Stopped in after my haircut across the street. The manager Karla is super sweet and offered to let me try the soba broth bowl before getting it! Great experience, fast service, yummy food!
Good location Good service Super clean restroom Fast cooking workers !! This is located next to giant's supermarket , the size of the store is smaller than the others . Enjoy the out door seat area !
I travel quite a bit and like going to Panera Bread in between appointments. While chains like to duplicate the experience, not all are always alike. This location is clean, the staff is polite and helpful, there is always a table to be had and there are plenty of outlets.

Have you ever tasted heaven? That's what you'll get when you come to sweet frog. Your hit with a wide selection of frozen yogurt flavors from cake batter to red velvet and my favorite...peanut butter.next you move on to toppings. They have everything from fresh fruit to those frosted animal shaped cookies you used to eat as a kid.then you just weigh and pay.then hurry on home so you can bathe in the deliciousness of frozen yogurt!
The staff is very nice and polite and I love all their choices for toppings. The only thing I wish they had was suggested topping based on what kind of froyo you pick.
Best frozen yogurt in town! They have so many delicious toppings. Friendly service and there is a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the summer weather :)

I'm worried about giving a truthful review for far that others will find out about this little gem. This one is based on a single trip, which will not be the last. Spicy food is nowhere to be found in this area, which is very sad for Thai food. This place is the exception. The other reviews stating that you can get it spicy here side, you walk in and find a box of tissues on every table. Good sign. It didn't disappoint. True to form, I broke in the restaurant with Pad Thai. I even had to have the conversation with my daughter about how, yes, it hurts to eat it, but it is so good. I can't wait to try the Penang, based on the flavor of the Pad Thai!
I came here with my cousin (free dinner wooooot) and wasn't sure what to expect. I decided to ordered the Vegetable Panang and told them to make it murderous hot cuz I wanted to have some fun. I was excited because they agreed, even nicely tried to dissuade me by saying "it will be really hot.." Boy do I wish someone took a picture of the crazy smile that came across my face. You know that crazy GF meme that we used to see everywhere, she was an amateur compared to what I looked like. When the spring rolls came out (within minutes btw), I killed it faster than me taking an unintentional dump while being blasted into space - DANK DANK! Then our food came out a few minutes later... And my mouth was full of watery cum. It was delicious, flavorful, and perfect with the rice, even though I wish they gave us more rice off the bat. Overall it was a great experience and come and check this place out!
Was pretty stoked for M Thai based on all the reviews. Ordered two PAD KEE MAO, one chicken and one beef to go. Received two beef. Order mess ups happen - I get it. The food was promptly ready. The clerk was friendly and apologetic. The beef was overcooked and bland. The noodles were exactly as expected and the taste was good. Spice and sauce were well done. Would I try again? Probably...but, this is definitely a have to have Thai now place vs. a so good I'm a regular.

The miso soup was excellent. I liked the house salad- the ginger dressing was thick and there was lots of it. It had ice rig lettuce and two cherry tomatoes. Produce was fresh. Everyone was very pleased with what they ordered. One got the eel and avocado roll, Solomon's island roll (shrimp, asparagus, cucumber, topped with salmon), and Green Bay roll (shrimp tempura, tuna w spicy tuna and layered with a avocado, w salsa of black caviar). Another got the rainbow roll. Another got the uni sushi, escolar (white tuna) sashimi which was a generous 4 pieces, and the dragon roll. I got the salmon lovers dish: 3 pieces of sashimi, 5 prices of sushi, and salmon and avocado rolls. All the portions were generous. And the rolls were made with brown rice on our request ($1 extra). Loved the metal chopsticks too. This place is going in my permanent rotation!
Very fresh. Love the miso soup. Valentine's Roll is tasty. Their ramen noodles are homemade and very good. Also love the avocado tempura.
For sushi this is the place to go. They make a Samba Cracker appetizer here with Spicy Tuna that is just amazing. The cracker is made by the chef here and no one else has it. Miso soup is the standard Miso and salad is just okay. What these lack they more than make up for in their sushi dishes. The Lobster Tempura Roll, Spicy Tuna, Shrimp Tempura, and Monster Roll all great. Staff have always been very attentive and polite. One of our family favorites (not counting the husband). Gosh I'm getting hungry just thinking about this place.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries

3059 Solomon's Island Rd

Reviews:
This specific Five Guys is one of my favorites. It is exceptionally clean and the team behind the counter are upbeat, smiling, and super efficient. The orders are always right, the supplies and condiments stocked and organized, and the staff is visibly energetic and appreciative. I have also used the Android take-out ordering app multiple times to great effect for those manic days. I consider it a bonus that it is next to both a Sweet Frog and a Starbuck's. The four stars represent a very clean and efficient fast burger joint business; really well executed.
It was right after my nephew's football game. We needed a place to grab food with the rest of the family that wasn't fancy or expensive, and not McD's. So with my idiot savant-like ability to recall every food-joint that we past on the way to the football field, I conjured up 5 Guys. We get there and it was miraculously empty for 6:30, however, it was also Sunday night out in the boonies, so I'm sure that everyone was at home for Sunday dinner or something. Anyways, 7 adults and 2 kids order their meals, and by the time everyone had a chance to wash their hands - the cashier that rang us up, brought our bags of food out to us. How nice! However when ordering, the cashier forgot to tell us to remember the order in which we ordered, or at least, which number each one of us were, because when the food came, we were confronted with 9 practically identical burgers, with numbers on it. D'oh. But again, when it comes to food, I have nearly perfect recall (yet, this ability doesn't work if I'm a server...go figure!), and we were able to get the food situation straightened out. As for the food - what is there to say? You are either a fan of 5 Guys are you aren't. It's one of those things. Everyone has their preference, and I know some people that are militantly 5 Guys while others shun them. Me? Personally, I'm a fan, but not a rabid one. I will eat one if it's available, but I also wouldn't go out of my way for one.
So clean!!! Always freshly made food. The employees are so kind! They always shout "thank you" as you walk out of the door. Highly recommended!

If there is an afterlife, I would hope that afterlife took place at Bayside Bull...or at the very least that Bayside Bull be located right next door to my awesome little afterlife beach house so that I could hang out there, eat BBQ meats, go home, stare out at the crashing waves of my beach, and reflect on what a great afterlife this turned out to be considering there is a Bayside Bull BBQ located right next door to my awesome beach house. Also, Jeff Bridges and Sam Elliot would come and play poker with me and my friends and never stop saying cool things about stuff. Miranda Kerr would occasionally walk by during her evening stroll along the afterlife beach and ask if anyone needs anything because she's going down to the corner store for some milk and paper towels and she thought she'd just ask since she's such a nice neighbor.
I absolutely love this Edgewater Classic! Awesome BBQ straight off the bone with your choice of sides! Better get there early if you don't want to wait in line cause they get busy sometimes! I work for a company that gets catering deliveries all the time and they are always SO nice and accommodating! Food is amazing, my personal favorite is the pit brisket with Cole slaw and Mac n cheese! Check it out!
Great place for pit turkey, beef, etc! The best little piece is if you ask for meat scraps for your dog, they'll make you a little doggie bag. Make sure you bring your cash as they only accept cash (they have an ATM inside if needed). YUM!

The Old Stein Inn

Reviews:
Bottom Line: The Old Stein Inn is a German experience that doesn't disappoint - great food, amazing desserts, plenty of beer on tap and German charm. On Saturday night I put on my best dirndl and headed into the depths of the Edgewater for a night of fun at The Old Stein Inn. I was expecting it to be an entertaining night with a delicious meal but I got so much more at this German gem. I've never been to Germany so I can't authentically speak to the authenticity of this place, but it felt very German inclusive of German accents from the staff, a lovely accordion player and lots of wurst. When in German, do as the Germans do . . . so I started with bier and lots of it. A flight of light German beers, a flight of dark German beers and some Lindemans Framboise Raspberry Lambic for good measure. For food I had some of the soft pretzel complete with three sauces, potato pancakes complimented by applesauce and a smokey, porky, bauernwurst sandwich. All of that was five-stars delicious The sandwich was actually served on a pretzel roll with sauerkraut (yum) and a side of fries which were awful. If I had been paying attention I would have requested some German Potato Salad or Spatzle instead because both of those potato dishes looked amazing. Even if you don't think you like German food or you are a vegetarian, don't dismiss The Old Stein Inn. I would have been happy with the beer, potatoes pancakes, pretzels and aaaa-mazing homemade desserts. Its a rare day I eat dessert after a dinner out but I could not resist it here. I had the Belgian waffle sundae - a fresh and perfectly crisp waffle, topped with ice cream, a nut brittle, chocolate sauce, butterscotch, and a cherry. So incredibly good and worth the calories. Overall, service here was good. We made a reservation ahead of time and the restaurant was able to accommodate our party of six either inside the restaurant or out in the bier garten. Sylvia, who plays the accordion is especially delightful. I can't wait to come back for some more German goodness and to try the fried pickles.
I put off writing this review because I'm not a fan of German food (I know, I know, so what was I doing here?). I decided to treat my fiance to a meal here because he has been craving German food. Since I am not all that adventurous, I decided to just eat something small. I ordered the Beer & Bacon Crab Dip. I must say, it was very hearty and I appreciated how many pretzel bites accompanied the dip. Inside, the restaurant was very nice and clean. Next time, I'd love to sit in the bar area. Two things that turned me off: Our waiter was quite blunt and not very patient with us. While he seemed like an okay server, I just didn't think his attitude meshed with his customer service role. He also didn't offer any suggestions or give us the opportunity (mainly me) to ask any questions about the food on the menu. If I went back, I'd have to rely on my fiance's knowledge of German food. Needless to say, I'll only return the next time my fiance has a hankering for some German cuisine.
Awesome hidden gem in terms of german food Excellent beer selection Great presentation of food Food taste excellent itself Interior looks great. Clean Relaxing..... If you're looking for a good time with your friends or spouse check it out you won't be disappointed

Land & Sea Catering

Reviews:
We had a wonderful wedding reception catered by Land & Sea Catering on May 22nd, 2010 at Quiet Waters Park. From initial consultation to clean up after the event, Michelle O'Brien and staff were always accommodating and professional. Unlike some other local caterer's, Michelle was willing to work within our budget and still provide outstanding food and service. The only thing I regret is not letting Land & Sea handle everything. Although I didn't realize it at the time, they typically handle all table and linen rentals through trusted third party companies. We went with another company and they did well but it required a lot of unnecessary coordination on our part. You have enough to worry about on your wedding day! Even though we used a different rental company, Michelle still reviewed our order with them and saved us from not having enough tables and linens a few days before the event. On the day of the event, Land & Sea was prompt and efficient. The service was attentive and the food was perfect for a late afternoon meal. As I mentioned, we got our cake through a cake baking friend and it was a minor disaster. It "fell" on the ride over and was in pretty bad shape. As I was preoccupied with my eminent nuptials, I saw Michelle step in and they did the best they could to shore up the cake and present it. Again, just go with the full service, you won't regret it! As for food we had: cocktail hour with assorted cheeses and fruit tortellini pasta (very good) crab dip (lot's of crab in here!), fresh salad w/ goat cheese, sesame chicken tenders w/ thai sauce (just the right amount of kick) and cocktail ham sandwiches with honey mustard. We sent a lot of leftovers home, there was more than enough for everyone. We had an amazing wedding and reception, thanks to Land & Sea for making it that much easier!

Rita’s Italian Ice

120 Mayo Road
Edgewater, 21037
Reviews:
You pretty much can't go wrong with anything from any Rita's. This location was just as speedy and efficient as the others. The only reason I didn't give five stars is due to the line confusion (only one window takes credit/debit and customers crowd around) and the blendinis that we got this visit did not have equal amounts of Italian ice. One was almost all custard and the other was much more balanced.
