I've passed this place by a bunch during my commute but the urge never hit until today. I was craving a coffee and donut, and in a hurry, so I was worried when I saw a 6-person line (Ed note: 6 people can barely fit I this walk in closet-sized Penn Station fixture). Surprisingly enough, the staff of two were incredibly efficient double teaming orders and payments, and I was at the front in no time. When I made a comment at the cashier that I should have bought an ice coffee instead of hot, she replaced it for free. That's service!

I come through Penn Station on a regular basis to commute to work. The older black lady that works there is the typical angry black woman we all try to avoid. On four separate occasions I have gotten the wrong order. This morning she had the nerve to argue with l me that I ordered a Hazelnut coffee which I never get because I don't care for it and just flat out give me a plain bagel when I asked for cinnamon raisin. Done with it. Coffee is good and donuts are okay... meaning not stale, hence 1 star. Wish I could give 1/24 of a star. But, I'd rather wait from here on out and get free coffee when I get to work rather than have another encounter with her. And, by the way I see that they are supposed to accept reward cards according to Yelp, but I have seen them reject it on several occasions.

This is RIGHT down the street so I would like to go here a lot, in theory. However, whoever the cashier here CONSTANTLY overcharges my Dunkin Donuts card (like it's happened like twice). THEY KEEP SAYING IT DOESN'T SCAN AND RESCAN MY CARD MAKING ME PAY TWICE. They're too much,, I'm done with this location. I'll make my OWN freaking coffee next time. #overit Foolishness.

Cramped walk-through Dunkin Donuts location in the middle of Penn Station. Dirty, and high prices. Allergy notifications are plastered everywhere. Only stop here if you forgot to pick something up for the train and you can't wait.

Standard Dunkin Donuts location tucked away in a tiny section of historic Penn Station. This place used to offer coffee and donuts and nothing more, but they've expanded to include iced coffee, salads and a limited selection of Munchkins. Your coffee will vary widely depending on the server you get. The young African-American guy seems to always get it right for me, whether it's a latte or straight-up caffeination. Staff for the most part is quite friendly (with the exception of one woman - I think they've let her go since, though). Be warned - this is assembly line style. Know what you want and move fast, most are trying to catch trains, especially in the morning when the MARC runs. One star off for the continual problems with the card reader. They often don't tell you until it's too late and you have coffee in hand - then it's "sorry, not working again, cash only". Get that fixed, guys - kthnx. A worthy stop if you need caffeine.

OK OK I know, there's Dunkin Donuts everywhere, but this is where I experienced my first Dunkin Donuts coffee as an East Coaster! All I have to say is that this place got the recipe down! Right amount of sugar, right amount of cream, and right about of bitterness. They didn't lie when they said Dunkin Donuts coffee is good because it is! I do wonder how bad it actually is for you, the sweetness seems questionable. However, I still deem it my cheap staple coffee of the East Coast. Who hasn't?! Btw I am not a fan of the croissants AT ALL. Literally taste like they been frozen for months and thawed out in old butter. The grease on a breakfast croissant sandwich is disturbing. Donuts and other things have yet to be reviewed. 4 stars for just the coffee!

It's a limited menu with mostly donuts & bagels. Due to the location in Penn Station they jack up the prices but I guess that's to be expcected at airports & train stations.
