This Dunkin Donuts is attached to a Baskin Robins, and though it's a tiny shop, does a lot of business. It can be crowded during the weekday (especially before and after school hours, since they get kids from Quince Orchard High School spilling in) and I've seen it crowded after midnight on weekends, as well. I find their donuts are always fresh, and while they don't have a lot of seating, there's an area outside where you can sit on benches. The eating area isn't always very clean, and at night there is often just one or two people working, so it might take a moment to get your order. It has often been the case at night where certain donuts aren't available. Their bagels are great. The "Everything Bagel" is my favorite. I get it toasted with cream cheese and it's the perfect snack late at night when it's cold in Maryland. Their prices are reasonable and it was safe enough place to stop in and get a bite when everything else is closed.

Clean and convenient, always a friendly staff on hand and if or when there is a line it moves quickly. Good coffee and breakfast items. I run on Dunkin.

How difficult is it to keep a coolata machine functioning? Seriously, every time I go to this place and want a coolata, the machine is broken! Sometimes they just tell me straight up... It's not working. Sometimes they make it look like they didn't know.. They take the order, go to make it and oops, the machine doesn't work! Honestly I don't know if they ever had a functioning machine to begin with. It a glorified ice maker! Surely it can't always be broken! This shop is like 5 min from my house and always a disappointment. Their coffee is good though!

I'm somewhat of a Dunkin' Donuts aficionado. Not all Dunkin' Donuts are as efficient. Coffee is always good, and they usually have a good supply of everything. It is great that it is also a Baskin Robbins.

Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins in 1. - Do come here in the morning and not at night (there are limited selections and more stale donuts) - Do not get the ice cream here...the freezer breaks down often (we came here at least 3 times and they let the ice cream melt and refreeze, which gives the ice cream this funky and textured taste).

When you think Dunkin Donuts, you think 24 hours. This place is hardly open after 8pm. This is a huge drawback, as I work odd hours and sometimes, I want a cup of coffee late at night or very early in the morning. The times I have gone there when its open, there are lots of highschool kids hanging around, because Quince Orchard is a stones throw away. The kids are normally loud and out front littering and smoking. I wish this Dunkin Donuts would just move. I would rather go to the Starbucks right across the street.

Great service, we needed coffee to go and the small cups weren't good with hot coffee and weren't to-go friendly. The barista was very helpful and gave us medium sized cup. Great location and service!

I'm going to be honest... I'm not a fan of the Dunkin Donuts franchise. The ambiance for this location is nothing special (small and not too clean), the coffee is nothing special, the donuts are decent, the ice cream is pretty good, the service is pretty good. What's really frustrating is that the chain does not provide a stand with different types of milk, like Starbucks... even though the price of the coffee is in the same range as Starbucks. I definitely prefer the coffee from Starbucks, the donuts from Krispy Kreme, and the ambiance at Starbucks. A plus is that there is a Baskin Robbins attached - the ice cream/dessert is pretty good. The only thing that makes this chain stand out is that it's a coffee shop, a donut shop, and an ice cream shop all in one. Granted, none are spectacular, but I guess it's nice to have all of those in one spot.
