I have only eaten here for breakfast but my kids say the burgers are good also. I have never been disappointed in their breakfast. Usually get the scrapple and eggs platter but I have also enjoyed the western omelette. Normally I eat at the counter and service is great. When it is busy on a weekend you may have to wait a bit as there is usually only one cook (Mo).

The food is pretty basic, diner-type food, with no really special stand-out dishes, but very good all the same. Breakfast seems to be the best and can be ordered any time, though lunch is good too. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and informal. The servers are friendly to the point of recognizing and welcoming us even though we eat there maybe once every couple of months or so. The wait time is usually very short, though it can be a bit longer when they're busy. Prices are reasonable. Seating arrangements are fairly comfortable for parties of 4. Larger groups may be able to join tables if they happen to arrive during a slightly slower time. This has become our go-to place for those weekend breakfasts when nobody feels like cooking.

Stopped in for breakfast. Service was very friendly, and the waitress seemed to know many of the customers by name. Food came out quick, and was well made with real ingredients. Price was a little above average compared to the Denny's up the street, but the food made the difference worth it. Real selling point for me, the only place in town with scrapple, and it's cooked properly. Plan to stop back next time I am in this town.

Would love to rate higher but after several visits it is just ok. Service was good except on the 2 Sundays we went - would expect them to have more staff for after church crowd but both times the waitress was way over worked and food came out cold. Typical home style food with nothing fancy. Both lunches we had there were good.

I eat at Mo's pretty regularly, and I really like the atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is great, and Mo runs a tight ship!

Mo's cafe is great! The servers are always friendly and the food us fast and good! I've never walked away disappointed. The only thing lacking is the ambience. Everything is very clean but the decor hadn't been updated since the 80's. That said, this isn't really the type of place you go to for ambience. It is the type of place you go to for a great breakfast served by friendly people!

Local establishment with great simple dishes and great prices. Standard breakfast menu with all the standards. Some unique choices like Mo's omelet that has corned beef in it (YUM). Service is always great and food is delivered hot and fresh. Definetly a place where you will find a lot of locals.

Great breakfast / lunch location!! Highly recommend. We found this place by accident in our town and have been back a few times since then. Breakfast is great and plentiful. The kind of place that you can get breakfast and/or lunch at either time. One day we were eating breakfast and a few people next to us got sandwiches. Made us want to come back later that week to try lunch. Great sandwiches and not a limited menu. The pattie melt was great and my daughter tried the Cordon Blue wrap and loved it. Definitely will be back. .

Food was good. Service was average. Took 45 minutes to get our meal and it was cold.

Mediocre at best - un-toasted toast, tasteless home fries etc. Nothing special and not worth a return. the pancakes could possibly be good?

We enjoy eating there. The French toast is excellent. Not a fan of the breakfast sausage. Even though I have never had an order at our table correct we will continue to go back. It's honest food. It's clean. The staff, well, they are nice but have issues when getting an order down correctly the first and second time. Either that or the kitchen ignores the order. The gyros or also good.

I love Mo's Cafe! I go there with my daughter mostly. This is our little breakfast special we treat ourselves to. The staff is wonderful and the food is awesome!

This is my Dad's favorite breakfast place in Eldersburg. We came here after a long trip and the service was a lot better (no mounds of dishes everywhere). The food was okay - decent eggs, bacon tasted like turkey bacon (not what we ordered), and the potatoes were cold. Nice to have rye toast as an option but why an up charge for it. Coffee was decent too.

I have been to Mo's on several occasions, both for breakfast and lunch. Solid, unpretentious diner fare at very reasonable prices. Daily specials are posted on outdoor boards. Mo, the owner, works the grill in the kitchen but often can be seen through the big open window, with a friendly hello for regulars. Picture Mel from the "Alice" TV show, brought forward into the 21st century. Good food and fast service, without fuss and without a wait.
