This is one of the worst restaurant in the Bertucci chain! We had a late dinner and the staff was not attentive and in a rush to close when closing was an hour away. Our food took forever and came out cold. We went here a few times, thinking it might be better the next time. Nope, that never happened. Food is either cold, overcooked, and just poor quality. Bad service, bad food

Possibly the world's smallest party-size pizza for the ridiculous price of $26!

So, when Max Burger was full next door, the family said: Bertuccis! We've eaten at a few in Connecticut and they're decent family chains. But this branch just needs work. First, the table for 5 has a table that is much too small for 5 people. How are you supposed to have food on it? A mess. Then the service. Inconsistent at best with a waitress nowhere to be seen at times. And water that had to be asked 3 times to be refilled. And food that took forever to come out of the kitchen (note: we know your soup isn't made from scratch at that minute -- it shouldn't take 25 minutes to come out only to have your main dish come out shortly thereafter). And the food was disappointing this time around. The fettucine was barely edible with overcooked pasta and a sauce that had a strange consistency. The kids mac and cheese had small pieces of broccoli in it. Which means the preparation is poor and, well, kind of gross. Just a major disappointment. And when we submitted a customer survey indicating dissatisfaction, the manager e-mail me a canned response and even spelled my name wrong. This chain can do better. And so can you. Take a pass on this branch.

This is by far the worst restaurant in the Bertucci's chain. The food is consistently bad. I used to order the pizza because it was easy but even that is not up to the Bertucci name. We recently ordered a chicken and pasta dish. It was supposed to come with a sage cream sauce but instead came with dry, breaded chicken and a little butter sauce. We got it as takeout and couldn't even eat it it was so bad. I spoke to the manager and she offered to get me something else but that just means one more meal in this horrible establishment. No thanks. Bertucci's is getting more business lately because a real restaurant, Max Burger, open next door. People who don't want to wait for a decent meal roll over to Bertucci's. Bad choice. I can't recommend this place to anyone until they gut it and start over with a whole new management team and kitchen staff.

It is Bertucci's, a chain pizza restaurant. It is average but in light of the fact that it is a a town with 2 new restaurants that are booming they have recently remodeled and updated. It needed it and it looks good. The wait staff at this location is always friendly and knowledgable. The pizza is okay and the rolls are always good. The menu is updated but I have not ventured to try anything but the pizza yet. Personally, I try to avoid chains but this one is not bad if you must chain it.

Our favorite restaurant , Felix's , is closed on Mondays. And I wanted some Alfredo in my life. So we said, Let's try this place. What a disappointment ! Horribly made and plated food. We both only finished 1/2 of our food. And hanging light fixture, was in our face. Then I looked around and overall is was very bright in there. The only thing that was good was their artichoke dip, house red wine, bread with garlic oil dip. Even with that said....I'd never go back.

i was very impressed with my lunch in longmeadow today. OK..so its a chain...but we sensed we were dining in some nice locally owned Italian restaurant. my son and I both had the "sausage soup" as recommended by waiter matt(he was VERY attentive--really wanted to make certain we were satisfied). i think we could have had some salad at no cost but we politely declined... my son had the individual sausage and pepperoni pizza....I had the spaghetti and meat balls. Both portions were decent in size....and extremely flavorful. Its attractive inside..brightly lit and cheerful. menu seems cumbersome but stick with the basics and you should do just fine. prices a tad high for lunch but you do get a lot of food. you get treated nicely and they serve good food.

Ordinary restaurant with very ordinary pasta. Had the Penne whole wheat pasta with meatballs. Sauce was dripping wet. I make better Ragu pasta at home, seriously. But it was a nice place, I guess their pizza is better known. Go to Costco to pick up the $100 gift cards for $80 before you head out to Bertuccis for dinner. Thats like 20% off. Thats the only way I would come back to this place next time. I'm located in Hartford/northern CT by the way, incase you were wondering which regional Costco carries the gift cards. I found them at Enfield, CT.

I'm giving a Bertucci's 4 stars. SCANDALOUS!!! This is not the one I worked at for one summer, but rather the one I actually have eaten at in Longmeadow. The pizza is always decent, and I've recently had the chance to sit down and eat here. In both cases, service has been attentive and excellent, and the food itself has been quite good. I may not be a big fan of Bertucci's in general, but I'm more than willing to give credit where credit is due.

I like this location other than the fact that the manager allows parents to let their kids run around and SCREAM while you are trying to eat. The Food is GREAT, the service is always excellant. Take away the screaming kids and its a great place!

I ordered a late night pizza from here and picked it up right before it closed. Well, when I got home I realized they scammed me. Basically they had given me a thin crust pizza when I paid for a full one. The edge of the pie didnt have any cheese on it so it was very cheap for them. It was a bad experience, I have come here for ten years and it was always a bit on that side. There are a lot better Bertuccis out there. Despite that, their italian food is good no matter how bad the service is.

can I give zero stars? this is the worst bertucci's I have ever been to. I have always regarded bertucci's as a chain restaurant that you can trust! If you want pizza and some decent pasta and a delicious and fresh salad and there isn't much around or you are in the mood to know exactly what you are getting, you can always go to bertuccis. well not anymore. this was horrible. better pizza has come out of my toaster oven. there is NO way that there is bricks in this oven! it tasted floppy and reheated. the waiter was nervous and sweaty. children were running around and crying at every other table. Mandi's lemonchello tasted like rubinoff with a splash of lemon juice. her pasta was either undercooked or had dried out sitting under a heat lamp. i am guessing the latter cause I suspect they pre cook all the pasta anyway. and where was the salad I have come to expect with an entree? the last bertuccis I had been to was in waltham and I would have rated it with 4 stars. Im just completely sick of restaurants changing their menus/quality/practices to water it down for the suburbs. but i guess it works here cause the place was packin em in blurg

the pizza was ok but not enough to make me go back. It was kind of dry and not as memorable tasting as other Bertucci's i have been to around Boston. The one thing I'll remember most about this place is how LOUD it was. No one at our table could hear the other person speak. There were only about 4 other groups in the large room at the time too. A few acoustical tiles on he ceiling would help for sure. Ill try a different place before i go back there.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
