MmmmmmMmmm! I pass this place every day on my way home from work. A couple months ago I decided to give it a try. I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered the chicken burrito. When I payed and picked up my brown paper bag it felt heavy... like pounds heavy! Very good, filling burrito with rice, black beans, chicken, and cooked tomatoes. The guacamole and extra veggies cost extra. It has a creamy sauce. Comes with 2 tiny containers of the green hot sauce and a white-orange sauce. I drop by at least once a week for the burrito! The 1/4 chicken+2 sides is just ok. I already know a local popular spot with delicious Peruvian chicken so no other chicken will even compare. I had ordered fried yucca and black beans+rice. The sides were good... but man.... that burrito is goooooood!

The chicken burrito bowl and horchata are excellent. The service is nice, but a bit overwhelmed by all the orders. I'd recommend it.

At first this place was kinda good. Then....it started to fall off. I mean the food just...doesn't taste good. Do yourself a favor...go down the street to Sardi's. You'll thank me!! They went through a name change (Pollo Rollo), but it's the same place

Quick update. Wanted a burrito, so I got it because yet, convenience with the drive through. Much better this time around with that mama being like 2 lbs!! It was huggggge!!!!!! I just need to remind myself to ask for lettuce in the burrito. They def don't shame on any of the stuffings!

1/4 chicken plus side was awesome. Definitely recommend this place, especially when the line for the nearby Pollo Campero gets out of control. This place is a cheaper, quieter alternative

Went for the first time this weekend. Got the 1/4 chicken w/ 2 sides, ordered corn on the cob and potato salad (I enjoy checking out how other people make potato salad!). They must've cut that chicken generously or it was a big chicken, because my portion of chicken was huge. It was very juicy, nicely seasoned. The potato salad was a lovely shade of... pink? Upon tasting, apparently they'd put beets in the salad. Never heard of that before, but it tasted fine. Decor is pretty bare-bones, however the service was friendly and VERY fast, I got my meal in about 2 minutes. Definitely will be making a return trip.

My boyfriend and I decided to try Pollo Oro for two reasons: it's close by, they serve the food we were in the mood to eat, and it was our first time eating here! Peruvian or charcoaled chicken is delicious, so I was pretty pleased with the food here. We ordered the chicken (which comes with two different sauces: both delicious) a choice of two sides, steak quesadillas, and yuca (it tastes like a french fry or potato, but according to my boyfriend it's basically a fried root: tastes very good) The meat in the quesadillas were very juicy and fresh, unlike most places where the meat is dry or shredded. This meat was actually cut into chunks so you definitely get your money's worth! The chicken was also good, but I put way too much of the hot sauce on it so it somewhat ruined the taste for me (I'm not a spicy food person!) I'd recommend it. I've had better, but all in all it is a nice place with pretty good food.

I went here with two of my friends on a whim and we weren't disappointed one bit! My friends ordered their chicken and it was very flavorful. I had the chicken sandwich and that was also delicious! I'd definitely recommend this place :-)

First of all, know that this restaurant was formerly known as "Don Pollo". But it's got the same location and menu. That being said, this is a great place for some authentic South American grub. Very generous portions for a crazy low price. The chicken is juicy and flavorful. The rice, beans, and plantains are all just like my Colombian grandmother used to make. The staff is very friendly and speedy, with service in English or Spanish. There is also even a drive thru. This is a great meal if you've got time or if you're in a rush. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten the (massive) chicken burrito for $6 from the drive thru when I'm tight on time.
