This the worst Wendy's ever!!!! NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH so if you order something other than "the number meals" they are confused!!! The food is greasier, older, & colder than our Wendy's in Taunton. It has been like this for years.....I was in town so I was hoping it would get better but it was worse. I ordered a cheeseburger, small fry, & large lemonade. Well, this wasn't a number meal so it REALLY messed then up!!! It said $9 & change at the monitor. When I got to the window....the price charged twice (with-out me saying anything). Then I was charged $2 and change :/!!! I guess it hasn't changed!

APRIL 2015: Food was good, as good as any other Wendy's. Disappointed because of Customer Service at this location! First: HUGE Puddles and Potholes in Parking lot, manager says "It's not a big problem". Second: Receipt states (as does this Yelp listing), that this Wendy's is located at 64 Copeland Street. IT'S 64 COPELAND DRIVE!!!!! The manager says she has talked to the district manager and cannot do anything about the problem. WOW! Third: In need of remodel, so it doesn't look old and looks like all of the other Wendy's locations in the area. At least TELL THE CUSTOMER YOU WILL LOOK INTO IT!!!! Unreasonably RUDE! 2 stars. SEPTEMBER 2015 : After I called Wendy's corporate they fixed the problem. Now website and receipt are 64 Copeland Drive..... it wasn't THAT difficult! 3 stars.

Why was my food cold? It's supposed to be fresh right? The customer service here is awful as well! And someone please explain to me why the bathroom smells like a petting zoo?!?! Someone is doing a piss poor job at running this joint...

Haven't had a bad experience here yet. Food is always good when I get it, fries are fresh. They tend to be very generous on the ice in your drink, however. Haven't tried asking for it with no ice. No real complaints though.

Make sure you ASK for condiments because you will not get any if you don't. Generally everyone here is pleasant. Parking lot's a little weird. There is free wifi here though.

Asked for two separate orders in the drive thru. They refused but would not provide a reason. The food was cold and terrible. Fries were not fresh at all and overlooked and chicken sandwich tasted like they made it yesterday and heated it up under a hot light. Won't be returning to this location.

This place is ridiculous. The last 3 times (months apart) they have been "out of chili". How are you out of chili at 3pm on a Sunday? So i got a bacon and cheese baked potato instead. It was simply a baked potato cut in half with 2 slices of bacon shoved inside and bathed in TONS of cheese and was the worst baked potato i've ever had from Wendy's. I know i shouldn't expect much from a fast food place, but this place is terrible and reeks of bad management.

What can I say? It's Wendy's! It's fast food. It isn't fancy. It isn't healthy. The burgers are greasy, but oh so good. It's just as you would expect from a fast food burger joint. If you really need to read a review of this place, it probably isn't for you. One of my favorites is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, but I also love the greasy, nasty Baconator from time to time. The line for the drive through is always long at lunch, but this place gets you in and out with minimal waiting - always a plus for people in a rush.

This Wendy's is horrible; the manager is a very nice guy and is there probably seven days a week but the service is horrible; the food is good but its either always a long line, they either get your orders wrong or things like the self-serve freestyle beverage machine either is out o flavors our out of ice. It's worth the extra couple of mnutes for me to dirve to the Wendy's in Easton.

Funny story...well, not so much funny as it is long... I go in and order a plain baked potato. The guy (seemed to be the manager) asks what I want on it. I say that I want a plain baked potato, nothing on it. The guy asks me what I want on it. He gets a bit testy and lists off what I could have on it. I finally say, sure, the sour cream(which is the "plain" variety) He turns around and yells to someone behind him "Plain baked potato!" Dude, weren't you just getting ticked at me for calling it that? That scenario was a couple of years ago and I don't know if the same folks are working there. They've remodeled since than and the place looks a bit nicer.
