I rarely give 1 star but in this case I am not sure who to blame eat24 or the restaurant. There was a coupon for 1 whole sub, fries and soda for $11.99. They had all the subs listed under that coupon. The one I choose was philly cheese steak not the regular one. Order went through and received a phone call saying it's going to be $14.99 because it's a philly. My issue was the sub was listed for that price and it's that much for green peppers........well needless to say I was disturbed so told them to cancel and they would not cancel the order. I went through without the green peppers. Their food is really good but the coupon issue this is my last time ordering from them

Get what you pay for a 6.00 half sub. I ordered a cheesesteak and my friend order the fish sub. We got the combo with fries and a can soda. Everything was fresh made but my issue was the size of the subs. They were not filled enough and lacked any kind of flavor. We both asked for everything and little hots....didn't taste anything couldn't even taste the mayonnaise. I may give it another try since it wasn't completely womp womp but I'd say if I'm dissatisfied again I won't be back. Fries were fresh and crisp and they were nice when I asked for ketchup on my fries twice. More please.

I purchased a certificate for Arlon's Subs from Double Take Offers. The owner of the place told me that he has NEVER accepted DoubleTakeDeals and has turned away many people. I contacted DoubleTakeDeals and this issue has yet to be resolved after 2 weeks. The crazy thing is that DoubleTakeDeals is still offering certificates from Arlon's. So I never got to eat their food. However, the place looked very filthy with all kinds of stuff lying around.

The menu had a great selection, and the delivery guy was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was just OK. Nothing overtly wrong, but nothing was very good. The hot wings weren't very hot. The nachos were very generic, and the fries were soggy. We aren't planning on ordering from here again.

I'd leave negative stars if I could. My pasta was hard and undercooked. My "cheeseburger club" that I ordered was ICE COLD! It's against health code to serve hamburger that's ice cold! They forgot to give my desert. The crab soup was terrible. We had to throw out everything except the side salad and the cans of soda. They would not refund our money and they argued about the ice cold hamburger with me, saying it got cold during delivery, but the cheese wasn't even melted. The cheese was ice cold as well! It took almost 10 minutes if arguing until they finally agreed to refund me money for just the missing desert. So angry cause we wasted over $20 on this place and all we were able to eat was the side salad and cans of soda. We had to actually order out from a different place. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This place never fails. From breakfast to dinnet items. big chunks of steak on the quesadilla plus peppers an onions. Cheesesteak s on point. And the customer service excellent. Try it you'll love it!

Reasonable delivery time. Food was packed neatly and not sloppy like most sub shops. Food was warm and fresh. First time ordering and I will definitely again. My sister enjoyed her cheesesteak and I had a turkey sub.
