I need to come up with synonyms for "sketchy". It's a little place at first glance, bur when you turn your head around the corner of the package goods counter - oh, look, a huge bar! Probably about twenty years ago it was a nice lil' Dundalk bar...now it lies empty, sad, and stained with the ghosts of Saturday's past. TV's, Keno, cigarette machine in the front. Five dollar minimum. You always have to show ID. I went in like once a week during all the snow storms cause it was so close, and I got ID'd every time. Rules are rules. (Psssssh). Staff are friendly enough. I actually met the owner one time, who was like "neighborhood is too sketch but the bar isn't", and while I tend to agree, I wouldn't want to come here for a beer by myself. Id I was a guy it'd probably be a different story. I really want to give them more stars because the staff are friendly and they are trying, but the package goods selection is weak and that's mostly what I come here for.
