small carry-out place in Urbana, MD next to the Buffalo Wild Wings. They do offer seating, but it is very limited. Of the three chinese restaurants in Urbana, I would rate this one as the best. They have great service. The egg drop soup is not as eggy and heavy as some other places. The Singapore noodles are AMAZING. I usually request they make them spicier, and I am never disapointed. They also send coupons in with their menus(free appetizer, fried rice, etc).

Not bad, not great... Ordered Cashew Chicken and some Spring Rolls. Spring roles were good, Cashew Chicken was ok, light on the chicken but veggies were crunchy. Sauce was good but a little on the weak side. Woman working the counter was nice and order was prepared quickly. Although I ordered to go, noticed that the restaurant had zero ambiance which explains why it was completely empty even though the other restaurants in the strip mall were packed. As I said, not bad but nothing I'd go back for.

Have never dined in but order delivery pretty often and me and my wife always love it. Pad thai is good, house fried rice is good, egg rolls good (and we always somehow get 2 or 3 extra), lo mein is good, not much for me to complain about, always a good experience for us.

Typical Chinese carry out, the service is okay; better than most carry outs. The food is decent, but I'm always weirded out by the beef, chicken and shrimp choices so I just stick to eating the vegetables in my meals. The vegetables however are great, fresh & cooked to perfection (not soggy.) I ask for my food to be cooked with "less oil & lite sauce" because it tends to get too greasy otherwise. Not much to complain about other than that the food lacks seasoning but hey... Maybe no msg? P.S. They do have really yummy Hot & Sour Soup.

This was honestly the worst Chinese take-out I've ever had. I'm not even sure what the dish was that arrived, but it was so gross we threw it away. Obviously it wasn't what we ordered. And our sweet and sour chicken arrived with no sauce, so basically we had fried battered chicken, and an unrecognizable mystery dish. Very disappointing! We've since found another EXCELLENT Chinese restaurant that delivers in Urbana, so we'll stick with ChopStix!!!!

I absolutely love good chines food. My search in Ijasville, Md. ( Urbana ) must therefore e considered "a tree that bares no fruit." My order of Cashew Chicken may have been served in a fine Vegan Restaurant, IF the vegetables weren't also bad. Please people, chicken is not on the "Endangered Species List." I'm pleased to be aware of this establishments existence, as I may wish to have someone eat there, for losing a gentle mans wager. Signed, Johnny Slaughter

I absolutely LOVE this place.. Their shrimp are huge, their Walnut Shrimp is an 11, their General Tso,s Shrimp is AMAZING... In this area (Urbana, New Market to eastern Frederick) I think it is absolutely the best around! Mind you, they are a little pricey, but worth every penny!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
