The staff, here, tends to be completely different every six months or so. As a result, the quality of the food, as well as the likelihood that your order will get screwed up somehow, tend to vary.

I'm not a dunks fan. But this place is a train wreck. It's run down, seems dirty, with cranky staff and shady clientele. I ordered a iced green tea and it tasted like total sh!t. Maybe that's the way dunks makes 'em (hence why I'm no fan), but wow that drink was he pits!!!

I'm sitting at a table in this place right now. It's my first visit to this location, brought on by a passing rain shower which caught me off guard while walking (okay, I'll admit, SCOOTERING) through town. I figured I'd grab some coffee and breakfast wraps while I waited out the rain; I needed lunch anyway. I guess this place is unfortunate that the rain grants me just enough time to write a review based on my one visit here but it's pretty lame that they "ran out" of the the dark roast coffee at noon on a Tuesday (assuming they ever carried it in the first place, which I can't prove), and that I waited forever for my wraps. The breakfast wraps were very sloppily made, with the egg and stingier-than-usual portion of ham hanging 3/4 of the way out of one of them. On the plus side, at least the wraps were piping hot and the rain is keeping away the homeless crowd that I sometimes see hanging outside of the place. There's a silver lining to every cloud!

This place is awesome! I got a sandwich, and it was delicious! Hands down best dunks sandwich i've ever had. My ice coffee was light and sweet, just as I asked for it! Lastly the service was amazing with a friendly and knowledgable staff. Everyone seemed to be smiling and happy to be their. This place might as well be the utopia of all Dunk's!

This Dunkin Donuts is just not like any other I have been to and not in a good way. One day my father and I went in because he really had to use the bathroom. However we didn't want to be rude and not order anything so I decided to order the Chicken Flatbread I got just yesterday at the Danvers location. We went in (at 3pm mind you) and asked to please use the restroom. The lady behind the counter just got super defensive and said she closed it for the day. It's 3 pm on a saturday that doesn't make sense but nothing we could do. So I asked for the chicken flatbread and in the same rude tone she told me they stopped serving that months ago. First off I ordered it yesterday and second I am literally looking at the picture above your head. This wasn't the first bad experience here I have had my orders messed up and they are frequently out of items I want to order including one of the teas at one time. There is also a large gathering of people and sometimes people asking for change outside. I understand this isn't entirely DD's fault but they should at least try to do something about it.

going to this particular Dunks location gives me severe anxiety. There's always what appears to be some sort of motley crue/biker gang outside, but not even like, a cool biker gang. More like, a biker gang made up of meth heads who actually don't have a motorcycle, just a bike that they walk around with. does that even make sense? I dunno. Once I was outside finishing up a call before my fat ass went in to claim a pumpkin donut. While hanging up I saw this adorable bulldog being taken out of his owner's truck by said owner. They walked towards me so I went into "OHMY GOD I LOVE YOUR DOG CAN I PET IT?" mode, which I did. Upon asking the guy what the dog's name was he looked at me, full in the eyes for about 3 seconds then turned and followed these two girls that looked like hookers into the dunks while i just stood there, ignored. ok, maybe it doesn't sound as heartbreaking as it was. i guess i'm a little dramatic before I've had my fill of pumpkin donuts. also, there's ALWAYS someone in a motorized wheelchair hauling ass across the parking lot and playing frogger with the cars turning. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, RIDE IN FIRST GEAR UNTIL YOU'RE ON THE SIDEWALK, grampa!

This is your run-of-the-mill Dunkin Donuts. Except it's open 24 hours. And all night, gangs of bikers hang around outside. Really, it's a rotating cast of characters that hang out here throughout the day. In the morning and throughout the afternoon, it's mainly the homeless and other deviants who litter the parking lot. Then as evening rolls around, teenagers start to cruise the area, usually driving their mother's Ford Focus. Finally, as we near the witching hour, the bikers show up and settle in through daylight. They sit on their bikes, usually turned off, and drink coffee and eat donuts. Amazingly, all the previously mentioned groups generally behave themselves. Some time, I'd like to sit around outside at the changing of the guard. You know, when there's 2 or three leftover bikers as the homeless move in on their territory. Just to see what it's like. I bet it's cool. Very cool.

Not very smart of a company who is known all over the East Coast to allow this one location to be a sour apple. The staff was rude and acted like they were annoyed and couldn't wait to go home. The coffee was okay and the food was sloppily put together. You are better off going to the Dunkin' Donuts on Bridge st.
