This is one of the few places in Columbia that gets the take out experience exactly right. I've ordered cheesesteaks, fried fish (they have THREE kinds), and fried chicken, and not only have I never been disappointed, but I'm actually happy and bubbling when I eat their food. The staff is friendly and ready to please. The prices are unbeatable, and everything is so fresh, it feels like it's almost farm to table. This is one place in Columbia you just can't go wrong with

Interior: tables could be wiped down more often. Reminiscent of a corner store you'd see in a neighborhood. Sells food, laundry detergent, toilet paper, packaged goods. Mostly a deli. Appears to be a family owned joint judging by the gentleman at the counter and the lady (mother?) making and bringing the food out. Food: I purchased the lamb gyro. Smelled like a gyro and looked like a gyro. Came with quite thick potato wedge. I've never had a gyro before, but it was good. I was hoping for a more savory than sweet taste. I'm pretty sure the traditional gyro doesn't use honey mustard. The thin slices of lamb were really tender as they should be. The veggies were crisp and not soggy which is a plus. As I'm writing this, I am taking more bites and have concluded that it tastes infinitely better without the honey mustardish sauce. Customers: As I am eating my meal, other customers came in and they seem really happy with the place and they like the people who run it. Definitely better without the honey mustardish sauce. I enjoyed my meal. It was a little on the sweeter side which I didn't expect, but I would definitely come back and try their sandwiches and fish. They sell fried catfish here apparently. Please the honey mustard sauce doesn't go well with the lamb gyro. It seems really out of place. Everything else was great though. Meal altogether was 7.96 including tax. Lamb gyro and bottle of water. This place is better than a 3, but not yet a 4, so I'll round up.

To confirm with Asa B, this place is in fact Korean and is family owned. The mom there is humble and very friendly, as for her son? Well I've only dealt with him once and he seemed a bit preoccupied looking over at the table full of beautiful women, which I understood, but you better not get my order wrong! Which come to find out, he never did get my order wrong. I've been to this place numerous times in the past and was always satisfied. In the most recent visit, I ordered 6 full wings with fries which comes as a chicken box and got a bottled soda. Got the food, smothered it with ketchup and hot sauce, demolished it in around 5 minutes including my bottle of sprite. Why so fast? Because it was goooood. Overall, both the service and food were consistently good. Oh and their breakfast? It's the usual including scrapple but it's fast, cheap, and delicious!

Deli town is in a slow shopping center where Safeway used to be.... It seems the people running this place are Asian perhaps a Family Owned Business! They're very friendly and professional people! I stopped by at 1pm to order my food which was Philly cheese steak combo with western fries and slices of cheese melted on the top! My philly cheese steak was tasted alright not very hot as i always expect it everywhere else i order it, it was kinda tasted sweet rather than saltier side! Not much steak in my sub also! As far as it is going for my meal the western fries were awesome looked and tasted very delicious and hot! I wished they were coming in with cheese sauce like royal farms! :) They also sell Bananas, Cigarettes, Soups, Detergents.... Inside looks pretty clean and organism, their bathroom doors are locked and you have to ask for the key in order to use it, they have everything under control! lol This place didn't really impressed me! However I give them extra bonus stars because I love love love to support locally owned and family run small businesses! I know it's though these days to run a business without getting the support from local people! I wish them really good luck! I try to keep checking- until i find my favorite meal in this spot! :)

Hole in the wall w 5 star quality. There is a wait for most menu selections, I would suggest calling ahead if in a rush. I ordered the shrimp salad sandwich for myself and a deli sandwich for my three year old. Both sandwiches were large enough for his lunch and dinner! The ingredients were all very fresh and quality selections. The shrimp salad sandwich was just ridiculous! I don't even know how to describe it enough to do it justice but if you're looking for a delicious shrimp salad sandwich or sub, this is the place to go. The prices are a bit hefty for lunch but they more than make up for it with the quantity and quality of the food. I recommend Delitown for sandwich fiends in the Columbia area.

I came to this deli wanting a quick lunch and expecting no more than a low-rate sandwich. What I got was so much more. I ordered a chicken sandwich. I thought the wait was a bit long for a deli sandwich, but when I received it, I understood why. I have ordered chicken sandwiches from all over the US, including from fancy restaurants, yet I have NEVER tasted one this delicious. It was moist and tasty. They didn't skimp out on ingredients. The lettuce was green, the tomatoes fresh and juicy, the onions perfectly done, and the marinated chicken was dripping with a delicious sauce. I enjoyed every single bite, and when I was finished, made sure to tell the cook - a lovely foreign woman - what I thought. She smiled graciously and accepted the compliment. "Come back tomorrow!" she said. I will! Many thanks to this little deli for making my day unique!
