My experience with dominos was nothing but pleasurable. Every order I've made with them has been heavenly and delightful. Every time I order and get Jose as a delivery specialist, he majestically delivers each order with a gentle and professional touch. His transactions at the door are as smooth as butter. As I open the door I am pleasantly greeted by José, with a kind smile holding my fresh ,steaming hot pizza. My mouth instantly waters as Jose opens my screen door and tells me my total. Need change? Jose is your man, change on deck. ALWAYS. Immediately after the transaction José wishes me the best and kindly retreats to his car. Amongst my family and loved ones i set my order upon the table, I lift each box top and unleash Italy's finest herbs and spices baked to absolute perfection on the highest quality crust. Our family rejoices and celebrates each entre in a spectacular fashion by first thanking José for the best service a man could give. My sincere thanks goes out to José for making it all possible.

Beware! If you order a sandwich with no 'sliced provolone' you also have to separately indicate that you don't want 'shredded provolone.' Please make sure you have the 'Encyclopedia of Available Domino's Cheeses' handy when you order so you can individually request that each one be withheld from the sandwich.

4 stars based on just the food alone, since I have yet to encounter any problems with the service or the staff. Placed an order online, and used the BOGO free promotion. Ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza and a large meatzzaaa (or however you spell it) pizza for $16, and a 12-piece bbq bacon chicken for $6.50 or so. After checkout, they pretty much start working on your order, which from start to finish, took only 15 minutes. Before I begin, I'll just say that the crust here is already pretty solid, tastes a little garlicy, and ISN'T SOGGY. awesome. And they don't skimp out on the toppings here. Buffalo Chicken Pizza- YUM. Wasn't expecting it to my favorite of the two, but it was super cheesy, tangy, and delicious. Meatzzzaaa Feast- Had just sausage and pepperoni, I believe. It was pretty average and not very meaty, if you ask me. Another time, we ordered the bacon and ham pizza. You can never go wrong with that combo. Never. Be sure to keep that in mind whenever you're in a pizza dilemma and are unsure of what toppings to get. You're welcome. BBQ Bacon Chicken- expensive for what you get. Chicken pieces were small and a bit dry. Some parts were burnt as well. Overall, it's pretty good pizza for a chain shop. I shall be back.

Ordering online is fast and easy. Deliveries are always quick, and it's just an all around pleasant experience to make me a repeat customer. They just keep raising the minimum delivery fee :(

I always order on line and pick up. When you get there the first thing you will notice is that all the parking spots in front of place are occupied by Domino's delivery cars. If I owned this franchise I'd instruct all the drivers to park on the other side of the isle and leave the spots by the door for paying customers. The pizza is good. It's like any other Dominos in that aspect. Also typical there is only a small waiting area with 2 small tables. It's hit or miss with staff friendliness. Depends when you go and who is working. I also don't understand why when you pay online they still insist you sign their receipt when you get to there. Amazon doesn't require my signature. It's an added pain for the customer.

My kids wanted pizza and I decided to call Dominos Pizza. My hands were tied up helping my 89 year old grandmother. My 15 year old son was next to me I asked him to help me place the order while on speaker phone. He was confused about the pizza size. So he ordered a large Hawaiian pizza when I heard him I said ask for the specials. The lady that took our order told him the special they have is 2 medium 2 topping. My son then told her he wanted a Hawaiian and a bacon with extra cheese. He then told her an order of cheesy bread and 2 liter coke. When he was done ordering she rushed repeating the order. Since we always order from that Domino's I was not going to think they would of missed something. Finally my order was delivered and no chessy bread so I called in to.question my order. When I called in I was transferred to the so called manager I explained what happened. She then told me with an attitude I should of called with my order ready and not yelled it to the little boy that called. As much as I tried explaining she kept her attitude. She was very rude and told it sounds like I'm used to getting free food. Never was I asking for free good nor was I asking for a discount. The supposively manager kept yelling and swearing with an attitude. As far as I'm concerned customers are always right. All she could of done was charged me for my cheesy bread and have it delivered. That was all I needed my grandmother would of enjoyed a little chessy bread since I can't feed her Hawaiian or bacon pizza. The customer service was awful and especially coming from a manager. I would never recommend anyone to go eat there or order out if this is the managers attitude what will the rest of employees attitude be. No one should be disrespected by s manager.

I love Methuen, and yet one thing I have not been able to find is Pizza that qualifies to have the name, pizza. We have these various crusts that range between cracker, to cake, white bread, but no actual crust. I'm not even going to start on the sauce aspect. The closest thing we have is Domino's and once a year or so I get one to see if there has been any improvement even there. I decide to check out the new online ordering system and found that until you get to the very, very end there is no way to know what the price is of what you're ordering so I abandoned that idea. I call up and ask about the 3 pizzas for $4.00 each special that I saw and the girl says, "No it's $5.55 each when you get three." Me - Ok, can I get a deep dish if I do that? Her - That's a $1.50 more per pie (which now puts it about normal price) Me - Ok, I'll call back (time passes - Ring - Girl answers) Me - Hi, I'd like to place and order for pick up, A large deep dish MeatZZa. Can I substitute the ham for bacon? Her - Can you repeat that? Me - repeated Her - You want ham instead of bacon? (first warning that she has no clue) Me - No, I WANT bacon, no ham (followed by much back and forth of Who's on First until the idea is conveyed) Her - So a large MeatZZa with no ham, right? Me - Almost - Pan pizza, and BACON!!!! Her - OK, Thin crust pizza, no ham, add bacon. (I'll give the benefit of the doubt there as Thin and Pan almost rhyme depending on accent.) Me - No, Pan....ah Deep Dish. How long until I can pick it up? Her - 10 minutes Me - And what's the price (as there is no way to find that out from where I am) Her - I'm not really sure. I won't know that until I put it in. Me - (heavy sigh) Ok, I'll be over soon Time passes I'm going to condense this next bit as it actually turned into a haggling session. I go there and the pizza price came to near $18.00 which I had no intention of paying. Her reasoning is that they added $x.xx for each topping. I made mention that it's one of the specialties and not one that's an every topping priced individually. The store - no prices displayed AT ALL. I did however point out to this girl the $4.00 special sign that even a blind person can't miss I originally called for. She acted as though she (the manager, and only woman it tuns out) has never seen it before. I looked at the fold up menu - nope no prices. No way to figure out anything on an individual pizza unless I got a combo special. She and two hourly were scratching there heads over the cash register trying to figure out what to do. Gradually the price came down, again without rhyme or reason as to where they were getting the number from. The pizza was the wrong size, I pointed out as well and managed to get them to a more than fair price of just under $12.00. They were all sorts of confused of course and honestly very nice about it. There was simply no training apparent in this store. In the end we got the pizza home, it was hot, it was as tasty as a Domino's can be expected to be and of course..... Me - Dan, is there any bacon on your slices? Dan - Nope - yours? Me - Nope Sigh....I'll try again next year. (The extra star BTW was because the people there were at least nice)
