Finally called in to order and got some answers. I was told that half of Webster has this problem- when you try to order online it claims they will not deliver to your location. Which is not true. I just gave my order over the phone- which I hate. I wanted a med. 2 topping pizza and was told it would be 15.99. I had a coupon for way better deals than that- but I feel like instead of giving you the better deal they just type it in their computer and it comes up full price. I don't like that. I like being able to see all the specials on the online ordering system and picking the best option for my family. Their pizza is good, but it's such a hassle. For 15.99 I'll get a pizza from one of the NY Style restaurants around....

After attempting to order pizza online and having the site tell me that they cannot deliver to my house, despite the fact 1) I have had their food delivered to my residence on more than one occasion ; and 2) I live only 5-10 minutes away from the nearest location, words cannot express the frustration I am currently feeling! Maybe this location has no control over the online site, but either way this does not take away from the lack of customer service I am currently witnessing. A total of three complaints have been issued. One via Facebook and two were sent through their online site (one of which were suggested by Dominoes on FB along with a reference number). I have yet to hear a response. Guess they don't want my business too awfully bad if they are dragging their feet on this. Like seriously, with economic conditions being the way they are, I will NEVER understand why more and more businesses opt to provide less services to their customers. Do they seriously think that because they are a big franchise they will forever stay in business despite how they treat the public? If that's the case, then maybe they need to re-evaluate their thinking! After all, I highly doubt I am the only one who is frustrated with them!

Waiting outside in the cold dead of night because some douchebag on campus pulled the fire alarm? Well, call up Dominos and tell them to charge the order on your Bison card! By the time you get back into the dorms, HOT yummy pizza's will be waiting at your door. Thank me later!

Their food is always cooked perfectly, delivered quickly and politely, and tastes incredible. Their prices are reasonable, and there is always a variety of coupons available online. I order from here with some frequency, and the ONE time I had an issue (got 13 wings instead of 14, such a tiny issue), one call to the manager handled it very satisfactorily. Good customer service is such a lost art, I'll be ordering exclusively from this Dominoes from now on. *Edit: 09/03/2015 Yeah, they're STILL awesome. Completely satisfied.
