Bland, greasy tasteless pulled pork. The day a good Spanish restaurant opens in Springfield they won't be able to keep up with demand. It amazes me how many bad Spanish restaurants there are in Springfield.

This restaurant was not the best. I went with my mom before her appointment and as soon as we walk in the workers had long miserable faces. Then we go to get in line and it was the wrong line, I mean the least they could of done was direct us to the right side even before that there was no greeting to welcome us into the restaurant. So after waiting in line for about 10 min to be waited on we finally got our food and let me just say the 2 empanadas and the 2 alcapurrias that we ordered had no meat on top of that they were dry!! I kinda got sick afterwards and threw the rest away. What a waste of money! This Latina will never set foot in this restaurant again and will spend my money elsewhere.

boy, oh boy. where do i begin? well, to say that i'm not a fan of springfield, massachusetts is a gross understatement. hell, it's a disgusting understatement. that being said, i have found the one bright spot of my stay in this hellhole. and that place is Latino Kitchen. i thought for a second that i might be a little overstating things since it's right across the street from the bus yard i am currently working at. maybe i'm enamored with the convenience. but nay, tisn't the case. it's a husband and wife who run the place. a younger puerto rican couple. they are always friendly. always smiling. always quick with conversation. but enough with the pleasantries. the food here is off the damn chain with good! a lot of it is traditional puerto rican fare which, until coming here, i knew very little about. but the first day i went there for lunch while looking at the different trays of meats in gravy behind the glass he mentioned that one of them was cabrito. i knew this was goat. now, i'll tell ya what. white people can't cook goat for shit. i've had it several times and it was always gamy and tough to eat. but i decided to be adventurous give it a whirl. HO.LY.SHIT. it was so good that i don't believe in god anymore. the meat fell right off the bone. was tender and flavorful. and the stew was amazing. the portions here are always generous. sometimes i even need to stop them from putting too much on my plate. anyhoo, i've gone back there damn near every day since. the roast pork is always juicy (and they always give you a piece of the crispy skin), the chicken is always tender, the catfish/sweet potato souffle is ri-danged ol'-diculous! and they have so much on themenu i haven't even tried yet. but rest assured that i will. i wish i could turn myself into a cartoon and smack myself on the head with a giant wooden mallet so i could give them more stars. but, alas. not in the cards. so, if you ever have the misfortune of having to be in springfield, massachusetts, don't worry, there is hope. like a dog that ate an engagement ring. this is the diamond in an otherwise steaming turd of a town.

First timer to this gem! Under $20 for two big plates of yellow rice + beans + choice of meat, a beef pattie and 2 drinks!!! And the food is very good. We tried roast pork and fried pork. Very generous portions. We could not finish it if we tried. The owner was so friendly and helpful with all our questions. I'll be coming back for sure again.

If Spanish food is what you craving in Springfield, this is the place to go. People here are really friendly, always with a smile that make you feel like in your grandmas house.! The place is really clean , with a nice decoration , 2 tvs, it is very nice. The food was good, I had the mofongo, they gave me a lot, that's good because it taste really good. The chicken you could tell it wasent fresh, but I guess because they were about to close they couldn't make a fresh one.
