We have ordered from Zorba's Pizza twice in recent weeks. We have had their wings, chicken cheesesteak sub, and chicken quesadilla. Everything has been wonderful! Food was always good and delivery was as expected. The only problem we have had was that my fiance's sub had American cheese when we requested provolone....he still ate every bit though! We'll definitely order from here again.
Relatively new pizza place in Edgewood. Located in the old Quiznos space. Reasonably priced and well made sandwiches and pizzas. First order I tried their cheesesteak sandwich - could have used a little extra cheese, but otherwise was delicious. Incredible amount of meat and a great crusty, but still soft roll. Have also recently tried their Greek pizza. Delivered quickly and was great. Hope more people give this place a shot so they can stay open. Right now it's hard to tell that they're even open as the sign outside could use some serious work. Also, I'd recommend this more as a carry-out delivery place. While there is limited seating inside it's loud because the noise from the desk and kitchen carry over into the eating space.
Love their crab cake subs, cheesesteaks and buffalo atomic wings! Great food and speedy delivery. If youre looking for a great pizza and sub shot, this is a great one!

Best donuts ever and the bul go gi is amazing. The owners are very nice and will go out of there way to help you.
I take the train in Edgewood several days a week so stopped in once for a donut. They are awesome. The apple fritter is the best I've ever had! The donuts are $7 dozen so i pick up a box once a week for the office. I usually also order a simple egg & cheese sandwich on wheat bread and its under $2. The place is clean and the owners are very nice and polite. Don't know why I drive past it so many times before stopping in!
Best doughnuts and nicest staff in the area. Good lunch choices and great prices.. Always supportive of military personnel!

Yummmm. We wanted a quick lunch and were on our way to wegmans when we saw the promoters advertising the restaurant.. The place is so very cute and cozy inside! Very nicely decorated. The Caribbean music added to the ambiance. We didn't know what we wanted and the waitress offered is samples of the jerk chicken and curried goat. I don't eat goat but the chicken was very nice and tender and flavorful.. Ooh did I mention hot?? We got jerk chicken wings, salmon Caesar salad, fried chicken, curried chicken and max and cheese. The food was so good! The fried chicken wasn't the usual.. It has Caribbean spices and a little sauce. The lunch platters came with rice and peas. That is ok.. I'm not a big rice fan. But the side of cabbage and plantain was so yummy! I had a taste for fried chicken and while it was good I would have gotten that jerk chicken if I had to do it again. Well when I go again. Ooh the mango tea.. Delish! Needed a bigger cup. The salmon ok the salad was awesome. Nice and hot and fresh. Now if I had to leave any critical feedback it would be in regard to portion size. I think we could have had a little more of the sides.. The cabbage and plantain. Not sure what the dinner portion looks like in comparison. Another thing.. The food did take a little longer than we thought it should have.. But it was So good who cares. If they served alcohol that would be awesome.. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly. I will be back soon.
Went to Island spice last night with some friends. I loved how the resturant was set up. Its a tiny place, but its very modern and relaxed inside. They reggae music was relaxing, the staff was all so nice. Our waitress was very kind and helpful, and two of the upper management came by and asked how are food was. I got the jerk chicken wings, which were very good and very spicy. I also got the salmon, that was in this orange cream sauce that was AMAZING, i highly recommend it to everyone. There was a small portion of plantains on my plate that was sweetened and delicious and this cabage onion salad that was really good as well. My friends got the peach mango tea and said it was really good, i just drank water. I cant wait to go again, and recommend everyone trying this place. The food was a little expensive but it was good quality and delicious, and worth every penny!
Great people, music and food. I had the BBQ jerk chicken and it was great! Tender, spicy with a dose of sweet. I love chicken on the bone; I live for it. This was done damn good chicken! Rice and beans were good. Plantains were spectacular, but the dish only came with two slices. I had to get more. No bar here and no alcohol, took a point away for that.

This place has the best General Tso's chicken I have ever had. The staff is friendly and polite. The food can be a little costly if it isn't a lunch special but I think the price is worth the taste. The only thing I don't like as much is that it is cash only.
the General Tso chicken is very good here, much better than Hibachi Express the other one that also delivers. I have also been happy with their shrimp lo mein. The only major drawback to this place is that it is they don't take credit cards which is a real pain when you don't have enough cash at home for a meal. Delivery has been fast every time I've used them. They don't have a website but here is their menu though the prices are a little out of date. menulizard.com/menus/55-…
Fantastic product. Good value. Really good general tso chicken, if just a tad more sweet than I'm used to. They don't take credit cards,so bring cash.

Ever since the new Pizza hut menu debuted....I have stopped ordering pizza elsewhere. I am so addicted to the Sweet Sriracha Dynamite pizza it's not even funny. Very spicy and very delicious. Finally a pizza place that is not afraid to push the limits on pizza flavors. I've tried 6 of the new recipe pizzas and all are wonderful. Compared to the old days of pan crust or thin and crispy....regular toppings or maybe a meat lovers....this stuff is AMAZING! Delivery times average 30-40 mins and always arrives hot. Highly recommend!

The delivery time was exceptional, the wings were adequate. The deep fried mushrooms were very good but the pizza..... the freakin pizza was so bad I didnt even finish a slice and the rest was destined for the trash. How can you make pizza that tasteless? I could bake a shoe with a pair of underwear in it and make it taste better. I wont be ordering again.
I came here with my husband due to the raving reviews of the gyros on Yelp. I came here on a Saturday evening and it was pretty empty. We both got the gyro combo though we both regretted it after getting it. The fries were not the thin fries showed in the picture but the thick fries you can get from the frozen food section of the market. The gyro was huge and had tons and tons of meat. I actually prefer more veggies and tzatziki sauce on my gyro so I prefer the one at my three sons. Even so its a good place to get a gyro if you like it on the meaty side.
Read the reviews figured I had to try it... Last time I trust ya'll reviews l.o.l... I had got the gyro, it came with a lot of meat (alot isn't always good) most of the pieces were burnt, but what took the cake was nobody had any gloves on nobody...

We have been eating here for aver 25yrs. The food is exceptional!! Cooked to order and comes out hot every time. Very large portions, so you can share! I don't have a favorite here, everything is delish!!
Very Good Food. Veal Sinatra is my favorite and the house dressing is made in-house and is phenomenal! You can buy this dressing separate which we do for family parties. Awesome. The restaurant is a little dated but my dad introduced me to the shrimp scampi when I was little and this restaurant has become a staple for my family. Great for a special occasions.
Not a great experience. When we walked in the hostess just stared at us, when I asked her for a table she was "oh yeah!" Like she forgot she was working. The decor was outdated and out of step. You can tell, nothing from that to the menu has been changed in at least 15 years. Our waiter was nice and knowledgeable, but unprofessional, he said "shit". Members of the kitchen staff stepped out into the dining room at times. They were not in jackets, and wore dirty aprons. One man wiped his mouth on his. The portions were huge, but the food unremarkable and heavy. You could easily make better at home, and should for the price.

Stopped enroute back to CT for my daughter's first Wa-ho experience. Very frieldly servers made the 4th star. A solid three for the food- sure it's not the Rainbow Room, but price and convienence rule the road-food breakfast game.
Stick to the waffles, which are good Chili, eggs, and biscuit were not good
Nice and clean Waffle House. The waiters and cooks on duty were high school / college age boys who were very friendly but not in a creepy way to my female friend and me. They realized we were novices to the Waffle House Experience so they kindly explained things to us. Suggested we get the All Star Special since it had everything that we wanted to try. Consistently but not overbearingly checked up on us. Refilled coffee. Made friendly conversation with us about how people from New Jersey love Waffle Houses and they always take pictures with the menu. We did no such thing though we did take pictures of ourselves in the Waffle House (and with the Casa de Waffle sauce XD). They were friendly to Steelers fans though, which got them extra tips from us.

It's not NYC pizza, but the lunch combo specials are a good deal.
Restaurant wasn't very busy. We were sat quickly and the waitress, Melissa was very prompt and kind. The garlic knots are delicious and free! They have a ton of options from salads to sandwiches to pizza and pasta. My friend got the stromboli which was amazing and I got the medium BBQ chicken pizza. Happy hour is from 4-7 and its half off drafts. We had 3 beers total and with our food only cost $24!
I'll admit it, I'm a big eater. Pat's is a place for big eaters. Large portions of good food at very reasonable prices. I had a Small Italian Stromboli and I could only eat about 2/3s of it.
