Horrible franchise. Takes over an hour to get your delivery after it has left the store. When you call to find out where your food is everyone seems confused as they try to make up excuses. Finally the driver shows up and I ask him why it took so long. He laughed told me he was a manager and brought my now cold food to me. So I hand him a 20 and he tells me he doesn't have any change on him and has to bring it back. I took my money back and told him no, and that he could get paid when he comes back with change. I then called the store and they told me that he wasn't a manager at all and still could offer up no reason as to why my food took so long. This isn't the first time it took 40+ minutes for an order to be delivered after it has left the store. Do not buy from here. There are plenty of other pizza places in Saugus.

Horrible experience on a phone order for delivery; long story short am hour after my pizza was out for delivery it still hadn't arrived. Associate on phone was rude when I called to locate my order, ultimately leading me to cancel it. After I immediately posted an email to their customer service (which gets 5 stars for follow up) the girl called back and sent me my food at no charge and apologized and explained a driver had called out.

Dominos is hands-down the worst pizza, BUT it's the only real late-night pizza around. I can honestly say that if you order from the online app, they are right on top of their sh*t. For real. It's still Dominos..so what can I say regarding the food? The other downside is that "way" late at night (which isn't "way" late at all,) the Saugus store is closed and you have to order by phone to the one in Lynn. Yay? For the people complaining: USE THE APP.
