Just went to orange leaf for the first time with my husband. This place was great. Way less expensive than pinkberry and self serve on whatever toppings you want was awesome. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly guy who asked if we had been there before and we said no- he showed us around and was so polite and helpful. Everything was fresh and there was plenty of each thing. I highly reccomended this spot. So many flavors and toppings they have something for everyone!

There are a lot of frozen yogurt chains in the Boston area right now, so when Orange Leaf opened in Natick near my office, I wanted to see what makes them different. The price is 55 cents per ounce. The staff was friendly when I entered & said it was my 1st time there, but were a little pushy on insisting I sample before buying. (I told them "I'm actually a Weight Watchers member who's a little over the top about tracking everything I eat, so I don't want to sample first. I'm sure whatever I choose will be tasty!" but they still poured 2 samples for me - dairy free orange & the fat free mango-peach.) I got the mango-peach & weighed the yogurt before adding toppings (so I could know how many oz of yogurt I had to track). I was a little disappointed with the presentation of the fruit toppings. Unlike other frozen yogurt chains I've visited recently, the fruit wasn't cut well. The kiwi's were a bit shredded instead of sliced, the raspberries looked mashed, and I didn't add strawberries to my cut because their color looked a little brown. (Everything was fresh & delicious, they just weren't eye appealing.) The clerk asked if I wanted a (free) loyalty card when I checked out, and I got one. For every $10 spent, you get $1 off your next visit. The shovel like spoons were cute, but a little impractical once my fro-yo started melting. I would have preferred a normal shaped spoon. I may be back because the location is convenient, but I didn't see anything the positively differentiated them from other pay by the ounce frozen yogurt chains.

My family have gone there several times. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. The place is clean and has lots of seating. The froyo is good. They have a great selection. They have tons of toppings. The reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars is because we were there once during the Olympics. My son loved the skiing and it came on the tv so we were watching. At closing time, the employee shut off the tv and several lights with no warning at all. There were only 4 customers there. He could have said, "Hey we close in 5 minutes" and we would have left to go watch at home. Not a big deal, but it was annoying at the time. It is also 55 cents per ounce, which is slightly more expensive than other froyo places around.

So disappointing! I'm so obsessed with fro-yo and have never met one that I didn't like.. We are new to the area so we woke up today craving frozen yogurt and according to Google Orange Leaf was the closest to us. We ran on over and filled our cups with several different flavors and found a comfy chair and settled in to feast! ...then with just one bite I wanted to cry! The tart yogurt tasted very chemical-y and although the coconut and pineapple were pretty decent, they were too soft and drippy, the bottom of the cup was already filled with liquid from them. The other flavors had a horrid aftertaste. The only one that didn't disappoint both me and my boyfriend was the white chocolate strawberry.. That was delicious! The staff was nice, the place was bright cheery and clean. There is plenty of seating and options and it's even really decently priced for the wide selection of toppings they have- but the yogurt just didn't taste like what I wanted out of a good frozen yogurt. I'm sure there are many people who swear by it, but it really wasn't for us. We tossed our half eaten cups and googled another place and took off towards it. I'm happy to say that the second place we tried had amazing tart yogurt and it satisfied my craving.. But I just wish that orange leaf had that same taste- it's SOOO close to us. I wanted to love it so badly.

We bumped into Orance Leaf at the Phantom Gourmet Food Festival and loved their yogurt so much we made a trip to their Natick location that same night. I am not the biggest fan of froyo, but I must say, Orange Leaf's yogurt tastes natural/authentic. I sampled all their flavors, all which I enjoyed and ended up combining oatmeal cookie, coconut and banana. They have many great toppings to choose from but beware because I can end up being rather expensive, so just add your favorites. I'll definitely be making this my sweet spot of choice and I can't wait to go back!

Shit is good. Everyone told me how expensive it was but I don't think it's any more expensive than any other good ice cream or frozen yogurt place. Normally buffet style service sketches me out cause of germs but it's so clean in there. And the sugar free chocolate does not taste sugar free. Two thumbs up. And the employees are wicked nice, especially the mother and daughter who work there.

Pros: open until midnight!! Clean, plenty of flavors to choose from, good parking. Cons: wish it was closer to the mall, not enough non-fat options, no self-serve sampling (they do it for you).

I've gone back a few times to bring the kids and am always disappointed that they continue to have the same non dairy flavors. They don't plan on changing them and orange isn't my favorite. Reminds me of orange baby aspirin, yuck. I really the the place. The seating and bright space is nice and I still like the little shovel spoons. I'll keep bringing the kids and hope to see some new flavors.

I like this place better than most of the pull your own handle yogurt joints. I'm not a fan of tart yogurts, so this place is great cause there are so many sweet ones. I always like the Orange Leaf decor and this one has plenty of seating. There are even a few tables outside if you don't mind staring at the back of Building 19. I like the way the servers wear gloves to dole out the (unlimited!) samples. The only thing I don't like is Mon-Thurs they're not open til noon.

We went twice and the kids LOVED it,. Then, the third time, the place was a complete wreck- trash on the ground, overflowing garbage cans, sticky tables, and two employees that hung out in the back rather than helping anyone or cleaning. I reallllly wanted to go into mom mode and tell those guys to get to work. Yogurt was still good, but I might think twice before I returned because of how unappealing the place was. Orange Leaf, watch your Saturday afternoon workers!

So thrilled that one of these places has finally opened up in the area. Orange Leaf has all the ingredients of a perfect frozen yogurt place. Lots of flavor choices and toppings, helpful staff, bright modern decor. I loved the little paper dividers you can put in your cup, and the spoons are fantastic! I see that a previous reviewer was looking for what makes Orange Leaf unique - for me, this is not an issue. The "formula" of a high-quality fro-yo place is exactly what I want, and Orange Leaf absolutely delivers.

I tried this shop a couple a times.. not bad, not great. I think the original flavor tastes like chemicals.. I will be making the trip to my favorite place Pinkberry from now on where the original is amazing.. and the fruit always looks super fresh!!
