This place is like heaven on earth. The view is unbelievable, the grounds are impeccable, and the staff is ultra-accommodating. We have taken our dogs there both times we have visited and they are a truly pet-friendly inn. I love the pet care packages you get upon arrival! The continental breakfast is done with care and then snacks and drinks are available to you for the rest of the day. Wine and cheese hour starts at 5:30 and it's a great kick-off to the evening as you overlook the 180 degree harbor view. My partner and I just got married there and it was picture perfect. Can't wait to go back!

We have stayed in the Sunset room at Land's End Inn for two summers now - five nights in 2014 and eight nights in 2015. The room is one of the smaller ones at the Inn, but it is perfect for the two of us. Beautiful Asian antique furnishings, a great shower with plush towels and amenities, and terrific views of the gardens and cape. A continental breakfast bar is included, and each day starts with fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, pastries, bagels, English muffins, cereal, coffee and juice. Evenings include a wine and cheese presentation. For both, guests gather at bistro tables and plush chairs on a wraparound deck overlooking the bay and larger cape. You get to know many of your fellow guests - if you so choose - which we love. Throughout the day, bottled water and soda are available for free in two refrigerators in the lobby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located on one of the highest points in the quieter West End of P-Town, with simply stunning views. It's an easy walk back to the town center and the East End art galleries. I cannot say enough positive about the Land's End Inn. We plan to return for many summers to come.

First of all, the hospitality alone by the wonderful owners is worth all the money. Extremely sweet and helpful, the family that owns it really made my trip! The architecture and design are opulent while incredibly homey, and the views are breathtaking. I seriously could stay in the inn all day and enjoy myself! The breakfast, as well as the nightly wine & cheese seal the deal! We slept very comfortably every night, woke up to an incredible view, and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. We had our Siberian Husky with us, and the staff and owners made him feel like home too!

I stayed here two nights over Memorial Day weekend - rode my Harley to Ptown for the weekend. Lands End is a superb inn outside of the bustle of Commercial Street's main area. There is ample parking, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very nicely appointed (had the Tiger Lilly room which had a balcony and overlooks the bay). Very nice breakfast with great coffee and wine hour in the evening. Some say it's a bit of a hike to the action in Ptown, but it's really only a 15 minute slow walk from the Inn to the A-House and Crown and Anchor. Boatslip for t-dance is actually closer. A very nice experience with hard to find on property parking.

This review is in regards to wedding planning only. We scheduled with the inn to bring our families up to view the inn and they did not seem prepared. I thought that was odd but thought well, it's a small business. Then the contract was poorly written, so I figured I would clarify some items. No problem. However, when I asked questions about liabilities that were not talked about in the contract we were called up by the front desk and asked, "Why are you concerned with the contract? Do you like to party or something?" The staff member then told us that the owner was thinking of not hosting our wedding because we were questioning the contract. He was concerned about hiring a lawyer. That's when I knew that we could not have our wedding there. We felt insulted and showed the contract to several friends/family members who agreed the questions we asked were normal questions. Instead of feeling like a priority or even simply respected by this establishment we were left feeling punished and like we did something wrong for asking questions. All these assumptions were made of us. That's not okay for a wedding and that's not how you treat people. My fiance had her heart set on this place but, truthfully if this place couldn't even work with us on a simple contract, how were they going to help us on an important day such as our wedding? I still tried to work it out, but after all the rude emails the Inn sent (yes. I saved them and thought of posting them here) they said they would get back in touch with us to let us know about the contract/corrections. We heard nothing back. Months later they contacted us and ask if we were still hosting our wedding there. No thank you.

The Lands End Inn was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I ended up making a last-minute reservation here and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The views and landscaping are amazing, the staff was hospitable, and the accommodations were beautiful. The complimentary breakfast and wine/cheese reception were lovely. Definitely stay here if you're visiting Provincetown!

The view is amazing that is why we wanted to talk to the wedding planner about doing my wedding ceremony in this location ;but the customer service in the front desk was rude, unorganized and the gentlemen helping had a dirty uniform. We walk out and when to check other locations.

This place lives up to the hype. Sometimes you know how good a place is when things aren't going perfectly. We had an issue with the charging outlet for our Tesla and they had an electrician come out twice the same day to make sure that the car would be able to charge. They could not have been more accommodating, caring and interested in making sure we had the best possible experience. Would be so happy to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Stan and Eva!

If I could design the perfect inn/hotel, this would be it! We ended up booking a last minute reservation without any research simply because we were trying to escape our stay on boring, pretentious Nantucket. All of the places in Provincetown were booked, but thankfully Lands End Inn had one room left, the Higgins Tower Room. When we arrived the sweet staff gent made us feel very welcome and had set out delicious bottles of wine and yummy cheese and beautiful fruit plates for the guests. One look inside our room and I was in love! It was as if the owner had personally decorated the room to my exact taste. It was sort of uncanny. The owner obviously has an appreciation for antiques, vintage stained glass, and specifically art nouveau. We loved the coziness of the Higgins room and the large window right over the bed, perfect for star gazing. It also had an ample sized deck with multiple views of the coastline. We slept with the windows and deck door open allowing the wonderful sea breeze to lull us to sleep. It was heaven. The next morning breakfast was especially lovely, with a large array of fruits and more natural, nutritious options. This was THE best place I've ever stayed, PERIOD.. and I travel all over Europe. I can't think of anything that could be improved upon. Perfection.

I really do not want to write this review but I will because I am feeling generous! So, I don't want to tell you about how beautiful this Inn is and how spectacular the views are - and the fact that you are about 1/2 a mile or so away from the action of the center of town. My hubby and I stayed in the English Garden room - a pet friendly room - very cozy with a spectacular view of the ocean. Make sure to keep the blinds drawn if you are not an early riser. the breakfast was great - lots of fruit and baked goods. The building is just WONDERFUL! Chock full of antiques - lots of nooks and crannies - the staff are fantastic! Cannot wait to return.

Loved the hotel. Clean, spacious, wonderful view, great (superb!) breakfast with a huge array of fresh fruits, freshly baked muffins, oatmeal, cereal, pastry items, you name it, they have it. Always snacks around, towels for the guests to take to the beach, ideal location (West End), great stuff and customer support, and, yeah, "wine and cheese hour"! Good selection of wine, lots and lots of cheese/munchies to take with you to the porch and sit there, enjoying the view and chatting up with other guests sitting on the great wicker furniture. Manicured lawns, impeccable! I have nothing to complain about, and, by the way, when our window got broken during some particularly angry wind (could not close it), Michael came to the room at 11 pm (!) and fixed it. They go above and beyond. Love them. Some of the rooms are pet-friendly, some are not. Wi-Fi is flying.

My husband, Dave, and I checked into the Inn not knowing what to expect...we were greeted by such gracious hosts...as we would come to learn, Eva & Stan are great people...Eva you have a lovely spirit! We were escorted to our Moroccan Tower room...all I can say is WOW!!! Never did we expect it to be more beautiful than the pictures could relate! It was raining when we arrived and the room was blanketed with cozy romance. We were celebrating our 15th anniversary and were soon delivered champagne & chocolates, courtesy of the proprietors. What a wonderful start to our celebration. Every nook & cranny of the room was a mystery of beautiful treasures. The view was unparalleled...absolutely stunning view from atop a high hill down onto the waters of the bay and ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine & cheese hour, a delightful gathering in the main rooms of the Inn...and it was so much more than your average wine & cheese...the wine was very good, the trays of vegetables, cheeses (including brie) and fruit were amazing and such a great way to enjoy the company of the other guests. The rest of the staff were very cheerful & helped us a great deal in figuring out the highlights of things to do. Love you Rusty & Darren & Peter!!! Our room and the Inn were impeccably clean, kept up by a very sweet young lady, of whom I apologize for not knowing her name...but we definitely appreciated her no less! Breakfast each morning was another delight of the senses...yummy muffins & danish, very sweet fruit, and delicious coffee...all enjoyed on the expansive deck. We could have explored the main rooms of the inn for many days and not have seen all the antiques, tiffany lamps & stained glass, not to mention the beautiful furniture & the array of gorgeous oriental/middle east rugs. We loved our stay and can't wait to return to be among such a beautiful & peaceful Inn...it beholds a lovely spirit we're sure not to find elsewhere! Thank you for such a fantastic experience Eva & Stan!!!

(score 1-100) - 98. Rarely does something floor you. ...well get ready to.. because this is one of those places. I was fortunate to come across the Land's End by accident. It is one of those places you will always talk about long after your stay. The original owner was an artist and a visionary. He was well traveled and picked out unique antiques from all over the world. The B & B is filled with all the treasurers of his travels. It is beyond that though, it is more like a fantasy B & B. One of the rooms has an armoire door that is a secret entrance. The tower rooms are all amazing with incredible ocean views. The place is always booked so you have to plan waaay ahead. The Tower rooms are around 400ish and the regular rooms (which are far from regular) are 200ish. If you are looking to blow away your gal or have a upcoming anniversary...or maybe you said someone else's name during the heat of passion...well this is your place! She may not forgive you but she will surely always brag about this place to next guy.

Exceptional, Eclectic and the staff Erudite in the art of hotel / guest services. While we haven't had the opportunity to patronize since the new management has taken ownership (quite popular destination for those in-the-know, no availability when we've traveled to PT this summer) we look forward to a visit in the near future. Schoolman Suite was by far my favorite accommodation, bar-none, anywhere. Tiger Lily and Sunrise Rooms were also wonderful (albeit, the baths, a tight squeeze). Can't wait to experience the Moroccan and Bay Tower rooms sometime soon. While the accommodations can be pricey (3 day min stay), the ambiance, attentiveness and the spectacular views make a stay at the Land End Inn worth every penny... the complimentary breakfast and wine/cheese in the afternoon are nice perks too. They aren't one of the top 5 places to stay on the Cape for nothing.

Incredible even off season. The set up was beautiful ,the room was fantastic and funky.I love the decor and it is truly a place to meet and enjoy other fabulously interning people. If you are artistic in anyway this place is a must when visiting P Town. The continental breakfast was tasty but we didn't make it back in time for the evening gathering which we heard was fun as well. Beautiful views all around .We visited in the off season but you could see the gardens have to be gorgeous in the summer.A bit pricy if you are a starving artist but the networking is well worth it.Go!

Everything about this place is perfection. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars because it was just that magical! We stayed in the Bay Tower Room. The views from the room are the best around. The entire hotel is filled with gorgeous antiques. There isn't a blade of grass out of place on the grounds. Everything has been groomed or cleaned or manicured to perfection. The wine and cheese hour was great. Breakfast is really wonderful. You can grab a great dinner across the street at the Red Inn. Take a pedicab into town and back, or walk, it's not terribly far into town. I'm planning on going back someday.

Should such a thing exist, Land's End Inn would definitely be one of the better "hidden gems" of Provincetown. Nestled away toward the end of Commercial street, the inn is somewhat easy to miss, despite it's location perched on-top a hill. Driving up, the place looks almost magical - towers, immaculate grounds, stained glass windows. Each room is themed in a particular mannor, with some having stunning views of the town and ocean. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and perhaps most importantly, very cozy. You could hear through the walls a bit, and some of the rooms were a bit of a walk to the common area, but those types of things are to be expected. The staff was extremely friendly and inviting, even allowing quick walkthroughs of unbooked rooms. The evening reception (wine and cheese) and breakfast both had a great selection, including four types of beer in the afternoon and complimentary soda / water available 24/7. Decor can certainly overwhelm at times, but is tastefully and eclectically done. My only complaint would be the walk to the "happening" part of Commercial street, about 20-30 minutes, which, while a nice stroll in the summer, was a bit painful in the cold. All in all, one of the better experiences I've had in Provincetown, and certainly a destination to return to.

Omgosh!!! My bf took me to this place to celebrate our 3rd year together. It was past awesome! Rooms are all spectacular. I peeked into the following rooms: Bay Tower, Higgins, Schoolman (sp?) suite, Sunset, Tiger Lily, etc. All wonderful! We stayed in the Moroccan - i'm in love with the place! we had almost 360 degree views of the ocean. We had a private deck that had wonderful ocean views, with lounge chairs. The common areas were amazing. I cannot think of one bad thing to say about this place. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Peter, Joseph and Darin (if i just butchered the spelling of your name, Darin, I apologize) were friendly and it was never a problem when I asked for something. Great staff. We stayed 3 nights and i didn't want to leave! I'm dreaming of going back every year! A little pricey, so I may have to give up bottles of wine to save those $$, but well worth it.

Eclectic, Mystical, Romantic, Cozy, Inspiring, Intimate. This place is the definition of a gem. Each room is truly a work of art- pictures do not do justice. We stayed in the West Indies room, which was lovely but slightly sterile compared to the other rooms like the library, schoolman suite, or victorian. Panoramic views of the ocean are amazing. Also, because the grounds seem somewhat old (though everything was completely renovated with heated floors in the bathrooms and beautiful showers, etc), I wonder about the noise level during the busier summer months, as it was easy to hear the people above and next door shuffling around. Staff sweet and helpful, wine and cheese reception delightful, and all around a beautiful experience. A must if you're an open person who appreciates beauty and unique atmosphere. Also a great place to meet new and interesting people! I can't imagine staying anywhere else now-completely hooked.

Nestled in Provincetown's West End and a short walk from the hubbub of Commercial Street's bars, art galleries and restaurants, Lands End is a gem! The quaint B&B is kept by a fantastic staff that provided guests with a restful stay. Breakfast hits the spot: muffins, fresh fruit, bagels and coffee are all we needed after dinner at one of the many delicious spots downtown the night before. We looked forward to the nightly wine & cheese provided by the inn keepers while we looked out at Cape Cod Bay. Each room has a distinct decor chock full of antiques and thoughtful details. The Bay Room boasts views unparalleled on the Cape...if you're lucky to get this constantly booked room. All around a beautiful place and unique inn on the lovely Cape Cod.

I recently stayed at Land's End Inn for a close friend's wedding and absolutely fell in love with the establishment. I travel frequently and have stayed in a variety of lodgings, but Land's End Inn takes the cake for comfort, beauty, convenience, ambience, and great service! There is not a bad spot in the entire place. I was very sad to have to go home and have been thinking about it since then. I only wish there was a rating above five stars!
