I practically live across the street from this location and I will take the drive down the street to the route 2 location any day of the week over stopping at this location, especially on the weekend. The staff here is the worst. They don't put any TLC in their coffee. It always tastes like complete crap and they never have a smile on their face.

Normally I would never bother to write a review on D&D.....BUT in my late experience in Chicago I felt so inclined to give major kuddos. On a serious note, this has to be the best run/cleanest D&D I've ever visited in the Northeast & Chicago-land area, hands down. You can get in and out in less than 5 minutes and the staff is super friendly, I swear they've got traffic flow down to a science. Most of them have your order memorized and ready to go when you walk in the door. Guess you don't know what you got till it's gone, damn.

This establishment is so customer unfriendly. There is a customer that frequents that place and I have seen this customer in at least 2 other DD shops around Waltham and she is known to make trouble for others and yet management has done nothing about this. I go there and meet friends and we have coffee mind our own business and yet management accuses us of being trouble makers. The customer I am referring to has been thrown out of one of the other shops and has caused workers at another shop to loose their jobs. All we want is to enjoy our coffee and not be harassed by other customers and talked about in loud enough voices to hear them. The problem started over a week ago and kept escalating then told if we make more trouble police would be called where is the justice.

Despite the slightly crazy parking lot, this Dunkin Donuts has always pulled through. I stop here in the mornings before I go to work when I have the time to grab an iced coffee, and they're always friendly and efficient (many times during rush hour they will have three people working the lines). It is definitely one of the better parts of my workday!

Like no other one j go to does this but everytime latley they fill so much with ice that it's like 90% ice and I take two sips an its done and it's like I'm paying for flavored ice not worth if it tastes watered done like I cud make better at home not worth it and I went to cul school donates I think I cud especially wen someone with little money obviously people see I'm a loyal customer here but latley it has been a wicked bad experience and when I used to get mocha some didn't know how to mix and it always stuck to the bottom It is nice and spacious inside here but I feel a lot of the employees don't care A lot seem like newbs even if not and are so stupid they don't even kno how to make coffee Also customers tend to be really loud at times annoying I've seen big just me but others reading or simply just trying to enjoy their not so good made coffee at times If u ever decide to go here no when to go when the good workers are there Like Nicole and another that works wednesday or something We understand u need money n may or may not like ur job But please listen to ur customers and know how to do it right I am debating to not come here nemore If I were u id give those 2 more hours there most friendly too I've noticed Some others have no personality I will say whatever thd girls name is with an accent has gotten better With time as u hope others will I come almost everyday and u will be not seeing me as much anymore as this to be honest pissed me off U will come when those people are workinng tho and only them Basically I am praising those ones: Nicole other lady on wed and the girl with accent lol sorry not good with names haha but she is hardworking too! But Nicole is the best!!! Just writing to improve everyone's experience and help out! No hurt feelings Because on reality every place tries Than it's up to the employees really to make it a good experience

The line at this place is long in the morning, and it doesn't move very quickly, which is surprising - considering how many people are usually working behind the counter at one time. Otherwise, this place is OK.

Best Dunkin Donuts Waltham has to offer. The only reason I can't give this place 5 stars, no drive thru. Always clean, friendly, even when busy, which is most weekends. They'll throw a few more munchkin's in your bag if you get some late at night. Coffee's never burnt.... okay almost never. Just a great place to go grab a coffee and muffin in the morning. Even when busy, the line moves nicely, if there's ever a hold up it's customer caused, and the workers are patient to work through whatever issues there are. Everyone seems capable of taking a 'complex' order. When I still lived in Waltham a few of the girls even knew me by name, and would start pouring my coffee before I even ordered.

This review is specifically for the weekend staff, I typically don't go to this location during the week. Dunkin Donuts food and coffee is pretty much the same for all their locations, the only real variable is the staff. Their weekend line up is the Bad News Bears of breakfast sandwiches. Ham, Egg & Cheese on a croissant was the order, I walked out with sausage, cheese & sauce on a french roll that was burnt. I was the only sandwich order at the time, the employee that took my order, made my sandwich. I once went on a busy Saturday morning and the sandwich maker was calling out orders he had "created" for waiting customers, only problem was no one was waiting for what he made. He had 2 or 3 sandwiches in bags on the counter that no one claimed. He was not using the number on the receipt to identify the order, he simply hollered what he had slapped together to the waiting crowd. It quickly became a joke between me and my buddy "I got piece of baloney on an everything bagel that I toasted lightly" or "I got a shoe filled with light cream cheese". I'm not sure if he was reading the order slips or just guessing but he did eventually get my order right, so he earned the 1 star. I bet they bring out the real players for peak times and weekdays, but the weekend 3rd stringers really bring down the whole franchise.

Second NASTY coffee in a row from this Dunkin' Donuts. The food is fine, but nothing special. Don't get me wrong, I love my egg & cheese (and the occasional donut), but it's really not that good. More convenient than anything. You'd think having to work on a Saturday after a sleepless night at the end of a 70-hour workweek (well, not really the end...) I could at least get a decent cup of coffee! I'm not too picky, but this one's seriously undrinkable! Too bad because it's right on my morning commute.
