My experience wasn't overwhelming... Wife had got the turkey sandwich (forgot the name) & I had got the gyro (wrong move) my meat wasn't fresh... The fries were cool, but overall I was expecting much more. My fault...

Pretty decent lunch spread. The wild salmon wrap is good. The pesto sauce that it's served with was light and not super dense or greasy. Also had the cheesesteak and it was standard fare. Nothing super amazing, but it's a nice spot for lunch.

Everything about my experience today was a caloric and financial waste. Ordered the Seafood Bisque again, with rosemary toast squares and potato salad. Waited for my food.. and there was a foul 'bad seafood' odor in the air. The seafood bisque was ... coagulated? I don't even know how to describe it... the tomato soup and cream of crab definitely didn't blend properly. It was visually unappetizing and very bland. The potatoes in the potato salad were either half cooked and rotten or incredibly overcooked, tough to chew in an 'odd texture' kind of way... and it was swimming in dill, as if the cook was shaking the dill into the potato salad and the shaker lid came off. Really sad when dry, toasted bread is the best part of the meal. I'll be back but only when I have to. They haven't earned a boycott but I won't be going back alone.

I come here when my coworkers want to and I dread it everytime... One instance I've had a burger. The meat tasted old & the flavor was nonexistent. The second time I had fish and chips. The food was generic, non flavorful & the cocktail sauce was jello. They packaged it long ago, froze it, and defrosted it. I hope I never have to come back.

I used to go to McShane's frequently around the time they first opened about 3-4 years ago when I worked in Belcamp. It was really good and they had a good assortment of options. I happened to be going through town today and thought I would grab a shrimp salad sandwich for old time's sake you know a treat worth the stop. First off, the price didn't go up that much from what I remember but now I know why. There were only 5 shrimp in my sandwich!! About 4 inches of bun, and 5 shrimp. Really!? Not getting off the highway for this anymore, until they do something to make the shrimp salad sandwich actually worth the $8 I paid for it.

This place is a great stop for lunch that is close to work. The old bay fries are a go-to for my orders, and the Chesapeake tuna is consistently good. The changes they've made recently are nice and seem to be doing well for them.

Hit or Miss. The chicken salad sandwich was gross, but my friend shared her roast beef sandwich with horseradish sauce and it was scrumptious. Cajun seasoned fries are a great addition to your meal as well. The employees weren't very helpful.

My office orders from McShane's pretty regularly and I can't say that I have had a bad thing from here. Everything that I have ordered has been great and they are pretty good with accuracy of our large group orders and even go as far as bagging things separately and putting our names on each bag, which makes our large orders so much easier to separate. This alone makes McShane's one of our go to places when we need to order lunch. They can deliver with advance notice, as long as the minimum is $50 for you business people in the Belcamp area! It can usually be done as long as they know at least a couple days in advance. It is a great alternative to some of the other restaurants/delivery places in the area (ahem Pat's) because the other places tend to mess up larger orders or be very late with orders. Ok, so maybe not just labeling our bags is the only reason. But it is a great touch! Of course we order from here because the food is good! I have ordered a few different things and everything has been wonderful. The Berry, Apple, & Walnut Chicken Salad wrap is delicious and I like to pair this with their quinoa salad. The quinoa salad (I think they have two different kinds, but I have only gotten the fruit kind) is so good and I tried to replicate it at home, but it was not the same. They offer four different kinds of fries (sweet potato, sea salt, Old Bay, and Cajun) and they are all delicious. The cream of crab soup is nice and thick with big chunks of crab and great on a cold day. Their baked Tuscan and Mediterranean melts are really good, too. We have also added on orders of cookies and brownies and I always want more than we order. I don't see it on their menu, but the blonde brownie they make is drool worthy. I can't speak for the restaurant itself since I have only ordered food from there and never actually ate inside. But placing orders over the phone with them is easy and they are friendly. I have also emailed my orders to them and that works well, too.

Try the wild salmon wrap (~$6/7) or the jumbo lump crab on bread(~$10-11). The salmon wrap is a small portion and there could be more sauce, but it's very tasty! The lump crab cake was great quality and there was a lot of crab for your $. I didn't expect to find good food in Belcamp, but this is a great lunch spot.

While driving one day, I stumbled upon McShane's Deli. The location of this establishment is in the heart of DOD contractor heaven, just look directly across the street. For lunch I ordered the Cornbeef Reuben and a cup of the signature tomato basil soup. The Reuben was pretty good, but not the best. However, the showstopper was the Tomato Basil Soup, the soup was amazing! The soup had a great texture and was flavorful and fresh. Since I moved to the Maryland area in 09 I had not found a LEGIT lunch spot where I could considered my default place to eat if I didn't pack my lunch for work. I consider McShane's one of my top three lunch spots.
