I usually don't review fast-food, but damn. Four stars, I'm holding the last one hostage until the owners open a second Frederick location. The only bad thing about this place is the 10-15 minute lines to get food (once you finally get to the head of the line service is impossibly fast). Once this is remedied I will happily oblige and "Eat Mor Chikin".

We all know Chick Fil A is a fast food joint., but have you EVER been to a fast food joint where the staff comes to refill your drinks, clean your tables, AND coo at your newborn baby? I think not. This location is GREAT. I ordered and as soon as I got my reciept the man was already calling my name for my food. WHAT?! That's what fast food is all about. This location is always busy yet the lines move FAST. No complaints here. The interior is clean, the food is fresh and the staff is friendly. The parking lot gets a little crazy so be careful coming through.

When we got here the drive thru was packed and the inside was crazy. But the wait wasn't long at all. Great service! Food was good but the young lady going around refilling drinks never asked us if we needed anything. And she asked the guy twice that was at the table behind us.

I don't think Frederick got the memo that November 27 was Small Business Saturday because when we arrived for lunch CFA's line was literally out the door. I assume all those customers wandered over from the nearby Target, TJ Maxx, and Key mall. Anyway, I just wanted to shout out CFA's excellent staff and customer service. You'd think with a packed store the staff would be frazzled and grumpy. Instead, everyone was smiling and helpful. Each register was manned so despite the huge line we waited less than five minutes. One employee was continuously making rounds to sweep the floor, while others were offering customers drink refills and clearing trash. Thanks for a yummy lunch!

Just ate a breakfast biscuit and found a long hair cooked into the biscuit. Yuck but that happens anywhere. What bugged me is that I showed it to an employee and he laughed and moved on. Then I walked up and told the manager and he said sorry and also moved on. No one asked can I get you another? or something else ? or how about a refund? You guys need re training in common courtesy

Great for kiddos! Friendly staff that is very attentive even though it's fast food! Some one actually busses tables and greets people which is a pleasent surprise. The play area is clean and well maintained. It's busy but lines move quickly and the staff is well prepared to handle the little ones.

Ahhhh, it's 6:30 am and my senses and tastebuds are brought to life with a morning salutation in the form of my first sip of Chik-fil-A Specialty grade, farmer direct coffee. My my, the creamy notes of caramel and cocoa add just a sinful hint of richness, while the high altitude arabica bean provides a solid foundation for which the primary flavor of the java is derived. Do I taste a hint of citrus? Maybe. Customer service was excellent. Great cup of joe. I give it 5 stars...CASE CLOSED!

Place is just okay. It's hit or miss when it comes to the food. Sometimes it's warm, fresh chicken nuggets or soggy tater tots. Takes a while to get food eating in (the place doesn't really seem to have its act together). Gotta love their shakes though. Cleanliness is meh.

Always a pleasure- everyone here is so nice and the food is amazing. Waffle fries and a chicken sandwich are on my order every time. Love to throw in some nuggets as an appetizer. Tastey sauces paired up with the chicken keep me coming back for more! The staff even swings by to take trays away and refill drinks:)

They are too busy so drive thru line was long. Better than inside it seemed. Drive thru lady was impatient with us even though we were quick ordering. Ordered a salad with asian dressing and other stuff. without a word, without even looking at us shoved bags at us. ? Later, opened bags, salad dressing ordered was not there. People make mistakes but man, Plain salad for lunch?. Sandwhich was good in contrast.

I love this place and even though this place is usually pretty busy inside and outside it's worth the wait. I love the spicy chicken sandwich and recently I've been getting the tenders because I feel like I get more chicken. All the employees that work here are very friendly and come around and refill your drinks and make sure that you are having a great experience there. I would go here again and again and again.

When I want fast food, I go to Chick-Fil-A. I can't speak highly enough of it. Food is amazing, but it's Chick-Fil-A, so that shouldn't be a surprise. The food is so good I would continue to eat here if Dan Cathy personally clubbed baby seals himself. This location is always clean and the service is always outstanding. I have never seen any of the staff treat anyone with anything but respect and politeness. I also really appreciate the company policy of having the cashiers lie about how it is his or her pleasure to serve me, even if they are internally judging me for eating 3 person's worth of food alone. You would never be able to tell from their smiles. I love this place.

Every time I visit Virginia, I always visit a Chick-Fil-A because OMG, the food here is AMAZING and I can't get it in New York!! I know that they serve it at an NYU caf but it is definitely not the same. I've tried it. What I LOVE here: Chick-Fil-A Nuggets - HOLY MOLY!!! This is my ALL-TIME favorite. Definitely get it with their Polynesian Sauce. SO FRIGGIN' GOOD!! I used to get a salad and top it with these bad boys and add ranch. GLORIOUS! Original Chicken Sandwich - This sandwich is simple and great! You just have to be aware that it is literally a breaded chicken cutlet with two pickles on a bun. Nothing else. It tastes divine Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe - Very good and flavorful with the spicy breaded chicken cutlet and cheese Chick-n-Strips Salad - Man, so good. And they give you enough chicken to have a piece of protein in every bite! French Fries - These french fries are delicious. Not too oily and the perfect amount of salt every time! Ice Dream - This is literally the best soft serve EVER. Very similar to UVA's icemilk. SO GOOD!!! I came to this particular store twice in 24 hours because I miss this food so much and I'm that obsessed. This branch was super busy both times that I went but they managed it well. It was really nice to have managers ask if they could refresh your drinks with free refills and to help you clear your table.

As far as fast food restaurants go Chick-fil-A is among the best. The faith based organization really displays itself the through the extremely courteous staff. The food is superior to most fast food restaurants and Chick-fil-A has a meal for any time of day. I have been to other Chick-fil-As and none come close to the service offered at the branch in Frederick.
