    I have never really had any problems with this location myself. It's much better than the one at the gulf station across from Shaws on 3A in Cohasset that's for sure. People I know tell me their horror stories about employees and quality of product but I am going off of my experience. Not bad. My coffee is usually pretty good and the drive through service is always nice. Granted, I haven't been to this location for a while due to me not going out for coffee as much. That being caused by the aforementioned Cohasset location. All in all, a decent location.

    the one on the driftway is kooky....the one in the harbor is great..... alll dunkin donuts need to stop with the hot cups on all their iced drinks!!!! dont they know theres a polution crisis??!??? aside from that, i have an allergy to the oils used in styrofoam, but they keep trying to give me that crap!!!

    I am getting fed up with this particular location. Food and drink quality are consistent with other DDs, but I seem to ALWAYS get the wrong order when I come to this location. I asked for bagel NOT toasted....yup, they toasted it - even reads 'not toasted on the receipt' - WTF? And, I clearly ordered the steak,egg and cheese sandwich. Guess what, it turns out they just gave me an egg/cheese. Seriously? If any managers see this review, please do something about your quality control and/or training methods to ensure correct orders. Wasn't even busy when I went this morning, so not sure how my entire order was botched. Either way, I'm DONE with this location....there are 2 others about the same distance from me, and they seem to get their orders correct.

    Improvement is happening. Please be patient with my fellow coworkers that are new. I've been here since 2013 and hopefully will work during breaks in college. The managers are wonderful and the atmosphere is great. We're just severely understaffed right now.

    20 minutes to get donuts at the drive-thru! I arrived at 4:50 on a Monday afternoon... 4-5 cars ahead of me... it was 5:10 when I got my donuts and coffee! Just because they've got a monopoly on drive-thru's in Scituate doesn't mean they should behave this way...

    I stop in every now and then for a cup before I get on the early train to work. Never had a problem with customer service; it's no Mary Lou's in terms of personality, but hey... I wouldn't be that excited to wake up at 4:30 for a 5am shift for minimum wage either. And the parking lot isn't that bad if you know how to drive a car...

    I've never been to a worse Dunkin donuts. Mind you I manage a competitor coffee shop in the area, I do drink coffee on my day off too. Every time I go I get 2 medium regulars. It couldn't get any easier... You would think? Wether I drive through or go in I wait forever... These people could mess up a cup of tap water. Every time I go I get the worst customer service manageable and my coffee is wrong every time. (How you can mess up regular I really don't know) "Can I help you" "Hi, good morning can I please have 2 medium regulars" "Drive up" Pull to window "4 dollars" Hand my card over Hands me my coffee and slams the window while speaking in a monotone demanding way. I couldn't tip if I wanted too?! If the people that worked for me ever treated a customer like that they would be sent home on the spot. Cohasset isn't much better so don't bother driving the extra few miles.

    This is an update on the pm situation. Wow. Just do not go anytime within 2 hours of closing and expect that the menu will be available. The past two times we have pulled up here in the evening, in the past month, all the exterior lights are out. This is at 8:30 when the place closes at 10. Clearly the staff is discouraging customer traffic. Woe unto thee if you do dare to brave the darkened drive thru line in the evening - nothing that requires any machinery that may have to be cleaned at closing seems to be available. I may have to experiment just to see what time this crew starts to shut it down - the time appears to be getting earlier and earlier. Given what it takes to own a Dunkie franchise, I cannot imagine that the owners can be encouraging this sort of behavior and the impact it must have on profit... Maybe there is a push from corporate or an agreement to stay open longer than the head honchos of this particular store are interested in? If so work it out and just close the place at an earlier time, or, let people know that the menu is abbreviated in the evening. It's a perplexing experience to go there late in the day.

    Since I was reviewing the other DD locations in the area, I couldn't leave this one out. Adding to all the nightmares of the poor customer services that all DD locations specialize in, this place has a parking area that is a nightmare to manuver your car through! Truly horrific.
