Out of the many different Dunkins that I have been to, this one is great because it's clean, they get your order out quickly and everyone is pretty friendly. I always get an iced coffee with no cream or sugar and half caramel which is perfectly sweet for me and they always get my order right!

Does anyone know how the stupid DD App works? I have been two five different DD and they still cant explain me how points are derived. What can I say I needed a coffee fix....I'm not sure how you rate a DD more then 3 stars... it would really to wow me to get four stars... none the less I have stopped at this location a couple of times.

Can get kind of busy in the morning but they move pretty quickly. It's your standard dunkin donuts, and they usually get your order right. I think the coffee is average, I just don't get all the hype people have for DD coffee. Parking lot can be obnoxious to get in and out of at rush hour but there's usually always spots available

Stopped here this morning after THB. I love DD coffee, and that was fine. The seating is in a small and cramped area, although there is outdoor seating for when the temperature is above 20 degrees. I felt that the roping they had for the line made no sense. It was clear that no one knew if someone was in line or not, and after ordering everyone just felt like they were in the way of everyone else. Need a better layout for sure.

The people who work here are so nice and genuinely kind. I go every Monday and they always recognize me. Also, the DD Perks are really nice. You can save a lot of money with the DD Perks card.

I just don't understand why when I ask for LIGHT cream, it doesn't matter, I still always get the milky white coffee. I have tried saying VERY VERY VERY light cream, I have tried saying a SPLASH of cream, I have tried saying, JUST A LITTLE BIT, I have tried saying a 1/4 of the amount that you usually put in, but regardless, I don't get it. It's always the same. It's not just this Dunkin Donuts, it's most of them. Now I see why people choose Starbucks over Dunkin. On a plus, their app for phones is great. They usually have pretty good coupons on there and if you spend a certain amount, they add a free Medium beverage to your app. I also like how they are always giving out samples and coupons on Ravens Walk.

This place is a joke. How is it that I've gone to this location multiple times exactly at 8am and they are out of bagels? I'm sorry, do they open at 3am and have massive lines out the door that they sell out so quickly?? How can you be a breakfast place and run out of bagels? This may be great for 1/2 of America that doesn't mind eating a fattening, sugary, doughnut, but it doesn't work for everyone. (Side note - I realize bagels aren't super healthy either) I assume they must have given up competing with THB across the street or Panera next door because that is the only logical reason that I can think of. Did I mention the employee's couldn't care less? All i know is that I am quitting my job ASAP just so I can apply at DD to stand at a cashier like a zombie and not have any of the food on the menu available....and get paid for it!

Love this place! The staff is cute girls and they are very nice to talk to. Me and my boys hang out there sometimes when we want to get our snack on. They got donuts and ice cream. Which is a good combination of snack foods. My only issue is that you can not get ice cream on top of a donut. That would be the best ever. Freakin' ice cream donuts would be so good.

Placed a munchkin and coffee catering order for my company NFM Lending Peake Realty for a Home Buying Seminar on a very early Saturday morning. Food and drinks were ready, fresh, and coffee was the perfect temperature. All complimentary items were included; all that was required was for me to pick up all my materials without worry that anything was missing. This DD location is great, it's in a convenient mini shopping center that also has a Panera, Five Guys, and a pizza joint. The coffee and baked goods are very fresh. They recently started selling DD k-cups too if you have a Keurig. Well staffed so the wait is never long. It's also open 24 hrs if late night coffee is your thing.

I don't understand why people are giving this location 5 stars. Really?! 5 stars?! giving this place 2 stars is even pushing it. I work in the area and have been to this DD a few times unfortunately. On all occasions I had to wait for 10 minutes for a simple coffee or ice coffee. They drag their feet feet has if the line isn't almost to the door and cashier has a disgusting attitude. She has given me nasty looks and rolled her eyes at me on numerous occasions for absolutely no reason or maybe because she hates her job. Who knows.. I plan On calling corporate if I cant get to a manager real soon asap.

I have never had an issue with this Dunkin Donuts but that is probably for the fact I'm always nice when I enter any business. Get what you receive is my motto. This is not an all-star business but gets me what I need for the day and if the cops are okay with this place then so am I.

This DD location repeatedly skimps on the chocolate frosting on all of thier chocolate top donuts. I have been there many times and this has caused me to stop going and tell others. I may call the DD headquarters as all other DD locations seem to have a very consistent formula.

If "America runs on Dunkin'" I sure hope it doesn't run at the pace this joint does or we are all doomed. Every time I go here it seems like it's the employees first day on the job. My order is never complicated: coffee either hot or iced, and they still have a difficult time with accuracy. You would think they were growing the beans and hand grinding them while you wait. Unfortunately the outcome is anti-climatic DD coffee.

Wow, so many lackluster things to say I don't know where to start. I stopped by this DD location last week after being turned away essentially at Panera because the line at Panera was out the door. Hmmmm.... I wonder why? Because Panera has some bangin food and coffee that's why. So, in a caffeine pinch I decide to saunter over to DD. I already had to fight for my parking space in that ridiculously small lot so I needed that cafe latte to make this stop worthwhile. I ordered the same thing here as I do at Panera. The cafe latte tasted burnt and watery, I dumped it. The bagel was small and seriously tasted like one of those cheap frozen bagels you get at the supermarket, not fresh at all. The service was slow and there was only one other person in line. On the upside, the ice cream looked good. Harder to mess up ice cream. they might want to retrain and look into quality upgrades on products.

Meh. Pretty large for a DD. Staff is not very friendly and service was kind of sloppy. The girl didnt put the lid on my coffee right and when she handed it over, some spilled out. Thankfully it was just an iced coffee otherwise she couldve been burned. There is a pretty good size area to sit down at too.
