My advice for a bride to be - hire a vendor who you trust to do an excellent job, and then get the hell out of the way, because these people know exactly how to run a wedding! Guests were coming up to me the entire evening to rave about the food, drinks, and service, "Oh my god," exclaimed a west coast foodie transplant whose major complaint about the east is the poor quality of beef, "the beef was amazing" (eyes rolling back in head, "it was soooo tennnder!" The chef and owner, Stephen Barck, cares about every plate of food that leaves the kitchen. The entire menu (even veggie!) was incredible: Beef Cardamom Roast Tenderloin served with Roasted Eggplant Chutney Smoked Tomato Jam & Ginger Gastrique Wheat Berry Macadamia Salad Dancing Watercress Greens Fish Pistachio Crusted Sea Bass atop Celeriac Puree with a Brilliant Accent of Lemongrass Scented Carrot Fume Vegetarian Grilled Stuffed Eggplant with pine nuts and feta on a bed a smoked tomato coulis Linda (owner and Stephen's wife) managed the event for us, and I have to say, you don't have to worry about forgetting anything, she is so efficient and organized, when she meets with you, she runs through the entire evening with you, we were so impressed with her! I felt like once I hired Tables of Content, my work was done, people had warned me about high stress wedding planning - honestly, TOC handled everything, I just sat back and thoroughly enjoyed myself (ok, I didn't sit back, I danced my ass off all night) I also advise taking their advice for seasonal cocktails (the mango mojitos were a great favorite!), we had a few cocktails rather than a full bar, and it was a smashing success, guests are still telling me how much they enjoyed their cocktails (seriously, who remembers cocktails they drank at a wedding? - that's saying something) Gosh, I could rave on, the cocktail hour hors d'hoeuvres were also incredible. TOC provides EXCELLENT service, planning, food, drinks. I thought the wedding was a smash, guests are still raving to me about the food, drinks, service. Overall, it was exactly what we wanted, elegant, fine dining in a fun (FUN!!!) atmosphere. I can't thank TOC enough!

Ive had boxed lunches at work events and I have to say that they are delicious. I'm not sure what the prices are but I give them 5 stars on taste. Each boxed lunch always comes with a pasta salad, regular salad, and dessert! The boxes are always gourmet and super tasty.

I recommend this caterer without reservations. Lisa was always prompt and professional, quickly returned phone calls and emails, had wonderful ideas to meet our needs and made sure the wedding was elegant and the food was delicious. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, thoughtful staff on site either. The kitchen manager went out of her way to make sure we were all happy and that the bride, groom, and the host/ hostess had something to eat as we were very busy socializing. They were efficient and neat and clean. The wedding was in my home and they left the kitchen impeccable. I will always recommend this business in the future.

Being in the event planning industry, we are lucky to be able to work with the best of the best and Tables of Content has remained one of my personal favorites for many years. Their use of locally grown products, commitment to green practices, exceptional staff and service, and versatility in creating sublime menus is what keeps us recommending them to our clients over and over again. One of the most unique aspects of TOC (as we refer to them!) is that we are comfortable recommending them to the same client on a frequent basis due to their ability to constantly recreate their menu options, always happy to customize each item. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Tables of Content!!!

My cousin Sam used this catering company for his wedding and out of everything, the FOOD was the best, even better than the food at my own wedding. I didn't deal with them first-hand so I can't commend on the correspondence/attentiveness before the wedding but during the actual dinner the staff was on the ball and took care of everything very nicely. My parents keep talking about it to their friends.

We used Tables of Content as the caterer for our September 2007 wedding. They executed flawlessly. One our biggest goals for the wedding was to have an elegant reception with really amazing food (we both love to eat out!). Tables of Content delivered top-notch food, providing quality that was on par with some of the top restaurants in the area such as Aquitaine or Icarus -- it was that good. They were able to work with our budget and provided creative options. Kori was our event coordinator and did a great job crafting a menu. My only complaint was that Kori was sometimes slow to respond to emails and didn't always seem to pay attention (or maybe just remember) some of the decisions we had made. For the actual reception, Nancy was in charge and did a fantastic job, seeing to every detail and making sure that my mother and I were comfortable with how everything turned out. With Tables of Content, you can't go wrong.
