Pretty much everything about our experience was good, but nothing was fantastic. We ordered a 14" pizza ,10 buffalo wings, and 2 cans of soda for delivery. I can't remember the cost, but I do remember that it was pretty cheap. It came in the expected time (about 30 minutes). The pizza tastes just like Papa John's pizza. It even came with garlic dipping sauce! The wings were good. They were greasy and tender. The flavor of the sauce was good and buttery. To our surprise, they came with seasoned fries that taste a lot like Arby's curly fries. YUM! (sadly, they were pretty soggy by the time we got them). The only thing that disappointed me was that the sodas were Diet Pepsi and not Diet Coke like we expected. All in all, I'd have to say that if you're in the mood for cheap, decent pizza and good wings, go for this place, but it ain't nothin' to write home about.

Horrible! I tried to place and order and was cursed out for offering the business phone number for where i was instead of my cell number. Then was refused to speak with a manager and was cursed out again for asking. I didnt even get to order as i was hung up on. not that I would order from there by that point my food probably would have been messed with.

Edible food, but not worth the hassle. Wish I could give negative stars. Ug. This place puts fliers on my door about once a month, so I thought why not? Never again. I placed this order online and gave my credit card and billing info to a supposedly secure server just like any other sort of online ordering. Nephew's then phoned me to tell me online ordering process wasn't really online and I had to provide my card number to them over the phone--a thing I would not ordinarily do at all especially since the number that phoned me had a Kansas exchange. I did so anyway after assurances. They told me that the credit card info goes to their "office" which is not open at 9pm. Really? That's not how a shopping cart works. I then got a second call 15 minutes later saying they did not have one of the items I ordered (breaded mushrooms). No big deal. I said that this was OK, to please refund my card. The man I spoke to said they'd already charged my card. I advised him to charge back the full amount and then re-charge the correct amount (like every business on earth does). He seemed confused and handed me over to a lady. I repeated this and she agreed that they would do that. The delivery driver showed up--he was on his phone and paying no attention to what he was doing. He handed me an order that had an itemized slip that bore no resemblance to what I ordered. I caught him at this point, and (still on his phone) he swapped it for one that did have my itemized order on it. He handed me $4 in cash to refund me for the mushrooms I didn't get (they were $3.99, they didn't take tax into account). I got it inside and the food in the bag was incorrect. There was no cheese-steak, but rather another sub. The Caesar salad had ham on it (a weird option, but I knew this was a possibility and specifically requested the option for no meat on their online form because I don't eat pork). There were cheese fries for no apparent reason. The only thing that was correct about this order was that there were boneless wings. I phoned and was told that the delivery driver would be called to see what went wrong. 10 minutes later I phoned back and said that I no longer had time to deal with/wait for them to fix this order. Since I'd opened the incorrect food, it would be wasted no matter what and I said I would eat what I could. The person I spoke to seemed confused about the fact that this many screw-ups and time considerations meant that I had interest in fixing this order. I have sent the company an email not only asking for my money back but assuring them that I will institute a chargeback in 48 hours if they do not do so. On an up note, the food I could eat (the fries and wings) were perfectly acceptable Baltimore takeout fare. Not good, but basically what I expected when I initiated the order. Honestly, I'm usually more of a "food edibility matters and service does not" sort of person, but this was ridiculous. Will not order again, and I sincerely hope they don't let their fliers darken my door again.

People on the phone are rude and almost always late. Only place that delivers in my neighborhood.

Called in order for delivery , typical order taker, mainly didnt give a damn. For the price of the food its pretty decent considering it was for two and there was a delivery charge. Had old bay wings with fries, small and not filling but okay for price. Won't order from there again, I wouldn't have ever tried them if they didn't spam my mail box, railing so heavily with ads.

So I'm in the crib when I came down with a mean case of the munchies. Just so happens I had their advertisement in front of me so I gave these guys a ring. Overall the food wasn't bad at all and I would surely call again if the need arises. I ordered the sub special which is a cheese-steak on a pita roll instead of a sub roll. I will be honest the meat was slightly on the dry side but good none the less. I also ordered a side of wings. Not to be a billboard for Kesslings but to me no wings compare to theirs so I won't be ordering those anymore. Overall a good meal in a bad part of town but if you should happen to be in the area and are in even the slightest need of nourishment it's worth the visit.

The floor needed to be swept, the woman on the register was clearly overwhelmed. It took her 10 mins to take my order and run my card while she had her boyfriend on hold. I'll have to come back to finish my review after my foods ready so that I can compare. I took a chance on coming here because I needed a cheesesteak but I'll let you know if it was worth it. Usually the fries are soggy, the pizza like cardboard but the super small 8in subs are amazing. * 1 hr later the food was really good and worthy of more stars. I ordered 10 hot wings, 2 subs and 5 wings and fries. Of course once again the fries were soggy but worth the 25 minute ride.

Nephew's might get three stars for their mediocre, Papa John's caliber pizzas if they weren't guilty of littering all of Southeast Baltimore with their stupid menu handbills. Every single time I come home from work, they are stuffed into every single person's handrail and mailbox. WE GET THE POINT... WE GOT ONE OF THESE LAST WEEK. Why not spend the advertising money and effort (that results in litter) making your food better and healthier? CRAP.
