I love this dominos. I'm actually really surprised at the low reviews. I always order online. It's always been right. The delivery drivers have always been pleasant and professional. And I've never waited longer than 30 minutes for my order.

Bad customer service. Had to argue with the person taking orders over the phone over what the specials were. Then when I walked in to pick up my order, I walked in on a manager, I think his name was Scott, calling one of their drivers a "stupid f**king fa**ot". I asked why he thought homophobic comments were acceptable, he said he didn't give a f**k. I walked out without getting my food and without paying and never returned. I won't support any business that treats their employees that way.

King Street NOHO -Terrible customer service. The order takers on the phone do not know the specials that are on their own website. I wanted to order three medium 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 ea., the order taker refused to acknowledge that they had that pricing. I spent a few minutes arguing with him to get to take my order. Oh yeah, if you do not specify that you want the special (which they do not want to give you),they will charge you full price. Then you have to argue with them to get the discounted (or special) price.

My wife is pretty much gluten-free and I eat paleo (mostly), but sometimes we don't want to cook and we don't have an Against The Grain pizza in the freezer... and then the Dominos gluten-free pizza is surprisingly good. And just the thing when you have pizza-hungry guests but don't want to crash your GF/Paleo regime. We've ordered it at least a dozen times. They are prompt and accurate and reliable too. Have some cash handy for a tip.
