They will always get your coffee order correct as they note it on the cup while you're telling them. This is especially impressive because DD is rare below the Manson Dixon line and even when you do find a DD store the coffee is rarely correct to the order. Missing a star because sometimes their slow. Overall, it coveres all my 'Northern' expectations.

Tiny and cramped. Although the sandwich bag advises you to recycle, there is no recycling container. And the place looks grungy. However, my order was correct. I recommend going elsewhere.

Great customer service. This DD is one of my favorites. They listen carefully to the requests for your coffee and food and I have only had a mistake 1 time. Also, this location is EZ On/Off to both Route 200 , 355, 270 and 370. Great option on your way to work.

I come here when I'm getting my oil changed at the BP next door. Always cheerful despite getting extremely busy, love to come here. Dunkin us also changing with constant innovation. I was happy to see a egg white veggie flat bread. I would have loved a choice to make it spicy or add jalapeño, maybe in future that week be a choice. It's a long way from being thought of as a place to get sweet sugary stuff. My son enjoyed the pumkin Halloween donut.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This has to be the worst DD in the state in fact in the USA. I love DD and I usually go to the King Farm location but this place I have mistakenly gone to twice and J regret it every time and this was my last visit. They didn't even give me the bagel i paid for. They suck period. Don't go here it horrible go up the street to the one with a drive thru or in king farm inside the shell gas station. The staff here is rude every time and I have no clue how they still have a DD franchise. New management needed ASAP !

Long story short; you're better off going else where to get your coffee and food. Consistency is normally a good thing, but for this Dunkin Donuts, it definitely is not. You can consistently expect the staff to be slow, rude, and to mess up your order. The quality of service is matched only by the quality of food. Do not go here unless you have at least 15 minutes to wait for a correct order. If you have any questions, wait until you are out of the parking lot; they'll argue with you. Don't ask to use the bathroom either. Although they do have one -- with a sign saying it's for patrons -- they will still not allow you to use it. This Dunkin Donuts exhibits the worst display of customer appreciation and care for staying in business that I have ever seen in any franchise.

The building looks a bit run-down (60s/70s architecture, vacant storefronts), so the inside of this DD was a pleasant surprise. Clean, fast, and friendly plus free wi-fi.
