We ate the lunch buffet and everything was very fresh. Nicely stocked salad bar and a great selection of New York thin crust pizza. They usually have 3 varieties of home made soups on the buffet as well. The staff is very friendly and the dining area and restrooms were very clean. All in all... A nice Mom and pop type pizza place!

I was on my way to DC. I had dinner here with my family. Very reasonable price. The pizzas were great! You will love the family-friendly environment also.

Stopped here when passing through for work, I was the only one there for a large majority of the time (odd hour during the week). Staff consisted of the owner and a helper in the back, the owner rang me up and was very nice, Pizza was NY style and very good - also a range of flavors. I tried the Pepperoni, Buffalo Chicken and the Hawaiian, they were all tasty. Pizza looked like it had been sitting there for a bit, but it was not surprising due to the odd hour I was there - it was a buffet after all. Decor was country charm and appeared to be recently redone. Tables are picnic/outdoor style so it is great for large groups or families with children. Fat Boys was a step up from Cici's Pizza with the added benefit of being locally owned and operated. Menu service is available as well as delivery.

Came here after riding the rail trail. Ordered the grilled chicken salad. It was shamefully big... No scratch that... huge... no... humongous... no... just insanely, shamefully, wastefully monstrous. No single human of any size needs a salad that big. It was beyond sensible. Seriously, it could have fed 3 people and my leftovers have served to feed two of us for two meals. I just shake my head and wonder "why"? Obviously, if I had known, our party would have ordered only one to share. And to pass on the credit card fee the bank charges? If you're gonna do business and accept credit/debit cards, then participate as do the majority of merchants and up the charge of something else but do not pass on this fee. It seems petty. And, yes, they do have an ATM machine available in the venue but, of course, that fee would be more. I'm not a big fan.

While on a day trip with the family, we found ourselves at Fatboys. For under $10 a person, we jumped at the buffet with the all you can eat wings, salad, chili, and pizza, AND drink! My 13 year old son may have eaten his weight in wings. While the pizza wasn't the best I have ever had, but it's pizza, and I will pretty much eat it, no matter how bad it is. The wings were great though. Although I was originally put off by the fee for using my credit card, but if this kind of thing really bothers you, bring cash. Employees were friendly and we will def be back (especially since the teenager, who is never happy, was happy!!)

Stopped here for lunch while on a road trip and enjoyed a filling and affordable lunch. We had the buffet which included several types of soup, salad bar and a variety of fresh pizzas including a dessert pizza. Friendly service which is great and there appeared to be several tables of locals having lunch too.

Seriously awesome, home cooked, abundant food. My only regret was leaving the leftovers, since I wasn't headed home. 7" Italian hoagie was overflowing (in a good way), customized to order after a friendly discussion with the cashier. Bacon-cheese fries were crispy, made with real bacon chunks, and real melted cheese (not the orange stuff usually passed off as cheese). If arriving from the train depot, it's at the top of the hill.

Good affordable food. We had the pizza and wings buffet when we visited Frostburg taking the scenic railway. Folks were nice, pizza was ok, wings were better. Cinnamon sticks were amazing. Nothing fancy but it made us and our 2 year old very happy. Great lunch place if you're taking the railway.

We took the Western Maryland Railroad Scenic Excursion today and came here for lunch during the layover. We missed this place because I read on one of the reviews on tripadvisor that you take a right on main street and will come to this place. Wrong!!! It's on the left as you walk up the hill toward Main St. Anyway, it's a very good choice for lunch for the following reasons: 1. The thin crust pizzas were good and had different varieties to choose from. Also, fresh pizzas kept coming out, so we never had to wait long for a particular one. 2. The buffet price was very reasonable - $14.+ for two people and included drinks. 3. The dining area as well as the bathrooms were clean. 4. Customer service was great --the staff was very friendly and helpful 5. It's the second closest restaurant to the depot. A minor con: They will charge an extra $3 if you use credit card. I don't blame them for not wanting to pay for merchant credit card fees-- their prices are already inexpensive. Paying for these fees will cut into their profit margin. Luckily, we had cash on hand which is very rare :-). Bring cash and try this place if you're in the area. You won't regret it.

I love Frostburg and I love kids and kids love pizza but I try to distract my kids when driving by Fat Boys when I visit. I had pizza twice from there and it literally makes me nauseated from the puddles. I like pepperoni pizza but will forever pass on theirs. It ruined my day twice. The prices are really low so if you are a family that is hard up at the moment maybe you can handle the grease. I prefer to go up the street a few blocks to another pizza spot. Bonus for Fat Boys is the big parking lot.

We were traveling and spent the night in Frostburg. We decided to try a local pizza place and found Fatboys. It's a basic seat -yourself, order at the counter kind of place. No liquor license, so forget beer with your pizza. We ordered a 16" with onion on half and pepperoni on half. The price was definitely right at eight dollars and change. The pizza was so-so. A little floppy and greasy (definitely fold-your-slice style). It could have spent a couple of more minutes on the oven. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My lady and I got a 16" white pizza with extra cheese.and crispy crust for 5.99!!!! And it was spectacular! Service was excellent and the folks were friendly and helpful. Shame it's all the way in Frostburg, MD. But if you ever find yourself there (We went on the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad originating in Cumberland and stopping for about an hour or so at Frostburg) As the train is turning around and everyone is taking pictures, skip the trolly since they had a leak and were'nt working anyway, go up to the top of the hill and Fatboys is on your left.
