Easily five stars. I love Chick-fil-a. It's home of the original chicken sandwich and it does not disappoint. I go for the classic chicken sandwich - it's simple and delicious. The sandwich is kept hot and the bread is nice and soft. The chicken is moist and tender with the right amount of breading to be crisp, and all paired with a pickle to give a bite of freshness and to add texture. This delightful sandwich paired with the sweet and tangy Polynesian sauce is PERFECTION. The golden brown waffle fries are the cherry on top of a delicious meal. There were no issues with service; everything was done quickly, efficiently, and accurately.

These mofuckers have the best all American milkshake for the buck. Now the manager at this location is very rude and needs to be humbled down a lil bit. She yelled at her employee cuz I asked for extra whip cream and she gave it to me without charging me since I didn't ask for extra whip cream till after the transaction. I come back 2 days later during opening to get one of those crack milkshakes and the manager has an attitude towards me. Very rude... The 2 extra stars is because the milkshakes are crack and the one employee who got a verbal ass whoopin from the evil manager kept the customer happy and syced me up on whip cream...she did her job, which is to keep me happy. Her manager could learn a thing or 2 from her employee on correct customer service.

Even though this location is inside a mall, I felt the same good quality service and food. My chicken sandwich on multigrain was perfectly prepared and hot. The side salad was freshly prepared because I requested it without cheese and it was really fresh. My unsweet ice tea was actually unsweet. No complains at all.

Best fast food available in the mall. Especially better than the other place that starts with an 'Mc'. Especially love the Spicy Chicken with the Criss Cross fries. The chicken tenders are great for the kids.

Love chik-fil-a. This location is great because it's very fast. My wife and I come to this location because of the speed. (The Montrose Crossing location is incredibly slow with awful service, so even though it is closer we come here to Montgomery Mall.) Been here several times. Standard Chick-Fil-A: great fast food.

Growing up in South Florida, Chick Fil A was always the first choice as far as fast food went. When we moved up to MD, I was disappointed that there were no Chick Fil A's to be found anywhere near us, until they opened up this Montgomery Mall location. And boy, am I glad they did! Every time I eat here, it's like biting back into a piece of childhood. And I will be the first to admit that "obsessed" would be an understatement for how I feel about their sauces. But I digress. The #1 reason this fast food location gets five stars is not just how much I love the food itself, but how much I love the management and employees of this franchise. I have reached out to them on several occasions about ordering platters for events - and honestly, sometimes, I've even contacted them day of. I've never been greeted with anything but warmth that radiates through the telephone. They are always ready to help, always ready to make anything I need happen, without ever saying no. If for some reason something isn't possible, they don't even say no then, instead they offer up an alternative, or another solution. I don't know about you, but customer service like that is not something I come across every day. I genuinely appreciate that this attitude is also present when I stop by just to grab a quick bite to eat. The employees are always professional and courteous, management is always visible, and no matter how crazy the mall is or how busy the line is, you are treated with the same warm smile and friendly face. I also love that they aren't stingy with their sauces, as I always ask for 1 of each sauce they have, and then extras. But now, I'm really pissed at myself for writing this review, because I'm craving Chick Fil A and they aren't open on Sundays! Ugh!

Spicy chicken sandwich!! Whenever my co-workers go here for lunch, the staff is friendly and efficient. They take your name with your order, then they call you once it's ready. Even when there is long line, it moves pretty quickly. Sign up for their emails online and they will sometimes send out coupons for free items :)

Just like Starbucks, Chipotle or any other chain I enjoy, I don't usually feel the need to review them unless there's a specific reason. In this case, my reason is the amazing customer service at this location. Chick-fil-A is flat out delicious. I'm a digital nomad, and as such as I am constantly traveling around the world. You can find good burgers and pizza anywhere. But like In-N-Out, there's something about Chick-fil-A that makes it special. The classic chicken sandwich is perfection, and waffle fries dipped in honey mustard are as close to heaven as you can get. The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful. There's one woman I've seen for years who walks the food court and offers to get refills for people. There's a reason I grew up going to Montgomery Mall and yet have barely ever tried the other food court offerings. If only they were open on Sundays!

I've been to this location about two times before. The staff is nice, but can also be a bit snobby at times. They are stingy with their condiments (specially packed ketchup "bottles" and special sauces) and it takes FOREVER to get someones attention if you want to ask for extras. Chick-Fil-A is okay, but the McDonald's right across seems more hassle-free :)

I don't eat Chick-Fil-A food (I'm just not much of a fan) but this is the only place in the mall that let's you gt large cokes and come refill them as many times as you want for free and I'm about that. Also I have never had a bad experience with the employees here. Everyone is so nice. When its busy they are efficient and but still polite. When its slow they always take a minute to joke with you. They just seem to have such nice people working here!

so i never understood why everyone loves this place. do they think its heather because its chicken? are they tricked by the sauces? as far as i am concerned its McDonald's with chicken instead of beef. greasy, salty, bland chicken. the sauces aren't enough to disguise it. soggy waffle fries. and for the love of god how annoying is it that they say 'my pleasure' every time... there i said my piece
