The place gets pretty packed here since it is right off Rockville Pike, so don't stop for lunch. They consistently serve hot food, but lack great service (surprise, surprise) and often get my orders wrong.

Awesome McDonalds, lobby is 24/7 and so is drive thru. The guy here let me use all my coupons together and the food comes out quick. I asked for no middle bun on the big mac and extra onions. They didn't put the bun but I'm not sure if they added extra onions for me. The tackle box looked good $5 for 20 nuggets. The dollar menu has changed over the years and isn't as good as it used to be. Yogurt parfait is made with low fat yogurt so cheers!.

Yeah, it feels weird to review a McDonald's, but.... wow, this McDonald's is nicer than most restaurants. The interior was renovated, so everything is really clean and neat and the seats have pretty cloth backings that is unlike other McDonalds. The furniture is nicer and the lighting is also different. The decor and ambiance is just different from the other McDonald's out there. Plus there's a very extensive play pen/playground as well as a 24 hour drive through. It's like a flagship McDonald's location.

I went here on 1/17/2014 around 4:00 pm, and had my heart set on two fish sandwiches. I ordered the fish value meal, and asked for a additional sandwich. The person said no. I could not order an additional sandwich because it was not allowed. I asked why I could not order a seperate sandwich and order a value meal. He said I could order the drink, the fries, and the sandwiches seperately. After a few minutes of arguing, I left and went to Wendy's. I have gone through the drive-in here many times. This experience disappoints me.

Filthiest mc Donald , and fast food chain I was in. I went in around 9pm on a Monday, there was around 12-15 customers altogether. Almost every free table was unclean and some with remnants of paper products. The floor was unclean, everywhere... Not acceptable...

Good McDonalds and fast drive thru! Open 24 hours both drive thru and dining room. A good go-to place for after a late night out.

This is my first time visiting this location and I am impressed! Asif was a great cashier and our food was ready in under five minutes. The order was accurate as well. I also really enjoyed the Peach Sweet Tea. Too bad it does not come with free refills!

Hard to give a 5 star rating for Mickey D's as I think most of our expectations for fast food establishment are pretty low. I did for this one though because I just had the best experience in recent memory. I was there at 5:40pm on Friday, 9/11/15 (I hope you can use this date to find the employee-African American male in his late teens I believe). He came over the mic incredibly hospitable. When I went to pay he had to be one of the most genuinely nice people I have met at any fast food place. His manner was just something else. I really hope the owner, manager, CEO, or someone tracks these ads and I wish I'd asked for his name. Please commend him for me.

My youngest daughter loves chicken nuggets and fries and asks for them a couple times a week for after school snack. I love this location because the employees are very nice and always smiling and friendly. Also , the orders are always right and the food is always hot and fresh. Never have I gotten home to discover I was missing a sweet and sour sauce or to find a crusty old cold cheese burger like other locations. Very clean , excellent customer service, fast and hot food.

Waited 10 full minutes at the drive through. Went inside to figure out what was going on and couldn't get anyone's attention. Worthless. Had to leave without food.

What make this McDonalds stand out? For starters, they never close, with 24-hour drive-thru and walk-in service. Second, they're homeless-friendly, despite posting a 30-minute loitering limit. Third, they offer free wi-fi, which almost seems to encourage violating their 30-minute limit. Fourth, they permit free soda refills, and I've three in the hour I've been here. Finally, they have a play area for the kids to burn off the empty calories they just consumed here. The one irritant is that they provide paper towels in the women's restroom, but men are forced to contend with those annoying hot air dryers. How are you supposed to wipe water off the sink with a hand dryer?!?

Nice clean and modern McDonald's with good customer service which can be fleeting these days. Passed two McDonald locations closer to my house to come here because of the play area. It has lots of space with a nice room for the kids and a great play structure. This will be my go to McD's when I want to eat in! And no problems with our food. The fries were piping hot and all the kids were happy with their food. The bonus is that the lobby is open 24/7

Food poisoning. Worse than any experience I've ever had. Got fries, cheeseburger and chicken nuggets. Less than 30 min after I ate I felt sick and starting throwing up and had a high fever for 48 hrs. I would not recommend eating here. And I think it was the chicken nuggets because my husband only had 2 and also got extremely sick. Praying that my little baby doesn't get exposed to the bacteria that has wrecked our bodies.

Good place in the Rockville area to stop in for a fast food breakfast. Ordered a Sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin value meal with a small coffee. Mickey D's adds the creamer and sweetener for you - they got it just right for my coffee. Food was hot and with appropriate levels of grease for a fast good breakfast. Coffee is actually pretty good for a fast food joint. The inside of this McDonald's is huge! Ample seating! And apparently free Wifi - although it did not seem to be working while I was there...

When was the last time you walked out of a McDonald's and said, "Wow, I can't wait to go back?" Yeah, me neither...until today! This McDonald's is a corporate store and I hesitate to write a Yelp review, but I serious have to. I have been going to Mickey D's a lot recently for $1 arnold palmers and today's visit was no different except that I was hungry. I rarely go inside, preferring to waste gas going through the drive thru. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. Felt a bit guilty as I kept walking towards the ladies' room. Later, while standing in line, I am searching the menu board for the buy one get one free quarter pounder. I hear a "hello, how are you?" and am taken aback when I see another smiling face greeting me. I order my burgers and decided I wanted some fries. Nickel encourages me to get a value meal, saying that it was cheaper. I asked if I would still get the free sandwich and he reassured me. When I asked the price, he quoted me the price of a regular extra value meal. At first, I thought it was a mistake but the manager standing next to him, confirmed what Nickel had said. While waiting for my extra crispy fries, I saw Nickel wave to the next customer and gave him a big smile and hello. I thought this kid was really friendly and it was a shame every restaurant didn't have someone like him. Then I noticed the sign.... 1. Hand up. 2. Smile. 3. Hello. 4. Eye contact. 5. Thank you. 6. Come again. This was the list for "WOW" Service. Gotta admit, I was wowed! This store has free wi-fi and does not look like the typical McDonald's. It is very modern with mood lighting. Even the bathroom was very spacious with 2 large stalls and a paper towel dispenser along with 2 hand dryers. This McDonald's was clean and did not smell funny. My Dad was here 6 months ago and had a bad experience in the drive-thru trying to order a value meal AND an extra sandwich. So pleased to see that they not only encouraged me to order the value meal to save me some money, they were treating every customer with a smile and courtesy! I ate my food and went to inquire about the McDonald gift certificates. Remember those? I wanted to get one for a client. They only had gift cards and the lowest denomination was $5. That and and ice cream cone set me back $6. I made sure to tell the manager (there were 3 of them behind the counter at 6pm on a Saturday) that I was very impressed with the store and Nick. During lunch time, I know they even have a live person standing outside at the drive thru. This store really knows about customer service and seems to go above and beyond. I can't wait to go back!

There's one particular guy here who reminds me of a Fred. For those of you that don't know, there's a book called "The Fred Factor". To sum the book up with one of the most brilliant quotes from the book itself, "there are no unimportant jobs, only people who feel unimportant doing their job." Anyone who goes beyond the call of duty and finds pride in what they do, that's a Fred. I wish I knew his name, but he is always smiling, always upbeat, and displays pride in what he does, which has mostly been taking my drive-thru order and ringing me up. He is what makes a simple McDonald experience so unexpectedly welcoming. This drive-thru is also very fast. I'm usually out within 5 minutes, assuming the car in front doesn't take their sweet time.
