When I think of what would make a great Chick-Fil-A, I dream of a new, well kept, clean exterior building and same with the interior. There should be lots of parking and easily accessible to nearby communities. The service needs to be friendly and efficient. My spicy chicken sandwich must be fresh and look just like the pictures. Waffles fries must be hot and fresh. And the manager should walk around and offer to bring us free refills and even clear our trays. Really, you ask? Yes, really. Well I didn't think of the last part until the manager actually did that for our lunch crowd. This place also feels really spacious inside with lots of room to breathe between tables (unlike some other Chik-Fil-A establishments)

Chick-Fil-A is always a winner. I guess this one is relatively new, since it was not listed on Yelp. Great customer service, and fast movement through the line. Like all of the Chick-Fil-A's. This one is conveniently next to a Super Walmart too!

Always very clean. We usually go on Tuesdays kids eat free and they always have some type of cool kids activity. This has become a weekly family night for us. The staff at chick Fila is always 5 stars but they go over and beyond at the Lansdowne chick Fila.

I love Chick Fil A, just love it! I was on my way to work and decided on a chicken sandwich, I must say I was a bit disappointed with the service and the wait. Generally, Chick Fil A is a well oiled machine, today, not so much. Actually, I tend to avoid this CFA because it is crowded.... There was one person ahead of me and I waited way to long for my sandwich. I guess I just expect more, the sandwich was good though, just like I knew it would be.

First and fore most it's Chick-Fil-A that in and of itself = awesome. If you've never had Chick-Fil-A do yourself a favor and get it. For the rest of us who have eaten at a Chick-Fil-A before the good is they are very consistent between restaurants so you usually can't go wrong. The only bad thing about this restaurant is the location. It is a bit small which leads to INSANE lines. That is enough to make me drive past as opposed to stopping at times other than that, #awesometastic! Bottom line: In a pinch there will be a line, but you will not be disappointed in the food or service.

Always clean. Courteous staff. Pleasant cashiers..love the decor. Lines move very fast. Love how they bring the food to your table you feel catered. When the cow is around it could be a little scary for small kids just be on the lookout. Good prices and good food, lovely atmosphere

Its almost always crowded with families enjoying themselves, but the service is fast and the staff are very nice. I bring my children here quite often and i have had my 4 year old's bday party here and i have only had 1 bad experience and that was with an unruly little boys father who did not control his son.

On Tuesdays its KIDS DAY they always have something for the children whether its a Clown, Face Painting, Building something etc....... I have been coming here for years bring my daughter and they even have a Daddy Daughter day here here. Ms Debbie the hostess on Tuesdays is amazing. Thanks Chick Fila

Ug. You never know a good thing til it's gone. As the self-appointed Queen of all things Chick-Fil-A, I know a good one when I see one. I had to come here every day for three weeks because my normal Chick-Fil-A on Baltimore-National Pike was closed for renovations. As you can see from my review on that store, I was originally pretty unhappy with the service. However, the service had done almost a 180. So I was a bit disappointed I would have to go elsewhere for my Iced Tea fix. The first problem (which is truly not the fault of the store and is in no way included in my rating) is that it is a pain in the neck to get there. If you are coming from the outer loop of 695, there is no direct way to this location. You have to take the Sulpher Spring exit from the 95 exit and then turn onto Washington Blvd. It's a direct shot on the inner loop, but just beware of the extra time it will take you on the outer loop. The service is pretty good. The morning people are nicer than the evening folks. The deduction in my rating comes from the speediness of service. The food is never ready when I get there. If you look at their racks, there are never any sandwiches in them. That could be a good thing if you want something hot and fresh. Yet, if you are trying to get to work in the next 20 minutes, you really don't want to have to wait that long. It's like they are back there chasing the chickens to take them to slaughter. I mean gosh, how long should it take to slap a piece of chicken on a biscuit? When my faithful Chick-Fil-A opened back up this past week, I happily went back to them. When I placed my order, they promptly picked up my Chick-n-Minis, put them in a bag, and had me out of there is less than 5 minutes. Now that's service.

Warm breakfast at 6am after picking my fiancé up post-call from the hospital, what's not to like? The employees are in such a good mood, too. The morning biscuit sandwich isn't as good as the regular sandwich since it's a little plain. It's missing the extras like cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes, and doesn't have anything else to compensate for it; it's literally just the biscuit and the chicken. But I'm guessing you can just order the regular sandwich, as they had no problem with us getting a milkshake and waffle fries so early in the morning, unlike some other fast food places I've tried which strictly delineate between their breakfast and lunch menus. The metal tables outside had a funky dumpster smell. Not the smell of trash, but the weird semi-salty smell of the metal dumpster itself. It was a bit off-putting.
